Always found them to be the most honest merchants that I have ever done business with. Several weeks ago I emailed them to ask if they could remake a ring for me that I originally purchased from them but lost. They did, sent me pictures and I paid for the item. They shipped it to me. I visited Venus Jewelry last week while on a weeklong visit to Bangkok and I was impressed and pleased with the quality of service and their prices especially as compared to prices in both the US and Europe. I requested that several pieces of jewelry be cleaned or repaired and when I picked them up they looked as good as new. The older female attendant who assisted me was patient, professional, and seemed to take tremendous pride in her job. The store does not seem to be easily accessible by public transportation so I took a taxi. Highly recommend their services! 😊

We took the elevator up to the 31st floor of the State Tower hoping to find something special. Although we didn't buy anything, I think we did! First of all, this is not a showroom, don't expect to see trays of goods laid out. However, if you have some time, and some inspiration, I feel very confident that you will be able to get what you want. This is a family run business since 1960, originally a wholesale gem company reimagined as a bespoke jewellery outlet. The people we spoke to were clearly knowledgeable and open, showing us sample gems, and walking us through the design process. Sadly this is our last day in Bangkok so we couldn't make it happen on this trip. Recommend future visitors to email ahead, share your designs and inspirations, and leave about two weeks for your beautiful piece to be made.

We asked Tarun to help source a diamond to suit our budget. He presented several options with a wealth of info on what criteria to consider along with recommendations. We also wanted to have a ring designed with a fair bit of tweaking, Tarun was happy to provide many revisions of CAD designs based on our feedback. This was all done via email. Once Completed, Taran personally came out to deliver the ring to us. The ring was exactly as we had described with certification for the diamond. If you're looking to have a ring designed and/or to find the right diamond, dont bother wasting time with others, Thai Native Gems is the only place I would consider in future.

Excellent service overall. I was guided throughout the whole process of an engagement ring purchase e.g. budget orientation, diamond specs and ring materials description, design, import, etc. I always got the impression that I was being given expert, honest advice by someone who enjoys providing the best service possible. At first we went for a local diamond. It didn't have the desired shape and decided to import instead. Paying upfront wasn't very comfortable at first, but communication was very frequent and it took just over a week to get it delivered. It was well worth the wait. A sparkling, nicely cut 1 carat diamond, visible yet light enough. The final assembly was slightly misaligned and it took less than 48h to get it fixed. In the end I received a gorgeous ring that I can look at without any regrets, all with its certificates, for a price that was within my original budget. I doubt there are many dealers around as competent at their job as Tarun.

Custom making a ring is not an easy feat, with Tarun it was smooth and a fun process, from the gem search to the design and final piece! He was very understanding to all my questions and very experienced. Found the perfect gem and the outcome is out of this world! My fiancée loves it. 11/10 for sure! 💯💯💯

He also can acquire diamonds from Hong Kong to your exact specifications as he has a trusted network of cutters and jewelers. This was the most cost effective approach to finding the exact ring I wanted. After spending months in Thailand looking for the right ring, it was a relief to find someone who was informed and honest. One key factor for me to go with Tarun was that he enabled me to create a ring to the exact quality and design I was looking for. He located a number of diamonds and after choosing one I liked we discussed the ring design and choice of ring metals. The Whole process took about a week. He disclosed all costs and information upfront and no changes to the final ring were needed. He suggested to meet my wife to get her exact ring size correct.
