The great thing about this museum is the chocolate bar as a ticket. Other than that... it's tiny, and you don't really get much information, just see chocolate models of a lot of things.

The chocolate museum is fun place where you are greeted with a grandma (statue) and the ticket is a piece of chocolate. . All the sculptures are in various blends of chocolate. It's a small museum but packed with beautiful sculptures.

Overall a nice experience. The ticket entry to the museum is in a chocolate form which is creative. The chocolate structures are nice to watch and you get to read about chocolate's history.

Great museum, I love that the entrance ticket was a chocolate bar! Really like seeing the history and detailed process of chocolate making through time. Really enjoying the amazing sculptures made of chocolate. Of course we also had some treats afterwards from the cafe.

An interesting place that shows the history of chocolate. The ticket costs €7 and comes in the form of a piece of chocolate. It is quite unique. The chocolate itself tastes pretty good and not too sweet. There are also some special artworks made entirely of chocolate. Spending about an hour here in the afternoon is just right.

We visited this museum to take part in the chocolate lollipop workshop. We had great fun and loved making the lollipops. I just wish that it was available in milk chocolate, not only dark chocolate. The museum itself is quite small but it’s amazing to see all the different works of art that are completely made out of chocolate! I wouldn’t visit here without taking part in a workshop though.

Good for a visit and included in the Barcelona Card. They are exhibiting a couple of models and figures made of chocolate. The history about chocolate and processing has a minor role. The tour is about 10-15min and your ticket is a small chocolate bar.

This was fun but not a ton to see and not interactive. The chocolate sculptures were well done but it more felt like a history lesson better suited for a school field trip. It was a nice activity for us on this particular day as we didn’t have much time for anything else. The chocolate that the shop sold was delicious and the staff was very pleasant.

The museum's collection is truly captivating, offering a diverse range of artifacts. Here they have contemporary masterpieces, there's something to pique everyone's interest. The lighting and layout enhance the viewing experience, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The staff is knowledgeable and approachable, adding to the overall positive impression. The museum's gift shop offers a unique selection of chocolate. It's a place where history comes alive, inspiring curiosity and wonder. I highly recommend a visit to this remarkable institution if you want to learn something new about chocolate!

The museum offered a lot of detail information about how the cacao bean is taken from the beginning and used to create chocolate. The video films are available in multiple languages. There are a number of intricate as well as large chocolate sculptures that are very amazing to see. There's also a lot of antique chocolate creating equipment on display we truly enjoyed our visit and the chocolate bar that was given as your ticket was a cool Edition

Enjoyed the short visit. The museum offers a quite detail about how the cacao bean is taken from the beginning like,3000 years ago and how ancient people used to make chocolate, chocolate drinking culture in Europe etc. Large chocolate sculptures are fun to see. Also, there is a lot of antique chocolate creating equipment from 1800’s on display. A chocolate bar that was given as entrance ticket was a cool Edition.

Such a fun experience! There weren’t too many people when we went, so it was great to take our time and really appreciate the artistry. If you are booking a class, entry is included

A chocolate bar is given to you as your ticket that you have to scan before entering—will cost you 7€ for gen ad. It’s a small museum which won’t take much time but still enjoyable. Some video room (2 of them) were under repair at the moment of my visit but they had one room that was still available to watch, and it has a small bench inside. You can watch it in different languages. This is for history and such. After that, they have a cafeteria and I purchased cortado and hot chocolate. They also sell chocolates, lots of bombones you have to check out.

A few chocolate models in cases and a bit of equipment, not a lot else, but cheap enough entry! Lacking in information and exhibits to keep you occupied more than 30 minutes. The cafe has nice drinks and snacks. We visited on an unusually wet day to pass some time and get warm!

The museum is a lot smaller than I thought and some exhibition items are not available anymore, which was a shame. However, the entrance ticket is a chocolate bar which you can eat after, it’s quite cute :) Overall would recommend if you are around Parque de la Ciutadella and have got some spare time.

A fun little museum that teaches about the history of chocolate in a number of languages (Catalan, Spanish, French, and English), with interesting videos and beautiful chocolate sculptures. It took us about an hour to get through, and the entrance tickets took the form of actual bars of 70% dark chocolate. If you're looking for a chill place to kill a little time on your rest day, this is definitely a place to check out.

The building was huge but we only have access to one floor, including the exhibition area and the chocolate shop. We planned to stay here for 1.5 hour but it only took us below 45 minutes as it was too small. The ticket was literally a bar of chocolate, it is so cute! Although the exhibition area was smaller than expected, it is still worth visiting. P.s. There is also a washroom near the chocolate shop.

Very interesting information about the history of chocolate in Europe. Fantastic sculptures made from chocolate and great to see the utensils/moulds used through the years. Couple of videos you can sit and watch also. Inexpensive entry fee and well worth a visit.
