Pretty big store, very spacious. Wide selection of goods that change according to the sporting season. Ranges to suit most budgets, and even the cheapest are of fair quality. Staff really helpful too. Only downside is that it can be untidy with staff constantly moving and adding stock, so watch your step!

No one gives a duck here, 20 min waiting for no one to come for an advise, finally got someone who answered a call in the middle of my conversation with them didn’t answer me, left, didn’t come back but answered 3 other people in front of me. in the end had to wait for 4 other workers to pass before me before someone helped, gave a stupid reply and left again. Left the shop without taking anything while they took 1h of my time

I wanted to buy and test a fold bicycle, but the models aren't exposed e.g., fold500 ... however, the salesman was very kind and did his best to help me to make the right choice.

Nice place with decent collection for sports, although for climbing related thing. Although, I didn't find many items which I did in the Montreal store. And I wasn't happy with the staff at all. They are always occupied talking to each other on the floor than attending the people seeking help.

Great choice of product, and very great quality. Staff is welcoming and delivering pertinent and precise advices. The mall is nevertheless a bit crowdy.

Now this is a sports store! Large (2 levels) with most of the more common sports represented. Shoe selection is limited though, which is surprising considering how much space was dedicated to clothing and other sports accessories. Plenty of children's clothing and accessories (still not that many shoes) and also boys, girls, men and women's wear for many sports. Limited golfing related supplies. We found some good sale items in October Plenty of check-outs so the wait isn't too long.

Great size Decathlon, with plenty of products to chose from, easy and convenient, really dont hesitate to go to this shop since it has a huge selection and is quite easy access, the only drawback is in case you want to pay in cash, there is long queue.

I've been here to have a bike fixed. They worked on it immediately and within ten minutes every problem was solved! Very efficient service

I'm a fun of Decathlon, but I will never goes to this shop again. I want to buy a bicycle and have several models in mind. I went to the shop yesterday evening, and they were quite busy and looks exhausted. I waited 30 mins for fianlly a nice young man take care of me. After trying one model of VTT and the seat is not comfortable at all, so I want to try the same VTT for female version. They didn't have any stock for my size, and the young man went to install two bicycles for another lady. After one hour waiting, I tried one model and there is no longer service. I was saying maybe they are nice but it's just a tiring day that they are relactant for service of trying. So I want to try a "better" time. I went again to the shop today at noon. There were really few customers but there is only a balding beard man at the bicycle section. He ignored me at the "queueing area" waiting, and went to other places... So I need to follow and catch him... Then I expressed my requests that I want to try two models. He said, he prefers that I pick one model because due to the sanitory reason, he will need every tried model 24 hours before putting back to stock. Fair enough! I totally understand so I only asked one model to try. I tried but I'm not convinced to buy it. So I gave it back to the sales man and said I need to think more but I cannot take this bicycle today. He said rudely :" Oh, you are not going to buy it?! If I know that, I would refuse you of trying. You see! Because of you, I need to put this bicycle 24 hours and clean it!" What a service!
