Great park for kids even in winter. Very great in summer also

Not too big, but a very beautiful park from Basel. Clean, many playgrounds for children, all green. 😍 I like the wood "obstacles" which are that interesting that even parents use them. The fact that at least blue parking place is not that hard to find might be a great plus for this park too.

Perfect place with children. Dogs are not allowed. Blue line zone next to park.

Nice Park Close to the train station. Nothing special, but it could be nice for a short walk or taking something at the bar just in the middle of the park. Reachable by both tram n8 and n1

Great place in the summer for families also ideal for kids playing pool and fountains where kids like to play while the parents pump. Also for birthday parties and family and communities meeting point. Next to the tram station that goes directly to the train station after 2 stop.s

Great park in downtown Basel. In the night, there are no lights in park center. Its a really big park so its an interesting option for running. Dogs are not allowed :(

This has to be the best place to spend your time to get fit and socialise. Always clean and green. Great for kids for exercising, playing and enjoying the atmosphere. Have used it for 12 years. The cafeteria is nice and friendly as well. Next to tram connections. Very safe for kids. Come and enjoy both summer and winters.

You can drink from the fountain, buy some snacks at the kiosk, play area for kids. Get the tram 8 from outside the park to SBB. Lovely atmosphere all together. Easily you can spend whole day.

City lung, nice lawns. Sucks that public toilets are pay variety. Park cafe closing way to early for a weekend. Easy access by city trams

Super nice big park for kids all age to play. You can go in summer during the hot days because the trees provides very good shadow. My daughter loves the park and it’s fantastic to see how much she enjoyed.

It's a park where family, friends and others gather. This park is in middle of the city, so during weekend it will be more crowder. But it has toilet facilities, which is free. Also has a small pool for children and a big field for sports.

On a sunny day, this park is full of life with so much varied range of activities being done by people. A really nice hangout space for families, you can play, bar-b-que, do a picnic, soak up the sun or just sit and read a book. Really nice, clean and tidy park.

Family friendly playground and good for bbq and picnic

Von gsünder Basel wird mit Musik trainiert Bauch , Beine, Po und alle anderen Muskeln , die da um das Skelett herum hängen. Unsere Vorturnerin Vreni ist ca 10 Jahre älter als ich . Da darf ich keine Schwäche zeigen. Ich bin dafür 10 Kilo schwerer wie sie. Am Donnerstag habe ich Muskelkater bis zum geht nicht mehr und habe einen Grund zum jammern. Das Training ist gratis die Muskelschmerzen auch. Es macht trotzdem Spass auf der grünen Wiese zu trainieren.

Super Park with a nice playground and water fountains, pool for children. My daughter loves going there when it’s warm.

Alles sauber, sehr schön gepflegt, die Kinderspiele in sehr gutem Zustand. Kaffee/kleines Restaurant mitten im Park auch sehr zweckentsprechend, super freundliches Personal (sehr faire Preise).

A park close to the city that invites young and old. They changed their concept a couple of years ago and want to attract all kinds of ages. It's working well! My godchild loves their playground and I like the coffee at the restaurant. ☺️ There is a public restroom, so thats a big plus! We organised a charity run as a school there twice. I would choose it again as a location.

I love this park! It has a great space for sports, children to play and also places to bbq. Also close to several bus and tram lines. Very popular on nice weather days.

It's a good park. In the evening there is little lighting but if you visit during a sunny day, it's a great atmosphere 👍

its a cool happening place. You can watch and do lot of activities like sports, barbeque, party or just relax under a shade. We often go with our kid .
