His name is Paul. It sounds like an Englishman. And yet, he looks like a chinese man. When he talk, I would mistaken him as malay. Even with this confusion, he still manage to surprise me with his amazing skills and communication. 11/10 would send for service again

after sales service was great. I had problem with my Bluetooth connection after upgrade to windows 10, due to pandemic, I ask Paul to settle the problem virtually. He took only 10-15 minutes to settle it.. very recommended

Owner is friendly. Sent my laptop for a check due to overheating, the owner updated me with the conditions so that I know what happened to my laptop. Answered my questions nicely too. Got my laptop back with problems solved. The price is also reasonable. Would recommend to everyone!
