I am on crutches.. Need a room to rest. Guy at reception offered a room on 1st floor to my husband. Have to climb up +- 20 stairs. I don't care coz I am too tired. When we confirmed, he gave me a room downstairs. Thank you very much. No aircond remote control. They set-up temperature at lowest. Hemm... Husband asked why no remote control? Another guy answered it was because guests will damage it by keep on changing the temperature 😵‍💫🤔🤨...so they kept it for themselves 🤣🤣🤣

i would give 0 stars if google let me.highly not recommended.they seems like doesn't really know how to run a business.

Dont expect much from a cheap room. The stuffy air, the thin pillow...you can imagine the rests. Clean room. Friendly staff. Good security.

Room only big space but worst service n bed... Better sleep on floor ..full smelling with cats smell..feel like check out on the spot my better luck no have any hotels over there . Plz if think to rest don don't go over there.. poor service no aircond remote they control by they sell..but I use master remote always I keep for myself coz I traveling always.. better dun go there it's my worst experience.. infrom to staff they say al are always comfortable over there 😅

If can I don't give any star for this hotel. I'm a traveller and this is the worst ever hotel that I saw in my travel journey. Just imagine you enter the room, open the door and feel the cat smell and the wall with water stains and algae. The toilet is worse than petrol station toilet. Please go and check the room before book this hotel rooms
