- Booked a family room 1 month earlier. - Three single bed without an actual bed (japanese style bed) - Small room. Too small for a family room that we can’t perform our prayer. - The blanket have the texture like a shower towel (rough kind)

We booked the hotel at a very last minute. Staff Mr Din provided an excellent service to us all. He was kind, polite and very helpful. We had a good rest and sleep for the night. Simple room for a family of 4. Thank you for making our stay comfortable. Great value!

First of all, the cleanliness of the hotel wad filthy and disgusting. One of the room that we stayed clearly shown traces of being used before. Secondly, workers there are very rude and agressive towards customer. We complained that the room was untidy and they did not believed us .after complaining they got mad and started cursing and they kick my dad on the stomach and punch him on the face .They also called a gang of friends and wanted to start a fight and we called the cops .Luckily, my dad wasn't injured badly Lastly, i am very disappointed with this experienced and I hope you don't make the same mistake as this ever again. Also please only apply workers with good attitude .

Very friendly staff but the room not really tidy...parking is one of the issue, its so hard to find parking near the hotel.

Filthy environment and cleanliness is below normal standard. Hair was found in bedsheets and i dont even dare to use their blankets. Unpleasant odor in the room and you can hear the sound clearly from outside. Super awful experience.

One star for the small one bedroom rooms they give you. The room is small enough to fit in a bed, some sort of wardrobe which has a desk attached to it. The bathroom seems to be the best thing about it, but it does come with some set backs. The sink leaks everything it's used. They only supply you with a packet of shampoo and the toilet seemed ok, but found mould on the under rim. The room was dusty when I entered, smelt mouldy and more dust flew out the air con when turned on. The room is very tiny, almost like a prison cell. What they do give you is a TV, a cup, a jug for something, a roll of toilet paper and a small bar of hand soap. This was the room I was staying in so I don't know if other rooms are the same. The room does need a lot of fixing here and there. Had I known it was going to be this small, I wouldn't have stayed in this room. I had booked for two nights, stayed for one and left.

Good location in town. Room feel a bit old but the price was cheap. Management will help to put parking ticket for your car when u give them your car number plate.

The rooms are too small and without windows. The mattress is not comfortable and the pillows are so hard.

Hygiene, soundproof, facilities are all bad & old, not recommended. The only good thing is its cheap price.

Consider a low rated budget hotel. Need to open the window to let air circulation as it tends to smell due to humidity. The toilet ventilation fan was not working, so the floor is always wet. Only 2 sockets available but 1 was loosen. Dangerous to use. Water filter machine is available using brand cuckoo. Overall is below satisfaction for my stay.

ROOM DIFFERENT FROM WHAT ADVERTISE. MY ROOM 113. ROOM VERY NOISY COZ OUTSIDE MY ROOM GOT MANY AIRCOND COMPRESSOR.

Staff made a mistake that almost cost me RM110. Room already paid by company but they said it's not paid. So I paid first and reconfirm with my company the next day. Luckily I went back to the hotel to ask them to check again. Manager solved the problem quickly which is good. But please make sure you check the reservation in detail. I come from pahang. Very far away to claim back the money.

Comfortable and easy access to town.

Affordable for a brief stay nearby to town with lots of facilities you can manage your own within 5-10minutes walking distances. Not gonna complaint about major cleanliness as this is a budget hotel at your own choice. i) Proposed management don't point bed-end(feet) towards Qiblat. ii) Need to service their AC as it was bit dusty. iii) Sanitize/disinfect the bedsheet & cover. family n Kids complaint itchiness after sleeping. Possible of bed-bugs or other insects. iv) Unlucky room at back end with AC compressor back of the wall loud humming during stays. v) Change to Digital TV services lah. Or change the TV with WIFI capability for internet access. Kids feel very bored in room.

Pretty good service (You need to speak a bit of Malay though), rooms are clean and adequate, beds and pillows are comfy, the shower is strong and hot, the toilets flush well. Not a 5 star for sure but it's a pretty comfy place and good for a nights rest.

Cleanliness is getting worse since last time I stayed here 4 years ago. Back then was quite good. I recommend to change the cleaning service staff. Pls disinfect the bed as I felt very itchy after sleeping, I need to get some cream to apply and this was really bad. It's a budget hotel so you can't expect much, but I was not expecting it's this bad.
