Horrible service - one of the worst experiences (if not the worse) at a restaurant I have ever had. We booked at total of 3 tables for over 20 people for a team event (mostly English speakers). When we got there (it was a Friday at 6.00 PM) the place was pretty empty but we still had to wait quite a long time to get our drinks. It would take at least 30 mins to get drinks and 3 people at our table had to wait over 2 hours (not kidding!) to get what we had ordered. I had to go to the front a total of 5 times only to find out they didn't even take our order. The times I complained about the waiting times, they did not even ask what our order was - all they kept saying was "it's coming soon" without them really checking. They did not even have the order in the system! The worst part of it all was the rudeness of one of the waitresses. She would ignore us on purpose, walk away while we were trying to explain that we had been waiting quite a long time for our order, make rude gestures, and even talk extremely fast in German on purpose (knowing that most people there did not speak any German). It was pure raw onion in mayo... The selection of beers isn't the best. I would love to see some craft beers there. And lastly the interiors. The bench we sat on was way past its prime time. Also the chairs added to our table were falling apart. There were spiderwebs on the corners of the wall and tons of pictures hanging on the walls were dusty and crooked.
