Last time I went, food was bad, however, this time it was super delicious. We order fettuccine, pepperoni pizza, french fries and grilled chicken. Every plate was delicious, however, the grilled chicken plate was smaller than usual. Overall ambiance was nice. I did not take photos of the interior, however, they have a indoor and outdoor seating space, and a playground for kids.

*merchak cafe @ Elbatroun* though seemingly a cafe but serve for me the best crab salad ever if not the best salad all together so fresh.. in mega portions or half portion that goes for two.. pizza is perfect also with super sizes and less.. the medium fits two .. their argila & their service and hosts overall great.. one of our favorite spots in Batroun at any time of day. 👍

it was a disaster we went to merchak cafe in batroun first of all wen we entered the restaurant the music was very loud and people were shouting we sat at our table and my dad had to ask 3 times for them to give him a shisha they gave us the salad scooper and it was all dirty so we had to ask for another one, the plates of food weren’t the same to all the customers i ordered the pan chicken and my salad was all brown and other customers got a good looking one. In the marina salad we got 2 little pieces of avocado and they were all brown and other customers got good looking ones. we also ordered the chicken bang and we got a hair in the fries we told the waiter and he didn’t change the plate or refunded it the waiters dont know how to speak to the customers we were excited to try this restaurant but we were all disappointed

Good food. The mixed grill or barbaque is recommended if you want some local flavor. Hookah is also available here.

They have a big space inside the restaurant for smoking and non smoking . It is good for the big families. The food quality is good and they serve in big portion . The food was very tasty and not expensive. I recommend to try the daily dish . There is a parking space in front of the restaurant.

Merchak Cafe Resto Batroun, Lebanon Serving different cuisines. Pizza, pasta and noodles , sushi, Lebanese corner meza and frill, sandwiches, burgers and much more. Hooka is available, and smoking area is available for Hooka and smoking. Kids playground area is available on first floor. We ordered Lebanese meza, fattoush and mixed grills and the best was the crab salad. Food was tasty and served in adequate temperature. Crab salad was outstanding. Tabbouleh was average. The worst was the mixed gri6, it was served very late and cold. It didn't taste as expected and it was gard to chew. All mezas were exceptional.

I followed a local recommendation to dine at this place and decided to try the half marine salad along with the pan-grilled chicken. The marine salad was a delightful blend of refreshing flavors that left me satisfied. However, the pan-grilled chicken fell a bit short as the accompanying sauce lacked the same vibrancy. While I highly recommend indulging in their salads, I'd suggest some improvements to the chicken dish's sauce. It's worth noting that the reasonable price of $17 for the entire meal added to the overall appeal.

Very delicious food, nice service, day and night!!

It was not a bad experience but it's like any other restaurant in the country. They have appetizers, mezze, main dishes, drinks (hot & cold) and desserts of course. The food is good but not always hot. It depends on the rush.

We had Merchak cater a Birthday party for us and the food was amazing!Michel was great to work with and guided us thru the options and menu.His team did a great job delivering and setting everything up. The food was delicious!Best Tajen and Sayadiye! Highly recommended!!

Visited the place for the first time in September 2022. It's a comprehensive restaurant boasting various cuisines, with a large indoor and outdoor seating. We were 4 adults and three kids and we ordered a sushi boat with various dishes (burger, pasta, chicken breasts). Everything went great: the service was fast, the waiter was very helpful, and the food was great... Will be back again

They have a big variety of items that will surely suit each person taste. The price are affordable and the food is yummy. Just the smoke is a bit too much for non smokers as they offer shisha.

I asked for steak sandwich... They send me 25% of picture i saw from the menu. Service too late reply Asked for pizza with kids It took too much time to be served . I do not recommend

I orderes beef tenderloin and grilled chicken. The beef was burned and chicken is overcooked. The food was almost tasetless and overpriced for the quality. Generally was one of the less favorable experiences in batroun. I really hope this improves for your touristic view and reputation.

Food is good, it was a little crowdy because it was Saturday night. Waiters are friendly and helpful. Price are affordable. There are indoor and outdoor area. Every thing was good. Food quality is good.

The location of the restaurant is at the center of Batroun city however the quality of food disappointing. The wings were very dry and tasted as they were old; similar feedback around the chicken tenders. Nachos are just chips with cheese flavor and the cheese on top was not melted enough . Steak sandwich served with old beef and tasted really bad. The cheese And mushroom burger was a simple bad taste burger, some unmelted cheese, onions and mushroom soup poured on top. The only plate which was good enough is the marine salad.

Good food in general and shisha is very good but it was better before for my marine salad only one slice of avocado not piece just small tiny slice and the oranges disappeared and one piece of pineapple. I hope they change to before and even if they charge more.

I had the worst experience yesterday in merchak cafe after i ordered the check and paid for it plus tip the waiter followed me to the car to tell me that i didn’t pay i respectfully followed him to the restaurant because i thought that some other waiter collected the check and i was followed by the manager antony like im some kind of thief only to realize that the waiter didnt even look at the table where the check was in the middle of it which was super unprofessional and super disrespectful like before you follow me to my car and embarrass me in-front of people look at the table

First of all the waiter was very rude We found hair in 2 of our dishes The food is tasteless and the truffle is anything but truffle... overall a really bad experienceee . Not recommended at all.

I've had the pleasure of dining at this place, consistent high quality of their dishes keeps me coming back for more. However, there is an area that could use some attention. When the place gets busy, it seems that the service and communication can falter, and this has an impact on the overall atmosphere. It would greatly enhance the dining experience if the staff could work on improving their responsiveness during peak times. This small adjustment could elevate the overall vibes and make every visit even more enjoyable. Recommended!!!!

Merchak Cafe offers delicious food with satisfactory service. However, the atmosphere might be a bit disturbing for those who do not smoke as the non smoking area is outside and inaccessible during winter.

Steak sandwich had to be rotten. No help from server blamed us for chefs mistake. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. Everything was bland with very little flavor meat was mix grill was over cooked but nothing was as bad as the meat in that steak sandwich it smelt and tasted vile.

From the start, the service was a little slow which is understandable because of busy Sarurday night. The salads and appetizers were excellent, but the burgers were definetly microwaved because the order came out in exactly 3 minutes and the beef patty was disgusting swimming with runny what was supposed to be a mushroom sauce. I would advise to visit but not on a busy night and stick to ordering salads and appetizers. Fair note; They did remove the burger from the bill but a visit from the manager to our table would have made all the difference.

Here u get a casual dining experience with great food, a modest envirenment and friendly staff, here u get all this for very reasonable prices!
