Great location, super friendly staff, but room could have been in a better condition. I have stayed in better Zoku Hotels than the one in Paris. They were cleaner and technically in a better condition. I like your concept, but please keep a high standard since you are not a cheap youth hostel!

I respect the concept of what they were going for but there is a lot of room for improvement. We arrived very early but I could clearly witness every single guest after us experience the same confusion and disorganization as we did. I will acknowledge one girl that seemed to be running the whole place. Still, it would make everybody’s life easier if a system was set in place. The gentleman that helped us kept stating that we had not paid for our reservation. This made no sense as you are required to pay in full to reserve a room. We had to show our bank statement and confirmation to prove him otherwise. Anyways, the first thing I noticed was a very unpleasant odor in the elevator during our stay. It never went away and only got worse. Unfortunately, we were greeted with the same exact disgusting stench radiating from the sectional in our room. It sucked because I specifically paid extra and upgraded so that we could enjoy a larger couch and living area. The smell got so unbearable that we had to go out and desperately search for something to help and mask the smell. Despite our plans to cook meals, we were turned off by the lack of cleanliness and would rather skip meals instead. Anyways, we were an hour early but the room was never going to be ready on time. Upon entering, the entire unit was hot as hell and took hours to cool down. Also the bathroom was definitely not ready. All knobs, sink stoppers and even the toilet brush wand was out of place. The last thing I want to do after a 12 hour flight is touch something that at one point came in contact with dozens of stranger’s bodily fluids. Also whoever designed and approved the carpets in the hallway is dumb as hell. Why would you market towards “business” professionals who will obviously have luggage when they won’t even be able to roll their damn luggage more than 6 inches. Also, don’t even bother paying extra for their “late checkout.” The exact same person you spoke to 15 minutes ago will call you relentlessly and have no recollection of your conversation. To no surprise they won’t communicate that with room service, so expect to be awoken again shortly. The only positive thing was the bed as it was very comfortable (if you could get past all the hairs from previous guests.) The location is alright with a small convenience store downstairs. Please keep in mind traffic is horrendous in this area during rush hour. It took us 1.5 hours just to move one block. I was really excited to stay here. Never again.

Zoku was incredible. We stayed in an XL loft (2 adults and a toddler) and it had everything we needed and more. The loft was clearly designed with a lot of attention to detail, there is a place for almost everything! The space is comfortable and beautiful, we stayed in a loft facing the tribunal de Paris and loved watching the world go by from our huge windows. The restaurant was lovely as was the service and the delicious beautifully served food. The terrace was also gorgeous. I really cannot fault the hotel, the staff were really helpful and accommodating. If I had to be super critical I’d say it would be nice to have a breakfast menu so you know what hot food you can order, it seemed to vary day to day and I wasn’t sure if there were different things on each day or if different staff mentioned different things…. The breakfast was otherwise mostly buffet and there wasn’t a huge offering but perfectly sufficient and everything was really tasty and prepared with care. Thank you for looking after us!

Enjoyed our stay at Zoku Paris. Wasn't sure that it would be quite as the photos suggested but it really does look like that! Check in was easy at an unmanned screen where you create your own key card. It's not as clear that you need to use this to access the floors below where the rooms are! The rooms are incredible, large for any hotel room but especially for a Paris room. The bed in the loft it accessed through a pull out staircase that hides away for the day. There's loads of storage to hide away your luggage if you were staying for a long time. The kitchen is well appointed all things considered, there's enough to make a small dinner if you wanted. Pepper, salt and oil were available in the kitchen already which would have been helpful if we were staying longer. There is a fridge, dischwasher, microwave and hob. You can collect more utensils and more from the pantry - we collected two additional pillows but there were toasters, mixers and even a slow cooker available! The location is perhaps a little further out than I would have considered if it hadn't looked so spectacular on the photos - but this wasn't an issue. It's well connected to the metro, tram, bus and RER network so getting to anywhere (and getting home!) never felt it was going to be difficult. The staff were lovely although we didn't really need to bother them until the last day. There is an exceptional locker room in the basement where you can leave your luggage. The key card failed and a staff member had to come and help but she was very friendly and apologetic. There's even a shower in the basement it seems that you could use before the journey home. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, I would certainly use it again if I was to return to Paris!

Great hotel apartment; Overall the room and location is great! I’d highly recommend this hotel! Quick feedback; the locker cards are not working properly/not assigned to the right locker numbers. The door handle on the 6th floor is also damaged and needs to be repaired.

I really enjoyed my stay. I was there for a week and it was nice. The view and loft room was very cool and I loved the kitchen area. The only thing I wish was better was the hot water in the shower not staying hot. It would go back and forth from cold to hot, which isn’t a big deal but worth mentioning. Overall though the stay and location was great and I would recommend a stay. Bus stop and train station right there by the hotel making travel easy and it’s close to a bunch of cool site seeing spots so you don’t have to travel far for most things. Has 2 stores right beside for grocery stuff and a coffee shop with some good snacks and coffee as well. I usually don’t write reviews but I really did like my stay and the price was worth.

We arrived late around 12 pm and someone was in reception. Super kind and helpful. The room couldn’t be better. We spent 7 days and our stay was super comfortable. Everything very well thought, a different hotel. King bed spacious and cosy. Fridge, dishwasher and all the equipment for apartments. They left two complementary drinks as we stayed in our anniversary, that was cute 🥰 Air conditioner working properly, views amazing as we were in a 6 floor. Connections with transports and touristic places very good. Almost 20 min to get to places. Line 14 (very main one) and 13 in front of the hotel, as well the rec (train) super handy. Also in a safe area. Living room area with instruments that was cool, and fancy terrace with swings.

The staff was perfect, the room was also really confortable, and the location is really good also :) The only thing I have to mention, someone from the staff was wake me up because “they have to fix something” in our room, when We were there… but I didn’t asked anything to fix.. :) For sure we’ll go back. Oh and really good brunch food :)

everything was good except the location. it was my business trip, but most of our meetings were in the central city of Paris, so I felt the hotel is a bit far from there. other than that, it was the great experience!

Wow what a hotel. I love this place - so futuristic and cool. The workspaces are amazing but for me the service is what gives this place 5 stars. Linda and Jamal go above and beyond to make it a wonderful experience - even when you're an annoying large group of loud people. Thank you for the great experience and the cool rooftop bar

The location relative to big attractions and restaurants isn't fantastic, as the walk to local restaurants might be 5-7 minutes, and the Louvre is an hour walk away, but then again the subway entrance is right across the street, so can't complain. The hotel is small but the value is there, as the rooms are spacious, have absolutely everything you need (besides conditioner), the beds are big and comfy, and the bathrooms are nice as well. The staff were great, downstairs lockers/showers are free and fantastic, and the view from the check-in and eating area is great. A very efficient and value-focused hotel. 10/10 will use again.

5 stars to Zoku. I really love the design of the rooms and the 8th floor spaces. I don't think I've stayed in an hotel/ aparthotel that is this futuristic, yet warm and homely. The spaces are well utilised, with simple but tasteful design concepts. The staff are friendly and nice. Very accommodating and always happy to help. I really enjoyed the food, too. The breakfast, dinner and drinks were all very good. All made with sustainability in mind. Hope to visit again soon!

The service on the rooftop bar is very poor. The manager is not friendly. No customer service at all! Yesterday, we came with a group of colleagues for after work drinks. The manager said the bar was full, while there were still tables empty. He told me not to ask the rest of the colleagues to come. Very unfriendly and rude! We came to spend money, not to beg for food. I have been to so many hotels for business trips, but I have never experienced such a poor customer service!

The hotel is located in a quiet and cozy area, the room I stayed in was as comfortable as possible and equipped with everything I needed, I was delighted! The hotel staff are professionals, they checked me into the room very quickly (despite the language barrier) and were friendly. I really liked the fact that there is a grocery store near the entrance to the hotel. Thank you for your vacation in Paris!

I had a loft with a kitchen, there was enough space. The bed was to pull out and hide to gain more space. For a business trip a good alternativ. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is quite good.
