Actually It's a pheasentry not a zoo which is established in 2006 on 12 kanal area with 37 number of cages, there is no entry fee very quite and green place, very interesting place for short visit especially with your children,

On Dec 24: NWFP Chief Minister Akram Khan Durrani has inaugurated a pheasantry in Bannu, set up by the NWFP Wildlife Department at a cost of Rs 4 million🤯. In the pheasantry, established over an area of one acre of land in Bannu Township, pheasants of 20 different species are kept for providing healthy recreational facility to people of the area and creating awareness about wildlife. The pheasantry will also be used for increasing the population of wild birds.It has been set up for the purposes of research, conservation, tourism, and education.
