I
had
taken
out
a
Fit
To
Go
subscription:
“We
take
these
worries
off
your
hands
with
Fit-to-Go,
our
subscription
for
minor
car
maintenance.
This
allows
you
to
visit
all
KwikFit
branches
for
minor
car
maintenance
without
any
restrictions
and
without
an
appointment.”
So
without
an
appointment.
A
lamp
had
broken,
so
I
thought
I
could
test
the
service
right
away.
A
subscription
that
promises
that
worries
will
be
taken
care
of
for
me.
But
I
had
only
been
at
this
location
for
a
while
and
I
immediately
had
headaches
that
I
didn't
have
2
minutes
before.
I
was
'received'
without
decency
and
inhospitable
by
an
employee
reading
the
newspaper.
Communication
takes
place
in
an
unfriendly
and
irritated
tone.
Unclear
where
to
report,
I
didn't
get
a
normal
answer.
And
the
employee
just
hovered
over
his
newspaper.
Other
employee
also
did
not
want
to
communicate
normally
and
acted
super
irritated.
So
I
haven't
even
been
able
to
report
anywhere
yet,
let
alone
say
what
I
came
for.
It
looked
like
a
skit.
They
made
such
a
fuss
that
I
quickly
left.
Kwik-Fit,
give
your
employees
some
Etiquette
courses
and
teach
them
decency.
I'll
never
come
back
here
again.
On
the
way
I
called
customer
service
to
ask
if
I
could
still
cancel
the
subscription.
The
gentleman
says
yes,
that
is
still
possible.
I
said
the
reason
I
want
to
cancel
is
because
I
was
just
treated
rudely
in
Nijmegen.
The
employee
says
something
like
that
is
very
annoying
for
me.
Have
a
nice
weekend,
and
that's
it.
If
my
feelings
as
a
human
being
are
not
taken
seriously
by
this
company,
then
they
certainly
aren't
taking
my
car
seriously
at
all,
are
they?
And
let
me
just
get
there
in
front
of
my
car.
My
complaint
is
not
taken
seriously
at
all.
I
drove
on
to
the
Audi
dealer
in
Velp.
I
was
welcomed
like
a
queen
with
a
cup
of
tea.
My
keys
were
taken,
my
car
was
driven
into
the
workshop,
the
light
was
fixed,
and
I
didn't
even
have
to
pay
anything.
That
means
service
and
taking
care
of
your
worries.
Bye
Kwik
Fit.
