Best vacation ever in Batroun, the location was perfect the room was quiet good, the windows does not close well and you still hear the noise from the outside, the room serves need more attention and practices for the staff and the manager, your kids will enjoy the pool. You are not allowed to bring food with you even your pets. You can spend a whole day with a lot of fun.

Very nice resort the pool is amazing, very suitable for kids. We had a mini suite, the sofa bed is suitable for 2 kids. Microwave, kettle and fridge are available in the rooms. Food is good and acceptable prices. We had a small issue in the room, we had to fix it. We called for the maintenance person several times, he never showed up. Other than that all was great. The check in is exactly 2pm,they weren't able to give us the room in advance. Last, don't forget visit the small zoo they have.

Service is perfect. Restaurant very good. Delicious food and friendly staff. The pool is very nice. You can find inflatable games for kids. Location is easy so 5km from the highway

If you are looking for a quiet place to spend one or more days, go there. Otherwise don’t! The bad experience starts at the moment you enter the resort.Grumpy faces at the reception , not even ready for the check in because the rooms and not ready yet!( check in 2:00PM). After waiting extra 30 min you enter the rooms/ bungalows. First what you see is poor hygiene and maintenance. Obviously very expensive for what you get. An issue happened with my daughter yesterday when she was swimming in her swimming shorts in the pool: she wasn’t allowed to swim in it and was forced to leave the pool. After arguing with the staff who had very bad communication skills and ZERO professionalism , we decided to ask for a refund for the rest of our stay as they kept insisting that my daughter can’t swim with these swimming shorts. Very very bad way how they dealt with the situation and preferred to lose their client instead of offering at least an alternative for this problem. For us it’s a big NO GO!!!!! SHAME!!!!!!!

Very bad customer experience. Our room was dirty, no Wifi at all the premises, no hygiene, no cattle, coffee or tea available in the room, no towels. The bed sheets were dirty. The room service took an hour and a half to process the inquiry. Not recommended at all.

awful. we have been there we were supposed to stay a night but we left after a day its awful and it's disgusting nothing is clean. its like they dont clean after people. We ask the reception many times to send staff so they can clean the room and nobody cleaned it!!! at night we decided to leave we went to the reception to return the keys they asked why we are leaving my dad told them that the room is disgusting and the staff O and the cleanness O they said ah ok" like it's normal and they already knew that it's dirty and then we left. it was an awful experience.

Very nice getaway from the city for a couple days. Pool, basketball court, tennis court, mini football you name it .. there's everything for any sport activity. Located on a hill overviewing Batroun and the Mediterranean.

At first the place met my expectation since the guy was so welcoming over the phone and once we arrived. However, once we arrived to our room we did not find at least bottle of water as welcoming drink or anything although we paid 120$ for this stay. Not to forget that while sleeping we were hearing some creepy voices inside our room we are sure that their was a mouse inside and whenever we move the sound stops. At around 4:00am we asked to leave the room to another room, and checked out immediately the next day. I did not like the service, room was not clear and night shift guard was so rude and unflexible with our request to move to another room because of the noises. We lost 120$ for a bad experience.

Lifeguard on the swimming pool only to follow kids to put swimming cap but not for security. A little girl was trying to drown my 6 years old nephew, no lifeguard was on the scene. I don't recommend this place at all.

The hotel is recommended for families. Such a nice and safe place. However it could have more stuff for kids to enjoy their time up. Especially the place is spacious. The breakfast is authentic and delicious

Batroun village club is the best go to for a good relaxing weekend for me.. The view , food , and service are awesome.. Regarding the cleanliness of the chalets, we always find our rooms tidy and organized. In the morning you can go into the indoor pool, play some volleyball,basketball, tennis or you can go horseback riding.

The resort location is great, and the bungalow we rented was one of the new ones and truly beautiful and modern in the inside. Although when checking in, there were no towels in the room at all, they made us pay for renting towels. We also were met with very bad customer service, the receptionist is very rude and there are a lot of details they should’ve told us on the phone while making our reservation. Wouldnt recommend unless you’re bringing everything with you because even plates and glasses are missing.

This is the second time we visit the place...good location...and beautiful...the place as a whole needs some renovation...however, we stayed in a flower chalette...it was good, they are not very old and quite nice...but the biggest issue was the bed lenins...they were missing some when we arrived...the covers they got us has stains...and smelled wierd, even though they look as they are coming from the laundry...this is one of the essential services to be given priority...it was a disappointment!

An average hotel. It is located near the souks of Batroun (you can walk it if you like, in 15 minutes). This place can be really a hit.

0 star No wall painting, m2achar kello No light in the room Bad curtains, can't close it well Mud while first opening the hot water Asking us to take towels with us because No towels there, we said it's OK maybe the location service and everything is very well, but in contrary in the room we only find 2 smalls water bottle, no nescafe no nth Not clean We paid 100$ for all of the above Jacuzzi and hot pool not matching the recommendations at all Worst experience ever, not coming back ever even if for free.

View is amazing, sport facilities are available better to bring your own gears rooms and service is so cheap

The best thing about this place it’s pool and the view which overlooks Batroon. Mesmerizing at especially at sunsets. The jacuzzi and spa experience are not so bad but not the greatest thing either. Food is surprisingly good compared with other resports. Includes activities such as horse-back riding which can be a plus. One of the few places that still acceptes entrance of a group of guys. Can get a bit crowded with families and kids in the afternoon which might be a bit of a vibe-kill. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The location is excellent. There is a beautiful top view over Batroun BUT the rooms inside the hotel were not properly cleaned. There was dust everywhere, toilets were not properly cleaned and laundry was not changed when they gave us the room. We had to ask many times before they changed it at 9pm. The jacuzzi was dirty as well the inside swimming pool. Breakfast didn't look fresh. It's really a pity for such a great space and location.
