Very disappointed with their service. Talk very nice when wants to close sales and collect deposit.. How far how late also will come. But when ask for receipts, customer need to wait 30mins for him!! Some more can ask customer to take leave to sigh the car contract just to hit his own target.. I don’t even know that the deposit I pay have to be pay RM5000 in different account, he mention is for car servicing.🤷‍♀️ We waited for almost 3 hour at JPJ just to sign the forms. No update no prepare and get ready when we wants to collect car.. We as a customer needs to keep calling and calling.. 3 days later still call us and say that the inspection not clear some test didn’t do!! Told us he has more than 10 years experience. Come on! If this is the standard they provide please go and train some more!! Very bad experience!! Never ever recommend Friend!!😡😤 YES.. I am pointing YOU 👉DESMOND CHAN JEE YUAN!!!!!

This sevice centre is untrusted, sweet talker but poor outcome. This is second experiences, whereby inform me my car is ready to use after the service but surprisingly still issue not corrected. I send for another issue after service done there is another issue happen. My advise to the company need to understand what is customer centered service.
