Best in town. Although I don't understand why so few people frequent this place (at least whilst I'm there), I secretly rather enjoy the quiet atmosphere. Best kept secret for foodies who are into things other than the over-abundance of pizza, kebab and sandwiches littering every corner of Basel. Fresh, tasty and high quality!

Outstanding sushi! We've dined in and loved it, and have recently also ordered delivery. Both times, the food was just delightful: Each roll packs an explosion of flavour, is obviously freshly prepared, and the fish is high quality - all in all just delicious.

Nice sushi overall, but nothing stood out. Service was ok and the girl serving us was friendly and attentive. The place atmosphere is more of a fast dining.

The sushi here is the best in Basel. So many wonderful options and it's all high quality. The staff are super friendly. My only 'complaint' is that every time I've been, they only play Taylor Swift. I love me some TSwift but it can be a bit much. Best part of this restaurant though is that there's typically always a table available. Highly recommend getting your sushi fix here!

The worst experience ever! Not only that the food we’ve ordered did not come, but the staff was lying about the order on the phone and was unable to manage their mistake. They just left us without food after waiting for 2 hours! Very unprofessional staff and absolutely not recommended.

Ordered the meal for 2 menu at home. 95% was just rice. Basic pieces for 75 franc, totally not worth it.

I often come for lunch. Some of the best sushi’s I have ever. Very creative actually in term of taste and colors but excellent. the rice is gorgeous and fish is fresh. Home made ice teas are great and refreshing. As for the place, it is small and cosy with a pretty little garden to look at. personal is very sweet and welcoming. one bémol though: the way the menus are presented is extremely complicated. took me 3 times until I managed to order in a decent time 🤣

Delicious sushi with lots of vegan options!

Sushi were good at this place but the quality has decreased and the service too. After making me wait 30 min for my take away they told me they haven’t received my order at all... although I got a ‘Bestellnummer ‘ great!

Fantastic Sushi place it is one of the best and freshest Sushi that I ate in Switzerland. Definitely I place to go. Don't take my word for it I am just a retired Executive Chef ciao and bon appetite.

The Japanese food served is of very good quality. The restaurant also has a lot of variety and options in the menu, which is very rare. Will definitely make it a regular.

My favorite Sushi place in Basel! We love the Volcano and Spicy Crunch Rolls. Staff is super friendly, sometimes it takes a bit of time in case there are a lot of take out orders.

Ich beziehe mich mit meiner Bewertung auf Lieferung und auch abholung vor Ort - Kann also nur Ambiente auf erst eindruck bewerten. Ich habe mittlerweile schon an vielen Orten Sushi gehabt, egal ob Fancy western Style oder klassisch Japanisch, egal ob in der Schweiz, Deutschland oder auch in Japan selber. Ich bin nicht verlegen zu sagen, das Fujin eines der besten Sushi Restaurant in der Region ist. Preislich ist die Schweiz halt immer bisschen höher angesetzt aber ich bevorzuge letztlich immer Qualität vor Preis und der Preis ist bei Fujin sowieso gleich auf mit den anderen in der Region und die Qualität bei Fujin spricht für sich und hat für mich bis jetzt immer gestimmt. Würde immer wieder hier bestellen.

One of our favorite places to eat in Basel. The food is always delicious and fresh. On the other hand it is not cheap. And the choice is relatively narrow compared to good sushi places in the US.

Take-away: the sushi was creative, well prepared, and very tasty. The prices are within (Swiss) range and worth the quality. The staff was friendly during the preparation of the food, which was quickly prepared.

Die Sushis waren OK. Abgesehen von der faulen Avocado in einem Teil der Sushis. Die Temakis sahen so aus, als hätte ich sie selbst zubereitet und nur vorne gefüllt gewesen, praktisch nur Reis drin. Die Sushi‘s mit gekochtem Tunfisch waren trocken und sahen auch hobby mässig gerollt aus.Der Reis war sehr körnig. Kann diesen Sushi Anbieter leider nicht empfehlen. Es gibt einige bessere Mitbewerber. 😃
