A local dish of yam rice with alot of side dish to choose from. This is a local way of eating yam rice where you cant find any where else.

Yummy Yam Rice to go along with braised pork, cuttlefish, tofu, egg , vege, etc. Their chili sambal is good. Must eat whenever I get back to Batu Pahat.

My childhood taste, if only the Yam in the Yam rice is as generous as it used to be at tam jiak kuei. (Glutton Street) (30+ years ago?) Price wise now is slightly steep these days.
