Number one recommendation for anyone visiting Puglia - this is a must! Went on two occasions for lunch, planning on a third for dinner before we leave ;) the Natural wine selection (or collection?!) is unbeatable, and the food was #1, tops. The owner is very sweet, and the vibe is absolutely perfect.

Had no chance when visiting this place. Fusiloni were way too 🔥 spicy. Like Indian mexican level spicy. While greatly decorated it's cold inside due to increased gas bills I guess. Food will come in random order but that what makes this place charming. Definetely recommend it for a surprise. Also wines are ok except Dolcetto de Piedmonte 🍷

Amazing wine selection and very tasty food. The staff is very, very friendly and even though they don't know English very well, they'll make everything they can to understand you and get you exactly what you need.

Best dinner of the trip! The chef is super nice and a true charracter! We celebrated NYE and It was spectacular food. Very natural, local ingredients, fresh pasta and fish to perfection and great wine and beer selection. We will try to come back for sure.

We loved it so much we returned the day after our first dinner there. Delicious food served in a nice atmosphere and with friendly and smiley staff. They have a very varied menu and main meals plus several starters. Nice setting as well. We have eaten in a few places in Bari and this was by far the best! We'll definitely be back and very much recommend.

Lovely place! Strong focus on naturally produced wine, amazing menu with lots of local dishes you wouldnt find elsewhere that easily. Lastly, super friendly service! Highly recommended :)

We did not quite know what to expect when we stepped inside the quaint restaurant Est!. Walls filled with bottles was a pleasant greeting of what was to come. What the owner, Mario, lacks in english skills, he makes up for with patience, international bodylanguage and a black belt in wine! After communicating what kind of wines we usually like we sat down to a serving of antipasto and wines selected by Mario. I cannot stress enough on how truly fantastic each dish was and how profoundly confused we felt as the food just kept coming! The wines were so beautifully selected, matching both to our taste and to the food! We made sure to come back later in the week to buy some of his wines. Yet again a brilliant host and gentleman as we browsed through his wide assortment of natural wines from all over the world. If you are going to Bari and you like good food and wine Est! is highly recommended and if you like natural wines it is even a must! Grazie mille Mario!

My favorite restaurant in Puglia. First came in 2019. Now, we just came back again twice this week. The food has a minimalist approach—simple dishes, perfect flavors and reasonable portions. The natural wine options here are unmatched—really extensive. Impressive Puglian wines but also familiar favorites from other countries. Mario, the proprietor, is friendly and patient with us even though we don’t speak any Italian. If you like natural wine and good food, you must go.
