HORRIBLE FOOD and BAD SERVICE!! I have never had such bad food in The Netherlands. We ordered the burger, Philly cheesesteak and fries. All of our orders were wrong. While taking our order the waitress was clearly annoyed with us; kept sighing and rolling her eyes (Which we did not deserve). The food arrived not all together, my boyfriend got his food when we were all almost done. We asked multiple times where the food was and they kept telling us its on its way. The orders were wrong; bacon was added to the burger or cheese was missing but we were still charged!! We talked to the servers multiple times explaining what was wrong and they said it would be taken care of on the bill dont worry. All the food was clearly microwaved, we couldn't even chew the bread. When we told our server at the end our complain she said okay and walked away mid complaint. At the end when we got our bill we were charged for food and drinks we did not order. We talked to a different server bc the one we had was clearly uninterested and kept saying "but you ate the food though" because she told us to?! The only reason we ate what we could was because we were starving. The other server was very helpful and kind. They took care of all of the problems. Very greatful to them. I do not recommend this place to anyone not even to someone I dislike!

I went for my birthday celebration with a group of friends, i was really disappointed with the service. They overbooked and the place was very busy we got to our table 30 min late, they gave us two separate tables, one of the tables didn’t even got their food. We booked for bowling also but because of the timing we didn’t do it. by then we were fed up and we left. they gave us free drinks for the inconvenience. But next time their should be a better management of the reservations. Because my whole birthday celebration was ruined and we ended up going somewhere else.

The food took 1,5 hours to come. Mark, the manager, is completely incapable of running the place and gave us a receipt full of mistakes, charging us for things that were never served and for things that were already paid. He also obliged us to pay for drinks that the waitor said were on the house, in order to make up for the huge delay. He needs to be fired. The security guy, Atik, who tried to diffuse the situation deserves a raise.

The crappiest customer "service" I've ever experienced. Late food, free drinks that were not free, double charging, lukewarm tasteless food (100% sure it was microwaved, no way bread gets that mushy without being microwaved, worse philly cheese steak I've ever had). Environment is cool, but what's the point if everything else is awful. Wish I could give negative starts tbh, that's how bad it is.

Hoo boy, this is a bit complicated. My dad reserved for 11 people at the café, but they failed to inform us there weren't tables available for us and that we had to dine at the event center. Fine, mistakes happen, that's forgivable since they offered an acceptable solution. When we ordered our meals however some of us were starting to endulge ourselves in the activities near the tables. A few of our orders came in as expected, however most were forgotten about entirely and we had to inform the waiters there after an hour. One of the meals was even undercooked and borderline unsanitary. The drinks were good and the activities were fun, that's what mostly prevents me to give this place 1 star. I doubt very few of these faults were because if the waiters, so this review is gonna be used to put down any employees, don't put it on the waiters.

Worst experience ever! Food was cold and of low quality, it took 45 minutes to serve anything, and as if that wasn’t bad enough the order came incomplete and when i asked for the rest i had to wait another 20 minutes for it! I had to eat my food cold and chewy. I gave this place two chances and both times were an extremely bad experience! Never again

It was literally awful, we had Philly cheesesteak which was salty and the meat was awful, and Buffalo wings that did not have buffalo sauce!!! And they warm them in the microwave!!! I've never had such a bad experience

Great sports bar, restaurant and games to play. Had Philly cheese steak which was great! However, loaded chicken fries not so much to the taste. We played various games and beerpong was fun too. Will definitely come again for formula simulator that is best to book through their website before coming.

This place has a huge infrastructure and it's definitely a good place to go with a group of friends to some activities, some bites and drinks. Not as good for small children but definitely good for teenagers. The food is not bad but most of the itens are quite pricey

Met the greatest movie star of all time!! The stay was really pleasant played a bit of mini golf too with friends and overall good vibes!

It is a great location to come, play games and have a great time with friends. We had a lovely time playing mini golf and shuffle. The ambience is great with good music. The staff is friendly and the food was delicious. Especially the philly cheese stake was the best. They had some good veg options too.

The restaurant has nice music and a chill vibe. The burger (vegetarian) was okay and the service was quick when you needed it and the staff was really friendly.

Bad service. Escape room is very poor and boring. Music is so loud that you only hear people out and you don't hear anything about "mission". Race costs 25 euros for one hour. The only thing I like is Diagon alley.

Went for lunch, and there were only a couple of customers around. Service was slow, but the sandwich was delicious. The mac and cheese wasn't really delicious. The macaroni was overcooked(too soft) and it was drowning in too much cheese it was difficult to see where the macaroni was and exactly how much cheese they used (overkill on cheese, as it turns out).

The inside is nicely decorated however we were disappointed with the cocktails and the service :( the cocktails tasted mostly like juice and they were also missing some really basic cocktails we would have liked to order. They had a really innovative system with lights to call the staff however the staff didn’t seem to pay attention to the system and we had to wait long for service. Unfortunately did not meet my expectations.

The waiter was awkwardly not able to take our order correctly. Then we had to wait for almost half an hour while the restaurant was almost empty. Last but not least, she just spoiled a glass of beer on one of our guest... At least the food was good.

Very nice and original place. Not time to get bored with thier table games and very delicious food. I recommend to go with friends and family! Food delicious, can't wait to go again! (Drinks a bit expensive)

Mini golf was fun. Hole #14 was out of order. Sports cafe: waited way too long for our order. Club sandwich salmon was great! Kid's meal was served on a plate instead of a car tray. Disappointing! Philly cheese sandwich: meat was sliced too thick and had just a little bit of cheese. Nice environment!
