Completely not worth visiting. On the site it is written that it's free, but the guy wants 5€ per person. The "museum" is just two rooms filled with Edith Piaf stuff. The guy doesn't or barely speaks English, so if you don't speak French don't even bother to interact with him. Visit there takes literally 5 minutes. The only way to book the tickets is to call the guy on the phone, wish you luck when you're a non speaking French foreigner with a foreign number. What's more, the guy requires wearing a mask, although there are almost no mask restrictions in the country, so throughout the "sightseeing" you suffocate yourself, because it's awfully stuffy there. You cannot even take a single photo and when asked about it he responded in super rude way that "it's not a museum". Completely not worth going!!!

(Translated by Google) Be careful, a little indulgence! This museum is in the private apartment of an aging gentleman, who lives there, who knew Piaf, who has managed to collect some memories and who is trying to bring this museum to life as best he can! (Piaf lived in this apartment briefly). He had long hoped that the political, municipal and cultural powers would help create a real museum of Piaf and / or French song, but this project never saw the light of day for lack of support and money. There is a stage dress by Piaf, the big plush gift given to Edith by her husband Théo Sarapo and other personal items and even the boxing gloves by Marcel Cerdan! So be indulgent, Edith Piaf deserves a real and big museum but for that we would have to fight and mobilize!

This is a beautiful museum for a true fan of Edith Piaf. I appreciate the man running it for sharing his collection with us, and learning about their unlikely friendship. I really don’t understand any bad reviews, as this is such a unique little treasure to be able to see these relics, not behind glass, and look through windows that she looked through herself. I had no issue compensating him through purchase of a keychain and postcards with photos of the museum.

What a charming experience! Hours open are limited so make a reservation in advance. It’s a must-visit petite musée. The historian’s archive is remarkable. We can’t wait to go again. For those reviewers grumbling about English, we know these types, there are translation apps online that could serve your language preference. So get over it.

The entrance fee is five euro, despite they say free-entrance. Small room filled with handwritten letters, own clothes and porcelan plates on the wall. Unorganised, no explanation. The entrance is possible if you speak French. Big disappointment!

(Translated by Google) a very unpleasant welcome, a free museum where you are asked to pay at the end of the visit, for a dusty "museum" of 30 m² where you are shown two dresses, a stuffed toy by Edith Piaf and an array of items for sale (usb keys, book, cd, cup, etc ...) the purpose of this museum is for commercial purposes, nothing more. Having passed my last coin to a homeless person (everyone knows Paris and its misery) I could not deposit money in the dome of the association of friends Edith Piaf. The host of the museum was quite unpleasant and slammed the door in our face at the end of the visit after having forced our hand to pay for a museum which basically claimed to be free. I strongly recommend this museum which is very disappointing and may disappoint many fans.

(Translated by Google) Sir not at all pleasant. At the end of the "visit", we are asked (an obligation, not a nice suggestion) to pay a donation / tip. Unfortunately we had very little money (of which we gave everything) and it was supposed to be a free museum. We were reprimanded as ever, plunging into a horrible malaise. We are according to this friendly man, like vagabond people, without money. We had only one desire, to leave. Otherwise there are some dresses that belonged to Edith Piaf, letters, the gloves of Marcel Cerdan ...

(Translated by Google) They are only two rooms but they have their clothes, shoes, gold and platinum discs, even their stuffed animals. The one who attends only speaks French and that day was not in a very good mood. But no doubt every fan of Edith must know him. Can not forget to call to make an appointment is not open to the public and is in a common building of the city (Original) Son solo dos habitaciones pero tienen su ropa, zapatos, discos de oro y platino, hasta sus peluches. (Translated by Google) It is a clandestine souvenir shop of the artist. I explain: both on Google Maps and on the Paris Info website, it says it's free but the man who makes the tour gets angry if you don't buy something with money in kind or leave a tip. I did not carry money in kind (I am a tourist and the exchange rate is cheaper if I use electronic money). The man ran me for not buying anything even though I said he did want to buy something by paying with a bank card (I didn't expect the museum to be his old house attended by a fan). Even so, it is worth visiting because they have personal belongings and the best: letters written in the handwriting of Édith to his lovers and vice versa. If in spite of this you want to go, take a lot of patience and cash and take into account that it is not a museum but access to two pieces of your small former department.

(Translated by Google) Nice little museum of a Piaf fan, who sacrifices part of his private apartment as well as time and money and has acquired many remarkable memories from Edith Piaf's estate and hopes to be able to hand them over to the city of Paris for a public museum, unfortunately so far in vain. In these circumstances, I think it is appropriate to leave an obulus. For us, this museum was a nice experience. Telephone registration required. Telefonische Anmeldung erforderlich.

It was a fun adventure to find the place and to get in there (I had to ask a stranger on the street to call for me and make an appointment because the owner speaks only French). Entrance 10EUR, he asks to wear a mask. I guess it would be more interesting if I could talk to this person - maybe I would get some explanations:) The collection is nice and cute but no evidence that Edith Piaf really lived in this apartment. I would give more stars but I think it is not fair that only half of the apartment can be visited (and it is a very small part) and visitors are not allowed to use the toilet 🤷🏻‍♀️

Have you ever thought about the terrible state of Edith Piaf's estate? Does she deserve this "museum" only? Full of fake items!!! It is falsely claimed that Piaf lived in this apartment - nonsense. It is unbelievable that the media does not notice all these... but I am glad to see that most of the reviewers are not blind!
