I haven't been here in a couple years and this casino is run down and junkie no longer has 3 floors it only has 2 floors. One waitress per floor and she's also the bartender. You might have to wait over an hour for a drink. As I looked around nobody was winning anything. I will not be back.

The bed was comfortable. Lots of pillows. Blanket was kinda thin for my taste. Carpet was clean. It was not all shiny and new but it was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our TV didn't work but after a couple of calls they got it fixed for us. The location is great!! It's decorated beautifully and has a bar there. I felt safe during our stay and there is gated parking. I'd definitely stay again and highly recommend it. Wish we could've checked out the casino. The walls are super thin and I could hear people on the street talking (I was on the 5th floor). Sounds don't bother me much but just FYI.

on the way to Louisiana we stopped at this hotel. it's very nice and big. In the main hall there are a couple of restaurants. the rooms are beautiful and clean. Watch out for the big casino next door you could finish the dollars in no time.

All rigged now. Can't even enjoy it. Completely disgusting place now. Labourge is at least clean and win enough to enjoy losing,if you don't win that is.

This is a Caesars property, but sorry to say it's a dump. Zero upkeep, seems that it had the rugs & some slots from decades ago. As soon as you enter the Casino it smells musty, moldy. It's in a bad state, difficult road to drive to get there, wouldn't recommend at night or anytime. No photos allowed inside.

Place used to be a lot cleaner. We also used to get a lot more comps here - now we rarely get anything that is of value. Really would like to have someone improve the conditions and make the casino and resort more welcoming, clean and offer some actual comps for the casino!

First and foremost I have never won at this place. That alone, is enough for a bad review. It actually gets worse though. The staff here is very unpleasant. They seem to be on a bunch of different power trips. Some rules are enforced and some aren't. There are times that you seem to be lost or in a bad area. I don't like the parking. Did I say that I didn't like the staff? Lol. I feel like if you are going to 100% take my money, you should probably make it to where I can have fun. 👎👎 2 BIG THUMBS DOWN ‼️

Worst night at a casino still letting same people win lost will not be going back to that casino anymore.

This was my favorite place to go back in the days now I am afraid I don't know what to say but I'm not satisfied with the Belle casino I don't know how to reach out to you

Dismal, sad, depressing. Probably the worst casino I've ever set foot in. The parking garage felt sketchy, smelled like homeless pee, and I was hesitant to leave a good car here unattended. I gave 2 stars vs 1 simply because of the friendly older gentleman with the golf cart that gave me a ride down the gangway from the parking garage exit down to the riverboat casino.

I started to put my review but I really don't need to after reading the reviews already posted they are stating facts this is the worst Casino and Hotel I have ever visited in my life save your money and go somewhere else unless you have money to waste I have stayed at a Motel 6 motel before that was better then this place warning. DO NOT STAY HERE. Dried up paint on the sink. Old gum by the sink this place is a waste of money and then they are rude you you bring it to their attention smh

Not worth the $230 we paid. The bathroom was the worst feature: mold and mildew, dirt, peeling paint, discolored toilet seat, broken toilet paper holder, and overall disgusting. The brass doors in the elevators were caked with what looked to be a year of dirt and wet splashes. Bellman was also valet and wasn't able to to take our luggage up but offered us use of the cart. Smell in the halls was sickening... like it was covering up something bad. Water made jackhammer like sounds when in use. Carpet had stains. Holes in doors that were covered poorly, signed ripped off the back of doors and handle not securely on bathroom door. This hotel has seen better days and depserately needs upgrades. It's worth no more than $100 a night. Would never come back.

Very disappointed.. staff were friendly..but save your money machines don't payoff! Not a lot of newer machines and hardly any 25 cent games..very old and not alot of excitement..probably won't be back

I wish they had more updated machines I still go at least once a week it's local

This place done went dwn dwn bathrooms horrible never got 1 drink hadn't been in 6 years well its gone be another 6 years unless they shake back 😕 wow use to be great

They slot machine is super tight a rip off !!!! Hollywood also it's a shame how they rob people no winning at Hollywood or Belle & I know casino is Designed to make money . One of the worst casinos I have been to and I will not be back that's why no one comes there and the machines do not pay out because they have too high of a prize since no one is going there to play

Sad to say this place is just as run down as I can be. They are currently in the process of moving onto land so I'm assuming it's such a sad place at the moment. But it is a casino

Only went to the casino, service was eh. Bartenders were hardly at the bar. No issues with the machines tho

If you don't have your ID, driving license and don't even think you can use La Wallet, you won't get in!!!
