The trainers are present during the week and can help with questions. You get an individual training plan tailored to you to achieve your goals. Showers would be nice, but unfortunately they are missing, so one star less.

I've been registered here for a few months and am a regular visitor. The facilities are good. Enough dumbbells (up to 50kg), Smith machines, benches and lots of equipment. Everything is in good condition. Care is taken to ensure that dumbbells and weight plates are put back in their place, which is very pleasant. The only thing missing is a proper bench for negative exercises. You can't complain about the price. Advantages for longer debit periods, small surcharges for certain areas (which certainly not everyone needs). Update December 2023: Another floor has now been added here. The variety of devices has increased again. I currently start very early (6:00-7:00) and thanks to the 24/7 opening it works (most of the time - the door opener rarely has a hiccup). All in all recommended.

I rate the studio according to the following evaluation criteria - Staff: Nice employees, but tend to be thinly staffed at peak times (6 p.m. to 8 p.m.), happy to help at any time. Studio: Cleanliness good, lots of equipment, lots of variety - but sometimes too little space between the devices. Some devices remained defective for months (but replacements were available) or are partially defective (especially in the endurance area). Partial or even mediocre lighting. The cable pulling area and free weight area are always very crowded - perhaps the next expansion should go there if possible. Additional Offers: Courses are available but only a few. Full body scale measurement is offered. Changing rooms/hygiene: Only a very small bathroom with a sink and a toilet that occasionally causes problems in the cabin - further toilets in the entrance area. You store everything in the locker room at your own risk. Lockers with locks were once available - but the locks are now missing - but these were treated badly by the members or the keys were simply taken with them (the studio can't do anything about that). Current solution - bring your own lock or buy one for €5 - I hope there will be a "real" solution soon (bringing your own lock seems very spartan). Additionally, no showers, but these are not kept secret before the contract is signed - so you can be prepared for that. Uniqueness: The studio is open 24/7. So there are fewer excuses not to go and more options to adapt to peak times. This point alone is worth an additional star for me. Der ausschlaggebende Punkt war in erster Hinsicht für mich natürlich die 24/7 Öffnungszeit. Das Personal sprich die Trainer sind Top. Geräte auch auf dem neusten Stand. Leider verschwinden immer mehr Spindschlüssel sodass die Auswahl begrenzt ist aber zur Zeit dennoch kein Spindmangel herrscht. Dies ist dem Studio aber schon bekannt und man arbeitet an einer Lösung. Ab und zu funktioniert die Türanlage nicht. Aber auch hier ist in der Regel immer jemanf zu erreichen Also im großen und ganzen nichts zu meckern.

Positiv finde ich die intensive Beratung, die Trainer nehmen sich viel Zeit. Die Geräte finde ich modern. Das Studio ist sauber. Das Klientel ist gemischt, was ich sehr begrüße. Zudem gibt es einen großen Parkplatz. Neutral bewerte ich, dass das Studio eben ein Studio ist. Es gibt sicher andere Fitnessclubs die noch angenehmer eingerichtet sind. Zudem könnten die Umkleiden/Toiletten moderner sein. Preis/Leistung ist super. Ich empfehle Euch weiter.

Just a note for those who value that there are no showers or saunas, only changing rooms.

Great gym, very easy to reach, well equipped, many different areas. There is something for everybody. The devices are well maintained and high quality. The studio is very clean and the staff is super friendly and helpful. I look forward to training here again in the future.

Ein sehr gutes Fitnessstudio. Der einzige Punkt, der verhindert, dass es 5 Sterne gibt, ist die Beleuchtung in den Umkleidekabinen (sehr ungeeignet um Fotos zu machen, da das Licht von vorne, statt von oben kommt).
