If carlsberg did Pizza.... the best I've had. The dough was so light and fluffy but crispy at the same time. It was huge and cheap as chips. Really nice place, nice staff but I wouldn't care If I was sat in an outdoor toilet and the staff were absolute b#@tards. The pizza was really that good I would've given 5 stars anyway. I had zio Nicola, I nearly stole a piece of the guys pizza sat next to me after but his wife clocked me. Really fantastic.

The restaurant is located a little outside of Bari. We haven’t had a reservation but that was not a problem. Staff is really nice and caring. They have lots of pizzas in different variations. You can also choose the style: either classic with thin crust or Neapolitan style with a thicker and fluffier dough. We waited approx. 15 minutes for our food to be served. Pizza tastes really good. All ingredients seem to have high quality. Can definitely recommend.

Amazing pizza which was far bigger than I expected and very well priced, set in a cozy courtyard. The staff were lovely and very helpful, despite my inability to communicate with them in Italian and were very kind to accommodate me when they were clearly booked up and very busy. Overall the vibe was of a family run restaurant with a very charming courtyard and amazing pizza. Highly recommended.

After 2 weeks in Puglia we found this fantastic pizzeria in Palese. The best! Very friendly staff, fast service and extremely good tasting pizza. One of us had to eat 2 pizzas😀This is a place worth visiting next time in Bari.

A local delight. I actually kept coming back for each of my three nights in Palese. The service was gold standard and the pizzas were incredible; thin crust style. You must try the tiramisu! Also to note I was dining solo and they made the dining experience super comfortable. Grazie mille
