Came here for my son's second birthday! Damaris was a fabulous server; she was well-informed, polite and helpful. Food. Was. AMAZING. The kids had pasta, and their plates were clean (for once!), and I ordered a summer spicy chicken dish (the name escape me!), and as a cook, this meal was perfection. My husband could not join us, but I'm sure his veal will be devine!

A couple changes since the last time I was at an East Side Mario's, one of which is that they don't bring out the big bowl of salad anymore, they use small individual bowls.. not a big deal and it makes sense for less waste, but definitely more running for the servers. Ordered a kids pizza, and 2 chicken parms, with garden salad and Caesar salads. Bread was good as usual, salads were bomb, probably the best we've had at an East Side, kids pizza was perfect, and the chicken parm and spaghetti were on point. Our server was amazing, sorry we didn't get your name, overall probably the best East Side experience we've had, and we've been to many. Great job!

Good portions, nice food and friendly staff. One of the most amazing grilled chicken you can find in Cesar salad, just adds soo much taste to this ever green salad. Their tomato soup is a perfect recipe for the winter. Overall good food, had a great time here with friends.

This was the worst dinner experience EVER!! I would love to have the contact # for head office as this was the worst waste of $125 ever. We were given dirty plates for bread. I mean food on them!! My son got sweet water for root beer, my 3 year old spilled her drink and was never offered a new one nor was the drink running under our table and out on the floor ever cleaned up. My husband had to ask for his salad when his dinner arrived. No Parmesan offered no drink refills or bread refills offered. Had to cut my calzone with a butter knife. No paper towel in the bathroom. We felt 100% invisible!! Even after I told the waitress how disappointed we were nothing improved. She said she was new and never had so many tables to take care of before. (It was NOT busy) I felt bad for her but I feel completely ripped off of our dining experience due to someone new not being properly trained. My 3 year old had to ask for a replacement drink and her dessert. We were beyond upset. I didn’t finish my dinner or drink because I was so upset we were wasting our money on such a disappointing outing. I do not recommend one bit and I am not a complainer at all. My last east side experience was incredible and you can read my review to support that. I really want to talk to someone l with authority about this. It was unacceptable. Another man got up from his table twice looking for a server. Lots of people there “working”, absolutely no excuse for wasting our hard earned dollar for this. I could have served my family much better at home. Again, if she was a new employee she should have been offered the training and support to ensure she was comfortable enough in her role to provide the service being paid for. Just all round disappointing, unacceptable experience.

Got seated, then proceeded to watch others get seated and taken care of while left alone. No one came for drinks orders or to even introduce themselves. All the while watching new arrivals get prompt service.

I went out to eat today and was very disappointed. The male server dropped items on our table with a lot of aggression and had terrible etiquette. The way he treats people comes off as a little prejudiced. The female server was friendly. Food was pricey and tasteless. We requested a Caesar salad without bacon because we are Muslim and don't eat it; yet, the salad contained bacon. I was unable to gather names because no one was wearing name tags. Sadly, I won't be coming back here as a result of the poor experience.

MJ was really helpful and sweet Love this new flavour spaghetti 🍝 And we are happy to come here for lunch 👍🏼 The bread and the tomato soup is our all time fav

Really loved their complimentary Garlic bread with butter it was piping hot and delicious too. Highly recommended their Italian weeding soup with meatballs also do try their scallops pasta delicious and really great service and also friendly staff

just ate here and he had the pleasure of being served by Prachi, she was running around serving and hosting and still managed to be super attentive and just overall wonderful. she really made it one of the best dining experiences we’ve had. we wanted to leave a review to thank her so please make sure she sees this ! ♥️

Food was excellent… lasagna portion on sampler could have been a little bigger, but all tasted good. Our server, Terry, was very engaging and accommodating. Thank you Terry!!

The AC was cranked the restaurant was chilly. The chicken parmigiana was a nice portion. A lot of spaghetti but lacking enough signature tomato sauce and the sauce itself was very bland. Also wish they brown the cheese on the parmigiana like the photo on the menu.

I come to east side marios regularly and normally its a 5 star can't complain about anything its super great service food and price what more can you ask for.... but today I was shocked and disappointed to learn the veal parm sandwich without bread I got the insides of a sandwich wrapped in paper which was so odd. Should have and could have easily been put in a takeout box or container- maybe it was a kid or someone who had less experience but coming from a restaurant that was quite surprising

Jennifer is an awesome waitress, who is extremely accommodating and polite. Her service is fast and she is very attentive. The Caesar salad was extra creamy and delicious. The Gigantico Three Cheese Ravioli Was spectacular and very cheesy and delightful.

Overall I was disappointed with my visit to this location of east side Marios. The washroom was disgusting and smelt awful. Hopefully it’s not indicative of how the kitchen is. In terms of the service, our server seemed to not care. She looked unhappy, and was not attentive at all. Lastly, the food was just okay. The ravioli lacks flavour.

Came in with some friends tonight. The service was amazing. And the food was great. Mackenna was our server, and she was so friendly. She’s honestly such a sweetheart! 10/10 would come back for her.

My waitress Mackenna was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond while serving us, ensuring we had all that we need. Even had the bartender make up a surprise shot for me <3 definitely will be back!

Food was great. Like Easts of old. Had the Hell’s Kitchen Chicken and a personal pizza. Both really good. Calamari starter was spicy and delicious but way over cooked. Should not be on a sizzling pan. Server Paula was a delight. Great service and made us feel very welcome and well taken care of.

We attended for lunch and we pleasantly greeted by Claire who sat us. She was attentive and checked in regularly, but gave us the time we needed to make a decision on our meals. The food was great tasting and we both enjoyed our meals. Overall a great lunch!

My first time ever visiting an east side Mario’s. This store, the staff helped me get the best value for my dollar while guiding me through my order. The order was quick, the manager was super friendly. Once we got home and ate, we couldn’t believe the amount of food. (We have 3 teenage boys) all 5 of us couldn’t believe how good this food was! For something that seemed so simple, it was blasting with flavour! Portions were perfect! I highly recommend supporting this store! They went above and beyond and definitely secured my future business!!! Thank you Zoe for making this an exceptional experience for myself and my family!

I am saddened to leave a bad review at one of my favorite places to eat. Unfortunately my partner and I had the worst experience for dinner, the service was extremely slow, which most of the staff just standing around while we were one of three tables seated. On top of the slow service we were served out soup and salad at different times, and my spoon looked like it was used and not washed, which is not great since we are still in a pandemic. As well as the staff were mopping the floors around us and left the dirty floor water bucket right beside our table which isn't something you want while eating dinner, this definitely should have been completed after the store closes or not right beside a couple eating. I will not be returning to this specific location because I do not want to deal with that kind of service and environment. Side note - our waitress did look like she was running around trying to serve us as quickly as possible but if they all were working as a team maybe things would have been done a little better.

Awful. The bathrooms are so disgusting. They look like they have not been cleaned in a month. With washrooms this dirty it really makes me question what their kitchen looks like. They were so incredibly slow too. There’s only us and 2 maybe 3 other tables here. We ordered the all you can eat soup and salad. Been sitting for a good 20 minutes waiting for our waitress to come over here so we can get refills on food and drink. We thought this would be a quick meal and we could move on to the other things we have to do but we’ve been here an hour and haven’t even had our first refill. We will Never be back. Health inspector really needs to check this place out. If you want to eat in a dirty horrifically slow place than this is your spot.

Wonderful service from Brooke. Cocktails were great & refreshing. Only down side, my wife said her house salad didn't taste as fresh as she would have liked. But overall, a nice afternoon out for a good price.

Usually have a decent experience at this location. Last visit they had only three servers on staff so we waited for a table (less time than guesstimated) and the service was still good and timely! Always worth returning to.

OMG, the place is awesome the food was also commendable. But on top of everything the service we received for our server PAULA was A++ like she was on the top. Overall no complaints and will vist it again for sure.
