    It's a shame that you can't give a star, even 1 star is too many. Unfortunately I had a very, very bad experience. You are not given correct advice and unfortunately you are treated with zero leniency. Despite the cancellation, you will receive an invoice (since they can no longer find the cancellation, how strange) which you have to pay because unfortunately you are only after the money instead of giving the customers proper advice. Lady's saves your money for a much better and reputable gym. I've also heard from a lot of ladies that it's a very bad gym.
