I
have
been
staying
at
Accor
hotels
since
a
long
time,
but
never
have
I
encountered
such
bad
service.
We
had
a
family
suite
and
upon
our
arrival
the
light
in
the
kids
room
was
not
working
and
so
we
told
this
to
the
people
at
reception.
We
couldn’t
leave
as
we
didn’t
know
if
our
room
will
be
changed
or
whether
the
light
will
be
fixed.
On
again
asking,
the
lady
at
the
reception
told
that
the
technician
isn’t
available
and
all
other
rooms
are
fully
booked.
She
was
really
rude
in
here
speech
and
attitude.
Next
day
around
12,
we
again
asked
about
it
she
told
us
she
isn’t
sure
what
time
technician
would
be
available
and
then
very
impolitely
she
said
she
isn’t
a
technician.
The
light
was
later
fixed
but
the
attitude
of
the
people
at
the
reception
isn’t
acceptable
for
a
service
industry.
We
wanted
to
talk
to
the
manager
but
she
was
never
available.
We
were
neither
given
any
compensation
nor
any
apology
from
any
of
the
staff
members.
To
add
to
it,
the
hamam
and
jacuzzi
were
not
working.
There
was
never
any
soap
in
the
bath
areas
of
swimming
pool.
The
housekeeping
staff
were
the
only
polite
people
at
the
whole
property.
Overall
it
was
a
bad
experience.
With
the
amount
per
night
we
paid,
it’s
absolutely
not
worth
it.
