Did a muay thai class here. Nice little gym tucked away under a hotel. Class was well structured, with a separate section each for stretch, pad work, and some dumbbell work. Different trainers for each, all were good. The dumbbell work was taught well but the trainer combined shoulder and triceps together, which is generally not a good idea. Triceps already work when you do shoulder press, so to stack them together just makes them both unnecessarily difficult, and makes your triceps overworked quickly. Overall, good gym and good price for a class.

Nice, modern gym. But took forever to get them to train me at a level that my body can handle. I took the private Muay Thai class specifically because I don’t think I can keep up with the group class. But seems like maybe the group class might be an easier way to start. On more than a few occasions there would be another coach watching on the sidelines and commenting on the spectacle of the struggling farang. Maybe feeling ridiculed is part of an authentic Muay Thai training experience. I don’t know. Eventually after changing trainers a few times I found Heng, and he was good. Got a great workout and improved my technique. Guys, thank you for welcoming me to the gym. Please understand that everyone is different, comes with different levels of ability, flexibility, injuries etc.

Clean space, and professional trainers. I took private Muay Thai classes with Kru Tum and I recommend him. He speaks a little English only but the communication through demonstration works well. He's a good instructor.

Located on the B1 floor of Ascott Hotel. The trainers are friendly and the group classes are structured well- 30 min of warm up/basics, 30 min of pad work with a trainer (3 minute rounds), 30 min of workout with sports scientist. It’s a fun way to exercise and try thai boxing.

Been going here for a few months. The personal Muay Thai instruction is great, and Kru Khe is the best.

Had a good week doing group sessions in this gym, coaches were great. Its a bit more of a fitness gym than traditional muay thai but had well structured classes and good pad holders. Typical set up running and dynamic stretching for warm up, then some static stretching and shadowboxing followed by 30 mins of pads (5 rounds with a round break in between) padholders know how far to push you and have a good sense of experience. Then followed by half an hour of strength and conditioning (usually this would be sparring or clinching in a fight gym) by some pretty good sports scientists and they also understand how far to push you and have good knowledge of muscles and technique for lifting. Also allowed me to do bag work for as long as i wanted after the session was over. Friendly staff and good gym would recommend for all levels to stay in shape probably one of the best set ups specifically for fitness ive seen in a gym in thailand. i paid 990 baht for a week with unlimited sessions, i feel this is a great deal especially since they are properly taught/guided and you get to pick your own pad holder. Location makes it easily accessible though is under a hotel so could be missed.

Nice gym and nice people but it’s disorganised and they are not used to people who only visit Bangkok occasionally. Started coming here recently when my regular gym closed down. I need a private lesson for an hour or 90 mins when I am in town. Wasn’t easy to organise. Booked with one instructor who I had before and arrived only to be told it’s his day off. Would have been nice to have had some continuity. The manager asked me to sign some paperwork then left me sitting until after my lesson had started. When I asked they found my instructor who was excellent.

The best place to go in Bangkok for fitness and Muay Thai. The trainers are fantastic. We tried to train with each trainer to learn as much as we can. Khe, Gapguy, Joe, Ting, Kwan, Sek, Jimmy, Ket, Rong, Tum, Tangmo and Gap were really good at pushing me to do better and be better in my Muay Thai skills. This is a fantastic place to train while you're in Bangkok. We really appreciate how welcoming they were and how they made sure we had fun while training. Thank you so much FITFAC Sathon....you guys are the best!

I had a really wonderful experience with the 7-day group class promotion. For Muay Thai, got to train with Kru Rong (1 time), Kru Gap Guy (1 time), Kru Gap (3 times), Kru Wan (1 time) and Kru Joe (1 time). Everyone I interacted with was very friendly, patient and helpful. Really appreciated that teachers took the trouble to point out aspects for technical improvements. Really enjoyed the very energetic and fun style, especially of Kru Gap and Kru Joe! Wish I could train with them and other trainers more, but I was limited to only 7 tries. Ambience: Overall very welcoming and with positive vibes. Women-friendly. Clean, comfortable and cool air conditioning. The online customer service (via LINE) was rapid and effective too! Recommend the group class especially for first timers and beginners who are curious to try Muay Thai and/or want to improve basic Muay Thai technique with regular drills, while also gaining basic overall strength/mobility. As there are a variety of trainers with unique styles, it’d be easy to find one that is suitable for your level/preference. Thank you to all trainers and staff again! 🙏🏻❤️❤️❤️❤️🤩 Hope to be back and looking forward to more creative and promotions packages from FitFac.

🫤 This used to be a great gym, but the new management is doing their best to ruin it. They've apparently decided to "shake things up", so now there's loud music blasting from all directions, and the staff are creating all kinds of distractions - there's one guy in the middle of the room (manager I sup...

👍👍 After trying more than 5 gyms in Bangkok, I have been training with Encore since its day one. Friendly trainers and staff here, reasonable price, good group classes which push me out of comfort zone every session. A good place for everyone who wants to grow stronger mentally and/or physically 👍
