A few positives! The accomodation was amazing, tranquil, relaxing, and everything you would expect. Once all the faults were sorted it would have been a great holiday, but we only had 3 hrs to enjoy it. The negatives: can't check in until 1500 then reception closes at 1700. So if there are any issues or faults you have to wait until the next day! There is a number to call but no one answers and no one replies to the voicemail. When I confronted the reception staff with regards to the faults the following day, they were very dismissive and quite rude, I felt like an inconvenience. My main complaint however, is a tiresome one! How can I pay 500€ for 2 night accomodation, with Aircon available and have to pay extra to use it??? Does not make sense to me in the modern day. All in all I was disappointed with the whole experience and would not go again. My advice, check in at 1500 then make sure everything works before 1700 and report to reception if it does not!!

A fabulous park in the middle of the forest with great chalets/houses. The playground and swimming pool are wonderful and you’re able to sit out overlooking these whilst enjoying a glass of something… there is a good restaurant and a snackbar. There’s no (mini) supermarket though, the nearest is about 10 mins by car, in Lunteren. It’s a dog friendly park with lots of wonderful walking options right there! Our dog enjoyed all the new sniffs on his walk!

The houses are really cosy and the seating area has such comfortable chairs and couch. Not all the beds were good unfortunately, one matras was really worn out and dented. The bathroom is perfectly fine and the kitchen in equipped with anything you need, but a second cutting board would have been nice. Make sure to bring some dishwasher tablets because there is a dishwasher but they only supply you with one tablet. For me personally the place was a bit too dusty since I'm allergic, but it looked quite clean overall. All and all, a great place to stay with a cosy interior and friendly service staff.

We enjoyed the hottub several times per day. Loved it. Though it must be sayed that the bio-ethanol used to heat the water was smelly. Cant be the most expensive type from what you can read on the internet. And sitting in the tub with a couple of leafblowers next to you is not the best experience we had. Doesn't the management know that bumblebees and hedgehogs need these leafs to survive the winter? Ah well, who cares.. there is stil a lot of forest around the park. The food in the restaurant was not bad, but not good enough to try more than one time. All and all, not bad. Three stars.

Large facility with something for everyone. Tennis court and soccer field available but you must bring your own equipment. We are family of 4 and rented a nice roomy chalet. It was within an 8-10 minute drive from local stores and restaurants. Quaint and scenic location. Great wifi. Bring extra toilet paper and paper towels with you though.

Beautiful park hotel placed in the forrest. BUT TopParken have a too lose policy regarding dogs and smoking. People are smoking only a couple of meters next to the playground. Which I find not acceptable. On two separate occations I saw dogs peeing in the playground. Children are of couse playing and having fun here, and that is highly unaceptable. The management of the TopParken should bring an end to this mater asap. We stayed at a Deluxe appartement and it was ok. The appartement was fairly modern and large enough for a small family of four. The quality of the place was not the great not terrible. The bedrooms was small but the kitchen and livingroom is fine and cosy. I would recomend the place if you can get ot for around 100 euros a night. Remember to bring your own: - towels - dishtowel - dishwasher soap - toilet paper - salt - peper - soap

The best parks to go to, a very good balance between what you get and what you pay for. Location is really good and all the peace I went to have many things to do nearby. And the support and service is really good!!

Key points: child friendly, pet friendly, peaceful, clean and well-maintained, nice facilities, easy access to the woods, conveniently located from Ede and Lunteren We own a small house at this park (only for a few months now), and I'm super happy with our choice. The park is so well maintained and has a really nice vibe. The playground is brand new and made of natural-looking wooden elements, so it blends well with the surroundings. There's a caged football field and tennis court as well. My personal favourite is the heated outdoor pool and baby pool. The grassy area and seating around the pool are spacious and classy. I haven't been in the summer, so I can't say if it gets wild and crowded in the warmer months. We appreciated the little snackbar. It's handy, and the people working there are friendly and helpful. Hopefully they come with some vegetarian options in the near future. I'd love that! The proper restaurant is pretty good, with cozy indoor and outdoor seating options. I've eaten there twice and had drinks there once. The first time was a real disappointment. I got burrata and roasted seasonal vegetables. The burrata was like a salad with salsa on it (no basil or balsamic or tomatoes to be found), and the vegetables were a plate of rice and mashed potatoes with mushrooms on top. Sorry, but those aren't vegetables. The next time I split the cote de beuf and ceasar salad with my aunt, and we had some cocktails with it, and we were super happy! The steak was absolutely delicious. The staff is also super friendly. Really a gezellig gang there. Happy hour on Friday is also something I'd recommend. I've been to several other vacation parks in NL before, and this one is the most well put together one I've seen. It has a peaceful ambiance, and despite the houses being quite packed together, it still allows nature to shine through. I'm really looking forward to the summer months, when the kids club is open and all the dogs are out and about.

The kids club was not working. The washing machine and dryer didn't work properly. They threatened us that they will take money from our deposit if we will not clean the cabin, sweep the floor and take the dishes out of the dishwasher. And they made us take the sheets out of the beds. Look what we found on the bed after talking them out... don't believe that we slept on this for 9 days. Gross!

The area is lovely and peaceful. Plenty of privacy around the chalet. The outdoor pool is nice and clean, certainly a plus point during the heatwave.

Wrong billing positions on the invoice, hidden costs after renting, costs for a cleaning service that cleans 5 min (we watched that happen 3 times while we sayed there), description of the cleaning tells you after buying it has to be swept clean. Means actually they clean nothing you pay for it and you clean! Last but not least after you get the email for the stay you are asked to do a survey. That survey has a lot in it, but the problem is most of it is aimed to blame the staff, even if the main problem is the COMPANY!

We stayed here for a week and enjoyed every moment. The park is well maintained, neat and clean. There’s a playground, swimming pool, restaurant that servers various meals and everything you need for a great vacation. We stayed at the comfort chalet and it was well equipped with everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner. It’s recommended to bring with you supplies such as dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, paper towels etc. but if you don’t then it’s possible to buy at the park’s vending machine or at the nearby ah/ALDI 5 minute drive to Ede. The staff is very nice and will help sort out any issue you may encounter

We booked a cabin for a midweek during the autumn break holiday. When we arrived we were absolutely surprised by the cabin. We were the first ones to ever rent it, so everything in it, absolutely everything, was brand new! New bed, new jacuzzi, new plates, new everything! The park itself is very clean and although it is very big, it's super calm as well. Located next to the woods, gives you the perfect opportunity to take a nice walk or build some huts with the kids! On the park, during this holiday week, there is an extended entertainment program for the kids, warmed outside pool, bikes and skelters for rent and a nice restaurant! The sushi restaurant on the park even delivers at your cabin!! 💯! In the nearby town, Lunteren, you'll find supermarkets and a nice little center. It's about 12 minutes by car. If you want a semi luxurious holiday, definitely worth the money.

The park itself is nice. The bungalow we were staying with was fine, although the mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable. Nice and friendly staff assisted us. BUT! We have rented two bikes from a lady who provides bikes for rent right next to the reception. One of the bikes was a cargo bike, where we have put our child. The lady informed me that the bike would shake a bit, but it's normal. We were riding bikes on the territory of the park, and all over a sudden, the cargo bike just went out of control, and the kid nearly fell and got so scared. When we checked the problem, it was actually a screw missing, so the cargo just got unattached from the front wheel. Luckily, it didn't happen in a more dangerous environment. So, when we went to the reception, the staff called the lady who was responsible for the bikes rent. Without any apology, she just put the screw and wanted us to continue using the bike. I would never put the child into such a bike again. However, she was insisting on getting another one instead. I didn't trust the safety of her bikes anymore. We used the bikes for just a few hours and returned. Instead of reimbursing the amount we paid and apologizing, she kept insisting on getting us another bike. So, after seeing that we didn't change our minds, she agreed to reimburse just 15 € out of 32,5€. Trust me, it's not about the money. It's the completely wrong attitude of the lady. It was her responsibility to check the safety of her bikes, especially the bikes where small kids were carried. But she didn't even take the situation seriously. P.s. At the no reimbursement was received

We had one of the larger villas. The area is generally quite calm. Upsides: Modern house with all kinds of amenities, nice garden and surroundings, friendly staff, the park generally appears to be in good shape and as being kept in such. Downsides: Houses are generally quite close to each other so it's very likely that you see/hear/notice neighbors at times or vice versa. During the time of our stay, the whirlpool was broken. It was not advertised so that's not a major downside, but since the houses had whirlpools and due to some "law", all private whirlpools were apparently closed. The website and the booklet inside the house sometimes contained contradictory information (e.g. about parking). Generally, a stay here is recommended as the place itself and the houses are good but the downsides we experienced will probably keep us as a group of 7 to 8 (no family) people from coming back. For families, it's great!

Great cottage for the price we paided. Park is good and clean. Funny was when we used the sauna the power in our cottage went out, luckily easy to solve. Only real con was a loud party one night but I think someone put a stop to it around 01:00.

A very nice gateway for a long holiday. Family and kids friendly place. All apartments are well equipped with kitchen and you can cook your meal. The restaurant opens only for lunch and dinner. However if you are a group of 20 people they might consider for breakfast. There are horse farms nearby and you can rent one for a ride in the forest. Our little one enjoyed it. Definitely recommend place for a relaxing holidays in the woods.
