Stated that it closes at 1 am but the drinks are always out of stock as soon as at 11pm. This happens to me so many times, please ensure stock availability. People come to drink bubble tea not for disappointment. Bad service.

Customer service quality has declined significantly since the first year they opened. Business hour is not punctual anymore. 11.35 am still not open for business.

To be honest I was having a hard time to finding this shop. I know it is located in D Garden but I don't know which part. And the floor map is only available for the particular block. So it is very confusing. Place is big and clean. Very nice. Ordered the brown sugar loca milk. And after I drank. Feel it is like farm fresh milk with some boba. Price is kinda high but I guess all the boba tea just around that price now. Overall. Just okay.

Always order your Signature Brown Sugar Deerioca from Grab, but always cancel my order whatever the times is.. it is your Signature drink so why always not available? Plus it is always cancel after I order then you just put not available. Is this the right way?

Very modern and trendy. The drinks they offer are great. Dont have to worry about not getting a table as there is a lot both in side and outside. But do have to consider the long waiting line during peak hours.

State that open business time at 11am. But came, the worker still playing phone and still on preparing. Then came again at 12am still in preparing and said the milk tea doesnt have for that time. So, what the exact open time actually? Wasting my time.
