Extremely unprofessional. They do not want to refund me after I got an allergic reaction from the Prp treatment. They said its non refundable but this was never explained to m. And when asked for proof they sent me a form I signed for 1 session but they added on 6 sessions into the signed form later without my knowledge. Been trying to get hold of them for almost a year. They just don't respond to me. Pls be mindful when you go for their treatment as they seem to be scammers

I went to mines today for a nice facial and Pico laser. the staff reminded me of the appointment which was helpful and called when I got lost in the mines. I was treated by atikah, amazing lady, and very informative. not rough at all. Pico laser was quite interesting. felt tingly and burnt smell but that's normal. i wouldn't mind coming again! thank you ladies. admin staff was great too. 😉

Went to probeauty aesthetics for my PRP and Microneedling for acne scars. It was a wonderful experience. The staff was so welcoming and I felt the warmth. The doctor was the sweetest, she explained everything in detail and so well. The procedure overall wasn’t painful. They cleansed my skin first, followed by numbing cream for a good amount of time. After that they withdrew my blood for plasma. They kept explaining every stage in detail. Then the doctor sprayed the plasma on my face while microneedling. After the procedure she applied soothing cream and laser light for 30 mins. They even gave me the remaining plasma to apply on my face for the next 3 days. The level of service was amazing, I would recommend everyone to go there for their treatments as I’m very happy that I did.

Extremely happy with their services. I did pico laser for my blemishes on face. 1st session already shows result. I came in with a nose full of blackheads, textured skin & spots. The treatments (vaccum, pico laser, omega LED & Serum) instantly lift & brighten my face. I feel like some of my large pores just diminished. My sensitive skin feels a lot lighter & better. Nice, friendly & honest specialist. They are not pushy in promoting their subsequent treatments. The price offered are affordable with insane package bundled together. The downside personally is just the distance from my house & i hate sri kembangan roads to The Mines. Please open an outlet in KL. Hehe. But overall , it is an awesome place for facial treatments. The price, the service, the ambience, the result, the cleanliness deserve more than 5 stars. Highly recommended. Lucky if you are near there.

I've had several facial treatments here and my skin has improved. highly recommended, because there are many and different facial treatment to try and solve your skin.

First time do pico laser.... For 1st session u can feel some better changes with your skin.... The pico laser not to pain.... Recommended to anyone to do facial here....
