Rooms are good and clean Situated at Good location. But their service need tobe improved a lot. I was there with my family last month, I asked for 5 cup of tea around 5 pm. And I was surprised by the receptionist. He said between 4pm to 6pm no room service is available. Because all their staff use to rest that time! I was shocked! How can is this possible?????????????????????????????? My humble request to the Owner or partners Please guide your staff regarding this. But overall room is good, Food quality is also goos.

The masala kulcha and butter naan were delightfully fluffy and paired well with the flavorful Kashmiri pulao. The Chicken 65 was a standout with its perfectly spiced and tender pieces. And chicken Tikka butter masala was also yummy . Staffs were well-behaved too, Overall, a satisfying and well-balanced combination of dishes at the restaurant.

Excellent place to stay at burdwan. Everything is so well structured, be it room layout, comfort or anything. Food quality is awesome along with pleasing staff, especially to mention kushal who managed guests is very pleasing way. This is closed proximity of railway. Overall great stay and experience

Stayed at the hotel for two days, very great experience, clean rooms, great staffs and Debojyoti da manger is so cooperative, he just made me feel at home, I used to visit other hotels but from now on Pearl is my go to option... Thanks Debojyoti da for such a great hospitality... And oh yes the food, starters are awesome, price is a bit on the high end but it's justified as the quality is superb...

The Pearl is really like a pearl 🦪. The behaviour of staffs and the whole ambiance 🌷is very good 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼. Room is also properly arranged, equipped at the same time neat and clean 🌿. Thank you very much 🙏🏼.

Quality of food was good, specially all kind of mocktails are available and specially behaviour of the staffs are very nice. Recommend everyone to come and have the food here.

Nice and comfortable stay. Rooms and bathroom are clean and well maintained but room size smaller. Staff behaviour also friendly. Food quality and quantity was good. It's near by burdwan railway station so location wise it's prime location also bus stand near by.

The rooms were good but the services were not up to the mark. Had a tough time during breakfast as there was not much option available ...not even sandwiches.😞

This is a really excellent place to live in. The management and all members of staff are very well behaved , and trained professionals. Foods are superb. Ambience is homely and cosy.

The rooms are good. The service & cleanliness can be improved. Don’t book room with Breakfast. The hotel naam dhiya Pearl Burdwan, but it’s not worth of the name & the mattress, bed sheets are just normal. The staff to be trained.

I visited here for a marriage program. The location of the building is very nice. The banquet is perfect for mid-size parties or functions. Not perfect for huge functions where 700+ invites are invited. The overall experience was very good.

Most beautiful restaurant in Burdwan city I have been a regular customer at Pearl for 7 months I had my dinner usually here embedded with most nostalgic feelings. Must try their iconic Chicken tikka butter masala and nun.

This hotel is conveniently located on the roadside with parking available. While the rooms are okay, they provide a comfortable stay. The hotel also has a restaurant which is a plus. Overall, it's a good choice for those looking for a simple and convenient stay.

Very nice experience staying here. Rooms are clean and beautiful. Food in the restaurant is also very good but slightly expensive as everything is made fresh. Staff are courteous and service is ok. Will revisit if I come to Burdwan.

The major advantage of this banquet hall is its location, just on side the GT Road. Ample space inside for ceremonial purpose. Rooms are moderate, affordable, service excellent

Nicely maintained rooms , clean bathrooms , simple yet elegant furniture, well lit corridor adds more flavour . The hotel has a roomy banquet which could easily host an average sized reception ( around 300 guests can easily be accommodated here ) . The reception us quick professional and helpful. Only wish they served better quality tea and coffee. May be it's a good idea to offer electric kettles in the rooms and a few tea bags . A few basic items like toothpaste or liquid handwash were also missing in the bathrooms.

It On GT road opposite to bajaj show room, near icici bank, adjacent to ujjivan small finance bank. Place is comfortably accessible from both station and nababhat bus stand with toto. There is separate resturant and banquet facility. U enter through the corridor beside resturant, and u get the banquet. Open space for functions like marriage is also available, and it preety spacious. Entering the banquet, u get marriage hall on 1st floor, meeting hall on 2nd floor and space with dining provision on 3 rd floor. Not sure of the costs, I provided cont no, in one of my added photos.

I stayed for work purpose. Rooms are average. Bathrooms are not good at all. Tiny I can say.
