I really enjoyed my visit here!! The food was extremely delicious and the service was amazing! My friends and I even got some free chips and salsa! 😁

This franchise is one of the worst in barrie all they want to do is save food cost by providing small quantities so I would suggest never go there if you want a good burrito with more quantity.

Ordered veggie bowl. All the veggies were stinking and expires avocado was used by the server. Worst experience of all time. Waste of 15$ better try other place than visiting this place.

Mucho Burrito in Barrie offers a decent selection of customizable burritos, bowls, and tacos, but my experience was a bit of a mixed bag. On the positive side, the ingredients were fresh, and the portions generous, making for a satisfying meal overall. However, the restaurant falls short in a few key areas. While the flavors were generally good, the proportions of rice, meat, and toppings in my burrito seemed a bit off, leading to an uneven eating experience. A little more attention to detail could go a long way. Lastly, the pricing felt slightly on the higher side for the quality and service received. When considering the entire dining experience, it didn’t quite justify the cost. Overall, Mucho Burrito has the potential for a great quick and casual meal but needs to address these service and quality issues to elevate it from just ‘average’. I’m giving it 3 stars with the hope that they’ll take this feedback to heart for future improvements.

This place has the worst customer service i have seen in my life. I personally have worked in MUCHO BURRITO but never disrespected or gave any attitude to any customer. If you go here with problem they will say it’s not my problem. Clearly I didn’t wanted the pickled onions but still they throw something that I don’t want. I would say that owner is good who wants to keep store up to date but the employees clearly did not care enough to keep it that way. Specifically the guy named RISHABH and also a short girl(not body shaming). Owner should get this review under consideration. This is affecting your store Mr. Owner. Thank you. All the best

What the hell is going on guys. I left a review 3 years ago that this is the best burrito I’ve ever ate but the employees were different. Whats wrong with that one guy who basically just gave us tortilla. Nothing in it, a regular burrito was not even small. If you wanna save up on food cost and give nothing to customers then the business should be closed. Please improve this. We’re paying hell lot of money.

Best Burritos Taste! Came here with my family last month looking for a fast-food alternative. Glad we did. Ordered their special burritos. Everything was perfect especially the grilled beef. Usually in other establishments I find the beef full of fat or nerves; not this one. Nice friendly staff.

Ordered a carnitas burrito and it came with absolutely NO meat just a bunch of soggy rice. UPDATED They replied to my review asking for me to reach out to their email to "make things right" but after emailing i have been ignored for 3 weeks. They reply like that so people think they care but in reality they dont care. Avoid at all costs

Service gets worse and quantity gets smaller every time. You guys are so cheap with your ingredients. Next time if I don't get a quality burrito, I'll just walk out after ordering. You can keep it. I refuse to pay $15 for a spoon full or rice and a spoon full of beans. F.U.

First time at this location. The inside was very bright, clean & welcoming. The women working was very friendly and made me some awesome tacos! What a gem!

I ordered large burrito and these guys didn’t put that much material inside and it’s look like we ordered small. Please it’s humble request to the owner that tell your employees to do your job well. Not to save all materials to make 3-4 burritos instead of one.

Very tasty and pleasant staff, the only downfall is they have the front of the counter barricaded with chairs etc...so you can't see the toppings you would like to add to your burrito etc...

We love the shrimp Burrito. I'm sure it would have been great, but we were told they didn't have shrimp right now. We are used to waiting for it to be cooked, but there was no offer to make any. Just none now. Even though we were there well within hours. We were stopping on our way through. Guess we'll continue through to Orillia.

I tried your buy one get one free offer.I was given two bowls but ridiculously small portions. Usually the portion that you give in one bowl , this time you gave me the same portion divided into two bowls. I was very disappointed with that. I wish you guys would have just gave me one bowl and did not put an offer like that. I would be happy to give you $15 for one full bowl rather than getting the same portion in two bowls for a promotion. We trust that mucho Burrito cares about that customers but this was a bad experience for me. I had Burrito bowl from mucho burrito before but at that time I did get a full bowl loaded with vegetables and beans. But this time I was unsatisfied with your service. I hope that you can improve this promotion either by deleting it or by giving a right quantity.

"Cheap! Cheap! Cheapy, Cheapy, Cheapy Mike". I frequent 3 different Mucho Burritos in the Hamilton area. All of which serve fair sized Burritos. I was up visiting family and because ive always had good a good experience, i thought i would treat them. We were all hungry and they were pretty excited to try it based on my excitement. This place is not the Mucho Burrito i know. This location serves smalls as regulars. On the first Burrito they made I questioned them "I did order a regular, right?". He confirmed "yes". I continued to order 3 of the 5 Burritos that I intended to order. After the third one was made with the same stingey consistency, I decided I was not ordering anymore. While standing there waiting for the last one to be packed up, I decided to look up their Google reviews and found that others have posted the same concerns in regards to this location. I told the employee my perspective and he told me the owner taught him the portions to give out per size. I can't imagine being cheap is good for the longevity of a business. You might save a little money short term but in the long term this method equals fail. I will never be returning here. They have also lost 4 potential referrals.

We had Mucho Burrito cater a birthday party. It was very well received by all guests. The staff ensured that no detail was over-looked.. Our meal was plentiful and delicious. I would use this catering service again. Thanks for making it so easy.

We were heading back home and needed some lunch. We were all very impressed with the Covid protocols in place and the food was very good. Everything was prepared with care and we really had a great experience. Thanks to the whole crew there.

Went to get a burrito bowl, worker was very rude. I went to pay and the lady said my card declined, it showed the payment was taken out from my bank account and on my apple pay notification and TD app notification, the lady grabbed her manager and she manager got another co worker to try, the man charged me again, at this point it being $40. The worker than told me he needs to charge me $40 because thats how much it costs. I showed them both transactions again, I ended up asking for receipt's and then left with no food and the cashier told me to “ just leave my store “

I went there last tuesday at 10:00 pm and girl at the counter didn’t gave me any option. most of the veggies were already in fridge for next morning. When I asked to put all veggies, she put corns and red onions. she already added corns and red onions without my permission and when I asked for more veggies she told me I can get only four veggies in total. she told me that after adding 2 veggies of her own choice. That was totally unfair.

This is hands down the best mucho in town! Ingredients are fresh and the service is top notch. Eat here every Monday for kids eat free. Kids love the quesadillas!
