Arrogant and snooty employees. Especially the one with the black hair. I wanted to buy something but they didn't notice me at all. It's a shame because I think the store and the fashion are really great.

These 2 ladies who worked on Wednesday didn't even say hello. both of them walked right past us. I actually wanted to buy something but I'd rather spend my money somewhere else where people will be noticed. Even in a chicory you are valued more. too bad!

I would have liked to stop, but it was so hot in the store... the heating was running at full blast

I've known Guess since 1989 when it wasn't yet too well known, I bought something every now and then and it was always GOOD, only the winter things like warm dresses and pants were never on offer. The service was very good and nice.

Very nice after the renovation in the summer. Since the manager has been there a lot, the staff has become much more courteous and friendly. I now feel well advised and served.

Absolutely great.... nice staff.... gave me my def. New shoes bought in DE exchanged without any ifs and buts.... thank you
