There's free WiFi and a lot of seating. People always talk about ambiance when they go to cafés and coffee shops, "cosy and quiet" they'd say. But just because a place isn't quiet doesn't mean it isn't cosy. This Burger King is placed beside a hustling traffic light intersection in town, neighbouring two big tyre workshops. Sounds bad? No, not at all. It's distanced quite away from it all so the noise isn't really overpowering, in fact, it's relaxing and cosy. Here as you relax at the outside tables after eating your lunch, you'll hear the familiar sounds of metropolitan traffic along with impact wrenches dealing with the lug nuts of car wheels, both drowning out the low-volume radio broadcast. All this while the "natural" wind breeze cools you down. So far, this is the best place for a relaxing unique city ambiance in Batu Pahat. You can read, you can chat, you can just take a break and have a short nap. That's what I did.

Burger King Batu Pahat has good quality food. Their staff were friendly but when crowded customers need to wait in line for long time waiting for food to arrive. This place are cool for relaxing and doing work

The reopened Burger King offers a nice environment after renovation, with a friendly serving staff and excellent food. While the parking area, especially the main entrance parking bay could be improved.

Everyday chicken burger sold out, whatever 12pm afternoon or night, everyday no stock until my voucher expiry!!!very poor services 👎

This refurbished Burger King is much brighter and have better seating. Nicely decorated too...

The place is nice and cozy environment. The food also great as usual. However, the prayer room only can afford 1 person only. Overall, it is still good tho.

Very friendly customer service and clean toilets

Came here on a Sunday at 7pm, there were a lot of people queuing as the cashier was only taking 1 order at a time and only taking another order when the previous order is completed. It seems like there were not enough staff on duty so it took us around an hour from queuing, to ordering, to receiving our order. The majority of the time spent on queuing. And they ran out of ice so all the drinks had no ice in it.

I have been to the Burger King Batu Pahat. Johor Malaysia. It is near my home. Sometimes I go alone to dine in. Sometimes I go with my friends. Sometimes my friends buy for me. Like all fast food restaurants it is self service. The atmosphere is very friendly. The toilets are very clean. This place is always with cleanliness. They have free WiFi but not 24 hours. They starts the business from 11 am to midnight only. This is a dri-thru family restaurant. This place is still new. Their burger is Whoffer their signature. Also have apple pie. For the beverage they have green tea. Their fried chicken and French fries is good. The car park is good but limited parking space. The dri-thru lane is very safe make. Their business is different from other fast food shops. They have coupons for you to buy. This coupons will allow you to save money from 150 dollars. I mean this coupon is discount and offer meal buying tickets. They will change the menu and price for the coupon every month. But they promise the price is cheaper. But they will not be allowed you to bring your own food. But you can bring your own plain drinking water. Free music is provided and mostly is western songs. The shop is in middle of the housing area. The place is known as the Banang Garden. They open 7 days a week. You can see the shop from Jalan Bukit Pasir. You can visit the shop in your next trip. 🍟❤️

Under staffed. Only 2 persons working the kitchen and counter. Aircon not switched on. Waited for 20mins in the queue, and disappointed reply that my veggie burger not available. They ought to have indicated on the board so no pointless waiting.

Never crowded, better value than Mc Donald's and friendly staff.

The staffs are very friendly, I like that they treat us customers very kind and respectful even if sometimes I'm fussy about my orders. They're always generous with their smiles and recommendations too, but not in an obnoxious way like those shady sales service. Even when some stuffs are sold out, it doesn't leave a bad taste when they treated their customers with care. Great service, reasons why I always go here instead of McD.

When is Burger King BP going to re-open again?

service sucks， food preparation very slow how come call as fast food fish burger overcooked disgusting

waiting the meal get ready for more than 30mins, some customers even wait for 45 mins and above. Slow action bad service. Said wait for a while but after 30mins still waiting. Want complain company careline take weekend as holiday.

The service is slow, ive been waiting for 30 minutes and havent even ordered and the food is trash. The one in BATU PAHAT. NEVER GO THERE

The new management is quite good compared before this. Keep it up 💪🏻
