I couldn't have asked for a better egg freezing experience with Bangkok Central Clinic! Their team is so supportive; Dr. Tanut took time to explain everything to me in detail, created space for questions, and was always there when I had concerns or needs. In addition, Sara, my primary contact, was quick to answer questions, offer support, and help when needed. Freezing eggs abroad can be a daunting experience, and if you are traveling to Bangkok for the procedure, you will undoubtedly be in good hands with BCC IVF.

Doctors and nurses take very good care of you. The lab is high quality and clean. After trying to have a baby for 7 years, doing ICSI 7 times, having ovarian surgery 2 times, I was successful here, giving birth to twins, a boy and a girl.

My friend recommended BCC to me and I didn't hesitate a second to fly back to Thailand to have our IVF done here. I had tried 4 times IVF and 7 times IUI here in France but failed. We had decided to give a try one more time back in my hometown. My first impression with the staff (Sarah) and doctor Ball was wonderful. We first had a telephone consultation before travelling there which reassured and comforted us a lot. The planning of the project was so precised and we didn't waste any second. All the staff members are very professional, service minded and always ready to answer any questions. Doctor Ball was excellent, he was always positive, and willing to give us any extra information during the process. The greatest thing was how empathetic of everyone here in BCC. The clinic itself was prestige, clean and comfortable. Thank you BCC , staff members and doctor for taking good care of us and made a miracle happen.

Absolutely amazing experience. I had a successful IVF treatment with Dr. Tanut, but it was not without setbacks. Each of these was handled with care, understanding, and empathy. Sara is a wonderful human being that held my hand along the way and kept reminding me that I “only need one.” Currently almost through my first trimester, and their happiness matched mine. Truly a great place to go if you want a rewarding and caring IVF treatment.

Dr Tanut & his team was amazingly professional and made my entire egg freezing journey as comfortable as possible. They were supportive all the time. Sarah is almost available at all times to give me reminders on injections, answer my questions within seconds on text at any time of the day. Tanut was super gentle and had superb skills. I cannot ask for a better experience.

The doctors, nurses and all the employees took very good care of me. Dr. Keng is able to give advice on every question. I've done 2 treatments which are much better than the old one. Recommend to anyone interested in having children. It's all finished here.

Dr. Ball and his team are so dedicated, very helpful and very professional. Usually for people who are trying to conceive, we have a lot of questions and worries, unlike other well known clinics that I went through, Dr. Ball, also the nurse team and lab scientists, everyone was willing to spend their time to answer my questions, in the very details that I wanted and always gave advices that could be beneficial to my conception. The clinic itself is beautiful and clean, located inside the Conrad hotel - easy to access and convenient. The equipments are modern and new. 10/10 for the team and facility. Finally, with their help, I am now pregnant with my first child after 14 years of marriage and multiple attempts of ICSI from other clinics. I would highly recommend BCC to anyone who wanna have a baby.

(Unsuccessful) Lost millions of baht. (Very disappointed) So I researched and looked at many places until I came across Dr. Ball. Very experienced doctor So I'd like to try making an appointment with the doctor to discuss the problem again. The first time we talked, the doctor was very attentive. Find the point that you think might be a problem and come fix it. It's very detailed. We saw the determination and determination that the doctor had for us, so we tried to open our minds and do ICSI again. In conclusion, we did it once and passed it (from having had only 1-2 blasts sent for testing).
