Okay first off, the food is amazing! It is so supremely good! I was in Japan Feb. 2019 and this food is on par with the sushi in Japan! The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant looks beautiful! Very clean and tidy, wide open aisles, and great spacing between tables. Ordering the food is straight from the tablet. However, therein lies my single complaint. We were told we could order ten items at a time. On the menu they have singular items, in addition to 2pc. (2 Stück, 3 Stücke, en 4 Stück) or more. We would order 10 items and because of the different times to make and serve things, I think we missed out on a bunch of good pieces. There was no way to remember what we ordered, what we liked it didn't like, or what we wanted to order again. This made it frustrating just enough be more than a slight annoyance. The price overall was fair. Yes, it is all you can eat in 2.5hrs but I doubt you'll eat that much (maybe, who knows - but they wouldn't have that deal if it put them out of business). BUT (MAAR) besides for that everything was amazing! (get the soda pop drinks!!) I will definitely be going back. Watch out for the extra costs i.e. drinks and some food items. The drinks will get ya!

A pretty nice place to have all-you-can-eat Asian cuisine! It’s quite spacious and atmospheric. The menu is rather diverse and rich compared to other similar places. There are even numerous choices of included deserts. On top of that, the tablet ordering system is very convenient, and it all is served much quicker than you would think. Highly recommend!

food was not the best . We received dishes by mistake, was late to deliver our rounds . They gave us excuses about the crowded . I don’t like to write such a review on a good repetition Resturant I wish this encourage you to give your best .

Good all you can eat restaurant! Go for the nigiris, makis, gyozas and meat skewers. Avoid the mushrooms, noodles, and rice. Ordering is very efficient and transparent, 1L of water currently €6,75. Vanilla and lemon ice cream a hidden gem. Highly recommended!

Its very good but few good tasting options on the menu. Very good all you can eat, the ice cream was very very good

my go-to sushi place in arnhem. i tried pretty much every all you can eat sushi restaurants in arnhem and this is by far the best one. it isn’t special in terms of their menu or anything, but it is the best tasting and better portions compared to the others. cozy, clean, modern place. their bathroom is also very clean and big. i live quite close, so my cravings are easily fulfilled! they are also the only place that doesn’t charge extra for salmon sashimi (dinner only). i do recommend going for dinner rather than lunch since they offer way more dishes at night! i do think service could be improved but i also have been served by excellent waiters and waitresses, so i can’t be too hard on that! anyways, a must visit if you like sushi and you’re a big eater 😉

Food has been getting worse over the last year. I do need to say, they bring the food out *very* quickly which is nice.

The food is pretty good, the service is lacking. It can, randomly, take pretty long for something to arrive, while other things arrive within a minute. It's also relatively expensive for the quality.

Edamame undercooked, hard. Requested to be re-cooked, on top they were cooked better, below it was still undercooked. Other Koi places are doing much better than here sadly. Hope on better improvements in the future.

One of the better sushi places in Arnhem but it can be very busy on during the weekends. They do have an option to have all you can eat with drink arrangement however, they are quite slow in bringing the drinks.

Great ayce sushi for the price. Salmon sashimi is unlimited without an extra cost! Icecream is unlimited too but you can only order 1 scoop per person per round. There were lots of other desserts to choose from too. Some of the dishes were too salty but overall the food was great. The non sushi items like deep fried chicken wings and sweet potato fries are highly recommended. Some of the grilled meats were dry and over cooked. The food came out very fast. Sushi koi is 10000x better than Sumo sushi.

Food was good and well prepared though service and especially its speed need attention. We ordered much more than intended just to make sure we'd have enough in the 120min time slot... one particular dish took 68 min to be served.

Pretty good all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant. Price for dinner was €34.50 per person on a Sunday night. They also offer unlimited drinks for €11 per person which includes beer, wine and soda. The menu is quite large and you have several other options besides just sushi such as Ramen, salads, miso soup, beef, teriyaki, chicken, etc. I actually liked that the portions were small as this allows you to try more items from the menu. 2 hour time limit was adequate and goes by fast. Service was good as well as the deserts. I would like to return here in the future.

Seriously surprised by how good Sushi Koi has become. Very central and right next to a big bicycle parking place right in the city center. In comparison to the big rival they actually have some decent beers on their menu which adds to the experience. Was very happy to see that their spicy tuna maki was finally available as a non tuna salad version but was dubbed Kimchi Tuna. Ate too many of those as they are delicious. Service was really nice and friendly. Instead of going to their competitors as usual, i think they've gotten a new customer.

Got food poisoning from the fish here. Emailed them about this. The restaurant decided not to acknowledge the issue and just ignore my email. Used to be my favorite place to eat all you can eat sushi, but no more

Koi is no longer what is supposed to be when they just opened their doors. You wont be welcomed, barely any hi's or thank you's at the table by staff.. The restaurant needs a deep cleaning session and its just too expensive. However, the food is still good but not really value for money any longer.

Really great sushi! I eat in a lot of sushi restaurants and the standard here was high. The staff were all friendly and very efficient. The all you can eat option has an all you can drink option for an extra Euro10, which was really good value.

Very beautiful restaurant. Fast service and lovely staff. They have chairs for infants/toddlers. Delicious sushi and great portion sizes. We did the big lunch menu (sushi plus warm bites) and felt we got to try a lot of things, but we didn't over eat, so great pace. Highly enjoyed!

First time dining here, first impression was very good, there's lots of light and it instantly felt like a "fancy" restaurant. Food was well prepared and the staff was friendly. Service was quick and me and my girlfriend enjoyed our stay here. Only downside was that there's only one set price and you have to pay for drinks separately, then again, not something you do everyday so it's worth the money once in a while!

We didn't have a reservation but we just went because we were in the neighborhood. KOI still gave us a seat because we had to have their Sushi and they did not disappoint us. 3rd time at KOI now and their service is flawless. Their food is amazing. I love KOI and I thank them for their amazing friendliness and service!!!

Very good service and a clean restaurant! The sushi was high quality; as were the grill items.
