I went to the clinic September 5 for Italian Thread Lift. I am very very gassy with the results. It’s been 1 1/2 months only and I can see tightening of my skin and my skin complexion has improved greatly. Also had Stem Cell treatments. I recommend this clinic 100%. I am now living in Bali and would definitely think to fly back to Bangkok to have work done. Fantastic job !! The good, served well, is twice good! Doctors with good hands and aesthetic sense. I intended to reduce the nasolabial wrinkles which are my weak point on the face. Well yes, the surgery was perfectly successful without altering the physiognomy of the face as I requested to the team. Following my question, I was advised on a purifying mask no less effective than those of the best brands. But almost unobtainable in stores. Just when I was about to give up, Renaud text me that he had found it and that I could come to pick it up at the clinic. An extraordinary sense of customer care came from all staff.

Dr. Achita did a great job in my face ( low facelift) using PDO threads. Unbelievable results!! Better than a real facelift. Also she did my lips with Juvedem. Amazing! She explained everything to me in a very clear manner. She was also kind and friendly. All of the staff was great – they were helpful, patient and very professional. I’ve been thinking about getting an eyelid surgery for awhile now and I’m very thankful we came to Renaud! First time I went to the Metro Beauty Center was in May of 2022. I was so nervous I didn’t even want to call and sent an email instead. To my surprise, I received a prompt response from Renaud. It took several emails back and forth before I actually made the appointment because I asked so many questions. I had never had any treatments in the past and researching and reading reviews online can be overwhelming plus I tend to be a bit skeptical sometimes. To his credit, Renaud patiently answered all of my questions and his courteous and kind demeanor made me feel more at ease with my decision. When I showed up for my appointment the staff was friendly and professional. Renaud explained the treatment again and answered more of my questions. The doctors were gentle and I was super pleased with the end result. I definitely looked better and the results lasted the maximum time (6 months) which I was really happy about. I just went back again for another treatment in December of 2022. Again I’m pleased. I hope it last as long as the first time. I genuinely feel it was money well invested in myself. I think as a client that’s what you want to feel when all is said and done.

I had done some research for fillers in Bangkok before visiting, from California. Metro was on top of my list and that was the best choice I made. I had a million questions which Renaud so patiently and cheerfully answered them. I ended up not getting fillers because my under eye bags were deep. Renaud advised me to go for surgery ( best decision ever) and also referred me to one of the best cosmetic surgeon. I am very happy with the surgery. I have been to Metro Beauty Center twice in the last 6 months and have had nothing but the BEST experiences. The office is easy to get to on the BTS, the staff all speak perfect English and Renaud is prompt with his communication in setting up appointments, checking on you after your procedures. I had Botox and Dermal Fillers at a fraction of the price of what it would be here in the US. I had Dr. "Jojo" and her nurse and assistant work on me for 2 hours and her work is highly skilled. It is an art as well as a science and the work they do is very good and professional. I came home to my husband telling me that I look beautiful. I can't recommend this clinic enough. It's definitely value and quality of work. I'm sure I'll be going there again in the future.

I’ve been promising myself to write this review for months. I came upon Metro beauty clinic only by stumbling upon the amazing reviews, and boy did it pay off. Firstly, Renaud and all the staff there were not just nice and polite for the sake of being professional, but were just genuinely interested and decent people who care about what they do. They listened to my concerns about procedures and suggested very subtle touch ups, which ‘to their credit’ put me at such ease. I also have a fear of needles, which could understandably be frustrating for people working in this industry. On the contrary, they were incredibly patient and gentle, taking the edge off my nerves by even making me giggle a little. Fabulous experience. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY! I highly recommend Metro clinic- I have been going there since 2018. I have done botox, fillers, rejuran injections, micro needling, you name it- they never over sell, never push the product. Exceptional Experience at Metro Aesthetic Clinic!!! I received my Botox and filler treatments at Metro. I'm located overseas, and all my consultations were conducted via WhatsApp with Renaud. Renaud has been exceptionally patient and quick in addressing all my questions. What's crucial to me is that their pricing is transparent, with no hidden costs. I would highly recommend Metro Beauty Centers to anyone who wants to get Botox while in Thailand. Beautiful office space and welcoming environment. I made a consultation appointment and was seen the same day, then after the consult, I was asked if I wanted to schedule another appointment for treatment or wait 30 minutes to have it done then and there. I was astonished it could be done so quickly after the consult. Upon entering I was greeted by friendly staff and a bottle of cold water. The staff were very professional and spoke several languages so there were no gaps in communication. The price was also very reasonable. They take tremendous pride in what they do and make sure you are satisfied on the first visit. Another item to note is that they do use a very fine needle so for most it will be virtually painless; for others who may be a little squeamish or more sensitive, they do offer to ice the injection point to dull it.

Highly Recommend this clinic to anyone interested in doing any of the procedures that they offer. I was liaising with Renaud for months leading up to the actual day itself, he was always patient and very helpful in answering my queries. The doctor is very skillful and i felt little to no pain as compared to my previous experience having it done at another place. They also provided me with various medication and after care products and Renaud has been following up with me even though its been more than a week since i did it. I’ve definitely had one of the best clinic experience. Renaud is amazing, explained everything I wanted and had to know very clear and patiently. First of all, they give you professional advice and not forcing you or hard sell anything. The doctors are very professional, patiently answered all my questions and explained everything before every steps. I felt safe and comfortable, I had1ml filler under my eye area and full face Ultherapy. It’s only been 5 days, I can already see my skin texture had improved, draw-line lifted, excited to see a better result after two weeks! Secondly, the clinic is clean and comfortable. The staff there, from the reception to assistants, are just so polite, helpful and caring. The lady massaged me when I was really nervous about the Ultherapy. The gentleman helped me to communicate with my hotel regarding the late check-out and walked me outside to the pharmacy for my cream. He even helped me to get the taxi, made sure I don’t pay extra. They really went beyond and above! Plus note, the location is very convenient, connects to the metro. And If you choose to stay in rosewood hotel, it’s literally across the road. Overall, we’ll deserved 5 star, would totally recommend!

This is the best clinic I have ever been to in Asia. The experience from the time I contacted them to book an appointment, to the post treatment attention, has been seamless and excellent. The doctor and the clinic manager Renaud spent time to go through various options as well as the pros and cons of each treatment, and they were absolutely transparent with the fees charged. I felt no pressure to make a decision on the treatment. They made me feel at ease and I can feel their professionalism, authenticity, sincerity in wanting the best for their patients. The treatment itself was painless and so comfortable. 2 months after the treatment, there’s a huge improvement in my skin’s firmness and radiance. Every penny well spent. It is also less expensive than many so called high end clinics I have been to in Asia and Europe. I would not hesitate to go back again for other treatments and recommend to friends as I have full trust in them.
