The girl at the counter (night shift) need to change her attitude. Bad manner, giving attitude face when people ask simply nice questions nicely, lazy and even though she seems not interested to adhere customers, she stares at customers a lot. We understand night shift can be sleepy, but people won’t come to a clinic in a middle of the night if it wasn’t because of emergency and for god sake somebody is sick and dying. Professionalism is needed even for a small business. Doctor is good.

Very poor service. Put extra charge but the doctor and assistant dont even know ehat they are doing. Even not check the body temperature. Not recommended very expensive compare to thr service given. One more thing, please change staff attitude.

Staff bahagian hadapan tidak mesra pelanggan, layan pesakit macam terpaksa sahaja bekerja..sy datang utk rawatan demam biasa disuruh buat swap test dahulu..bila ditanya dkt mana nak buat ye ? Jawapan pergilah mana2 farmasi buat. Sy pergi klinik lain tiada masalah pun terus dapat rawatan..

Tadi call (10.21 pm) , tanya bukak or not kan. Dia cakap buka 24 jam. Lepas tu die cakap kalau dewasa sakit demam selsema kene pergi hospital. Betul ke poliklinik ni serve kanak kanak je?

Doctor is ok but not wearing mask properly. Waiting area is hot. The price is costy compared to other clinic.
