Very bad hotel. Don't care about service users. I have never seen such a hotel Please Don't waste your money.

Very bad hotel. I am a student I hardly afford the hotel. I accidentally chose wrong date and wants to change it. I cancelled and tried to change it but they refused to refund me. For this I had to cancel all my flights. They are very heartless people. I advice you please don't go to this hotel. What kind of service would you provide if you don't care about customers. This is stilling money from the poor. Such very bad people.

Please Don't go to this hotel. All is lie. The service is so bad. They are thief's. They still money from students. All they care about is taking money for services they didn't provide. Very bad hotel. The hotel is not clean. The food hygiene is so bad. The swimming pool is not clean.

Good location near Basel airport, with lots of sights to see locally (French National Car Museum Vitra Design Museum and lots more). Comfortable rooms and good restaurant in basement. Small quite well equipped gym. Very helpful and friendly reception staff. Good continental breakfast buffet. Recommended

I have been staying at Accor hotels since a long time, but never have I encountered such bad service. We had a family suite and upon our arrival the light in the kids room was not working and so we told this to the people at reception. We couldn’t leave as we didn’t know if our room will be changed or whether the light will be fixed. On again asking, the lady at the reception told that the technician isn’t available and all other rooms are fully booked. She was really rude in here speech and attitude. Next day around 12, we again asked about it she told us she isn’t sure what time technician would be available and then very impolitely she said she isn’t a technician. The light was later fixed but the attitude of the people at the reception isn’t acceptable for a service industry. We wanted to talk to the manager but she was never available. We were neither given any compensation nor any apology from any of the staff members. To add to it, the hamam and jacuzzi were not working. There was never any soap in the bath areas of swimming pool. The housekeeping staff were the only polite people at the whole property. Overall it was a bad experience. With the amount per night we paid, it’s absolutely not worth it.

Hotel ist nach am Euroairport gelegen und leicht zu erreichen. Parkplätze sind ausreichend und kostenfrei. Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig. Check in ist zum wiederholten Male eine Katastrophe. Lange schlangen 12- 13 Gäste wollen einchecken, nur einer am checkin desk, obwohl genug Personal zu gegen ist. Gute Organisation und Gästeservice geht anders. Am Ende 23min gewartet bis ich mit dem einchecken dran war.

Worth every penny. Stayed here for just a few hours after an unexpected overnight layover. Comfortable bed, spacious room, and incredibly helpful front desk. They called every taxi service to try to book a 4am taxi for us and when no one was available they told us they would bring us to the airport themselves. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience. The receptionist was very attentive and received me there very well. It is a very comfortable room with a swimming pool and jacuzzi, well organized, and free shuttle to the airport, which is excellent. The only con was that I ordered a meat in the dinner and the meat was similar to chewing gum, but I asked to the waiter to change it and he changed it. I would give 5 stars if there wasn't this issue for sure.
