The receiptionists were very rude. We had been for the third time. We actually love to stay there because the room spacious. Unfortunately they increased the rate higher than usual. We would accepted if they tell us kindly why....but the way they told us was very2 rude. Both of them! They asked us to go somewhere else if we didnt want to stay there. Hope the management will look into this matter. Please send ur front desk to attend hospitality training. They dont even smile😠

Overall good for a single room for the price.. there is hot water boiler.. water heater for shower. Place has 24 security parking.. they serve breakfast from 7.30am to 10am.. friendly staff.. in case you need daily use there is a supermarket opposite.. food and kopitiam are all walking distance..

The hotel few hotels in Yong Peng which has the lift. There rest of the hotel required you to walk the stairs. The room is not big but at least clean. It is not that expensive too. Parking space is quite limited but should not be a problem unless it is a peaked season. The rest of the days just fine. Overall it is not bad

Check in was fast. I'm single traveller for business trip. There are simple breakfast for hotel guest. Breakfast served from 730am until 1030am. The counter is 24 hours operated. Hotel room and toilet was clean. They should have prepare tooth brush and tooth paste for hotel guest. But overall. Good.

Room: Room is spacious, and clean. WiFi speed is lousy. Water pressure could be stronger to have better shower experience but still acceptable. Other: Breakfast is simple, you could choose between nasi lemak or bihun goreng, or get half-boiled eggs or toasts. The taste is acceptable.

Bight free parking space right in front with a security guard at hotel door entrance. Cheapest available room MYR88 nett with zero windows. WiFi has login credentials generated on slips, speed is above average. No smelly pillows, hot shower works, cooling air conditioning, clean towels but no toiletries provided except generic liquid body wash. Now having breakfast - nasi lemak / beehoon, soft boiled eggs, bread and the normal coffee Tea beverages are complimentary.

Hotel room is consider clean but dust on the headboard. What i don't like the most is the smell of the pillow i really think the hotel should change to a brand new one it just have a old and oily smell.

The room at this hotel failed at providing the one thing its supposed to do, which is basic shelter. I woke up in the middle of the night to find my room flooded because it had begun to rain. When I told them about it, hotel staff suggested I change rooms, they then asked each other "which room is it that doesn't flood regularly?". IMO there should be no rooms that flood. My other colleague's room was also flooded and all her clothes got wet, we had to run out and find an emergency laundry service, which the hotel did NOT pay for. The hotel is shoddily built and the window seal does not work which is why the flooding occurred. They also then threw out food that my roommate had clearly kept sealed in a plastic container to eat later. This hotel is not worth its money and you can definitely get a better deal else where.
