A very reasonable place to go shopping. We do our local shopping there on the basement level as well as get take out for food. We love the top floor best to eat at the very reasonable cafeteria and to enjoy the view of the city.

Huuuuuuge Mall in the center of BCN. They got everything and all the known brands are represented here. There's probably nothing that they don't have. Others, toys, furniture, food, electronics, appliances, tableware, God knows what else. You name it. Oh, if you go there to eat: Take a photo from the horrible rooftop restaurant and then head straight to the basement into their gourmet section. By far superior than the place on top. And bring a vest or pullover. It's cold in there.

Why review a department store? The reason is that this place is huge, air-conditioned, and has everything you might need. There is a really good supermarket in the basement. For me, the highlight is the restaurant on the top floor which gives a stunning, near panoramic view of this wonderful city, and the food is good. It gets absolutely frenetic at lunchtime because it is so good. People literally leave their seats if a window side table becomes available.

Go to the basement level for your grocery needs. You’ll also find good precooked hot food and the rotisserie shop has delicious roasted chicken you can get in half or whole, super tender beef cheeks, and roasted potatoes. Pay attention to Sunday opening hours otherwise they are open everyday from 9AM. Very convenient good place!

The sections are not organized properly and you need to make an effort to find the fitting rooms. The queue for using bathrooms was very long and the bathrooms are not furan at all!

A great and enormous department store which sells everything. Beautiful Spanish leather goods, with well known designer labels: Ladies/Mens & children's wear. The sales were a plus! The restaurant offers a variety of food at reasonable prices but was extremely busy due to the summer season. Fantastic views from the restaurant on the 9th floor. Well worth a visit.

You have to go upstairs to the last floor. You will have an amazing view of Plaza Catalunya. Corte Inglés sells designer products, electric products, home decor products and accessories. You can find whatever you want.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting El Corte Inglés and I must say, it was a truly remarkable experience. The view of the city from the dining area was simply breathtaking. The combination of delicious food and stunning scenery truly made for a memorable dining experience. I highly recommend El Corte Inglés to anyone looking for a unique and enjoyable shopping and dining experience for a reasonable price.

This 9 level store has it all, including a restaurant. Product quality looks good and prices are comparable to the U.S. Seems to be where locals shop...not a tourist trap. Even the seagulls want to come in. 🙂

This is one of the best shopping centres to shop in Barcelona. There is plenty of variety here and you can almost spend the entire day doing your shopping here. There are food facilities as well as toilet facilities. The toilets are located on the top floor and are free unlike FNAC! This place is well air conditioned which is highly important during the summer season. I would highly recommend a trip to this shopping centre for gifts and/or general shopping needs.

You can get lost and spend all day in this place! Always a great deal to be found. From groceries to clothing or a meal from the penthouse with great views of Barcelona.

A waste of time IMHO. A lot of brands, all close together. Overwhelming. High prices. I don't really understand who buys here. People who're looking for luxury brands would prefer a more personal touch, and people looking for bargains wouldn't find it here. The place is a maze and it's difficult to move between all of the floors. Save yourself time and go elsewhere. The view at the last floor is nice. Good luck finding the elevators.

I don't usually like malls. They are crowded and it's usually impossible to find stuff you actually want or need. I've gotten used to online shopping and you can usually find the deals that you want and it's really convenient. I never thought I would say that a mall was more convenient than online shopping but here we are. I like this place. If you can get anything you need here it has like 10 levels. If I ever need gift or clothes for myself or kitchen stuff or furniture electronics really it doesn't matter they have everything. And they have a really good warranty that comes with everything they sell because the brand itself is becoming very well known. Or maybe it is well known for years and I'm just learning about it now. I will say this if you want a great view of the city and you want to have a nice lunch. They have a rooftop restaurant that serves everything from Chinese food to paella to salads and pizza and pasta and so on and there's a 360 view of the city from the rooftop. Come check it out. The quality is really good too.

The cafeteria on 9th floor is a gem, the scenic view is gorgeous. I can spend hours there with my books and coffee. The $6.49 Salad Bowl is a steal, and the sandwiches is nice for only $5.49, just the drinks are a little bit expensive. Overall, a nice place to hang out.

  • 4/5 Mike H. 4 months ago on Google
It sells just about everything you can think of when it comes to household goods clothing, sports goods, personal care, etc, and it also only sells the higher quality goods, so prices are a bit more than elsewhere, although you do get what you pay for.

We went there to go shopping and eat something in their food court. There was long line at food court each foods windows around 16:00. We ate paella, pasta and sushi. Their qualities were little bit higher than normal.

Great department store.. the food court on the top floor offers views over Barcelona.. Basement speciality food is great take away... Supermarket is well stocked...parking under the venue is good. Easy to spend 3 hours there

My favorite department store on the planet. Also my favorite grocery store. They have everything and I always make it a point to visit anytime I am near a location. They have a pharmacy, a food hall, a gourmet grocery with a cheese counter and a bar, as well as a regular grocery that is also quite high end. We always stay in the area and I am able to find anything I could possibly need in this giant complex of a store.

I really like that store. They have literally everything and the quality is really good. You can do grocery shopping there, have a coffee, book your holiday or get an amazing pair of shoes. They also have a great changing station for babies The only thing I don't like is you cannot try on different brands in one changing room. They have them assigned which makes you lose more time.

A large, spacious, well stocked, and very classy department store with ample staff and old fashioned (as in wonderful!), courteous service. The bonus is the restaurant on the top floor overlooking Barcelona. A spectacular view! Busy and beautiful! customer service throughout!

This department store benefits from a convenient location and a well-stocked supermarket for food and beverage purchases. However, be prepared for higher prices compared to external options. The ready-to-eat food offerings are also quite expensive, making it an unfavorable choice for dining within the store.

Did a little shopping in the ground floor supermarket & called in the bar/cafe before catching the train home . Constant battle to get a window seat to look at the great views , but worth the wait .

When you are larger Americans and the airlines keeps your luggage for your whole vacation , this is the place to pick up the Big and tall men wear and larger Womens sizes. With your passport you get a 10% discount in addition to the tax return service in basement. The quality of most of the clothes was better than US at same price or less. Polo and Boss shirts were better made for basically same t shirts we bought in US. For Americans this place is like a Macy’s with larger electronic store with a grocery store that has a whole food prepared food deli in basement plus many other areas we never saw. Of course this is not a tourist attraction but an essential shopping for larger people in Barcelona. If I wore a size 8 US and my husband a size XL men’s we could have shopped anywhere .

The ground floor didn't look organised at all. I searched 3 floors to find a bathroom. The one I found was so small that could only fit 2 people. Resulting in 5+ persons waiting in line. It also wasn't very clean, and it smelled bad. I did some purchases, and when walking around I thought I might sit down but it was not a good idea since there was no place to sit.

One of the best and best looking shopping malls in Barcelona. Of course at the right price. But this can not surprise you, it is still home to all famous world brands.

It is good when there are discounts in summer. Other than that is very expensive compared to other places. It is better to order online from China than to buy here when there are no discounts. If you are a tourist you can go to the gourmet area for finding gifts.

Terrible reward card system. When i bought the dress i got 10% reward card. I wanted to use my money from this card, but it doesn't work in the supermarket, in cosmetics department too, and in clothes only in some brands. Employees do not know anything and had to ask 6 or more different employees for information. Everyone said different things...

(Translated by Google) The food district here was very fulfilling and I enjoyed shopping. Also, the restaurant at the top was delicious with a variety of foods (the seafood paella was delicious) and the view was good and I was able to relax. This is a recommended department store. Shopping center in Barcelona. You can find this shopping center not only in Barcelona but also in many parts of Spain. It is a very big shopping center where you can find many things you are looking for, there is a food court on the top floor and you can see the Catalunya Square from here. The meals are quite delicious. On the other floors, you can find many different products. On the bottom floor, there is a market and food and beverage section. I can say that the prices are a bit expensive.

Well, it is a Japan-style mall. Clean and organised. Went in for food and local specialties. Quality of what we got was mediocre (overcooked rice for example). The supermarket has many items, but the checkout zone is very badly organised with little to no access to the teas, and that is not at peak hours.

El Corte Ingles is a perfect mall with many shops and different brands. It has at the basement local food, supermarket and shops which sell chocolates. At the rest of the mall you can find shops for apparels and at the last floor u can see the whole city from above. It is very good experience. It worth the visit.

El Corte Inglés S.A. headquartered in Madrid, is the biggest department store group in Europe and ranks third worldwide. Its primary source of sales is from department stores, followed by internet sales. It is a family business, with most stock being held by relatives of the deceased businessman Ramon Areces Rodriguez and Cesar Rodriguez González, and the Ramon Areces foundation. El Corte Inglés is Spain's and Portugal's only remaining department store chain. El Corte Inglés has been a member of the International Association of department stores since 1998. Stores tend to be very large in size and offer a wide range of products: stores may sell music, movies, portable and household electronics, furniture, hardware, books, clothes, groceries, gourmet food, cars and real estate.
