I highly recommend Cubaoutings for touring Old and New Havana. Our tour guide Frank did an outstanding job. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our many questions. There were 5 people in our group and they put us in two old convertible Ford cars. What a great experience we had riding in the cars as well as on our walking tour. If I ever visit Cuba again I will be sure to contact Cubaoutings.

Mike (Abel) is the man. Really cool guy and best Guide we had. Next trips again with him :) we visited Havanna and guama and the bay of pigs with him. It was very good both culturally and historically. Mike speaks german and other languages very well. He has a lot of Knowledge of Cuba. We also saw behind the scenes of the really poor citizens. Not Just Old Cars and Mojitos! Mindblowing Experience. We had such an amazing time. In addition to the tour of Old Havana we experienced some of the most beautiful beaches and SCUBA diving as well as a deep lesson in history and culture. Mike is the best tour guide we have ever experienced and I consider him a friend for life. He is truly an expert on the history and politics of Cuba. He speaks English perfectly as well as several other languages. Lamie the driver was a super professional and pleasant despite all of the challenges he has to face every day as a result of the difficulties of Cuban life. He would often have to go out till 4am to make sure we had enough gas for the next day. Always with a smile on his face, you would never know how difficult his job was. We can not thank you enough. It was very eye opening, super beautiful and fun.

If visiting Cuba you have to see Havana and there is no better way to experience this wonderful, vibrant city than with CubaOutings. My driver Juan-Carlos and guide Irina arrived at my hotel (Memories Jibacoba) early and we left for the one hour drive to Havana at 9am. It was a beautiful classic American car and Juan-Carlos was a great driver and Irina was incredibly well informed and spoke absolutely perfect English. We visited the sites that I said I wanted to in my various emails with Juliette in the office over the last few months (she would always reply promptly regardless of time of day or day of the week and was incredibly helpful) and Irina showed me some other wonderful sites too. We had a one hour drive in a convertible classic and Jesus was our driver and he too was very good. I had found a highly recommended restaurant; Dona Alicia which I eventually managed to persuade Juan-Carlos & Irina to join me for lunch which we all enjoyed. Then we had a nice walk through Old Havana, where the incredibly well informed Irina filled me in on all the interesting history and people. We left Havana shortly after 5pm and had a good drive back to the hotel. This was an incredible experience and a faultless superb service from everyone at CubaOutings and I can’t thank them enough for such a wonderful and memorable experience.

It was my second visit to Cuba and I wanted my Habana tour to be more personal. I did a bus tour for my first visit but It was a bit tiring in a big group. Our guide was Mike (Abel) and it was wonderful. The information and details given were priceless. We could come back with some of reading and researching list from Mike haha. This was an great experience. Leo was an excellent guide and really tailored the tour to our family accommodating the kids (12 and 9) a lot. He answered all of their questions and was very knowledgeable since his mother is involved in teaching history. He even gave our oldest extra time to play with the cats :). He took us to an amazing place for lunch for what was the best meal of the trip by far. We had an excellent time and I would recommend this highly.

I can’t say enough amazing things about our experience in Cuba with this tour company. I kid you not - at first I thought that our program coordinator, Juliette, was too good to be true! I saw the high ratings on TripAdvisor and contacted them on WhatsApp with a bunch of questions about which tours would be best for my husband and I- visiting Havana for 3 nights. Juliette responded immediately and was beyond helpful - going out of her way to not only help with all questions and coordination but also even helping me with other events like going out of her way to book night clubs tickets for me! We booked two tours - one was the Havana day tour and Tropicana night club and the other was the trip to Soroa and Viñales. Our tour guide Sisi and driver Pedro were totally amazing — we were so happy that we got them for both days! Sisi is so incredibly smart- she knows everything there is to know about Cuba. Any question she can answer. The tours are private - so for us it was me, my husband, and our tour guide Sisi and driver Pedro. Payment can be in zelle or in cash. The old Habana day tour is a must - we learned so much and went to many different places all while either walking the city or driving in an amazing 1954 Cadillac (equipped with AC)! We enjoyed yummy food and drinks along the way. The tour of Soroa and Viñales was amazing but it’s far so do this only if you’re comfortable driving about 2.5 to 3 hours each way. For us., I’m super glad we went— got to horseback ride in an unbelievably beautiful farm, see how cigars are made on a privately owned tobacco farm, eat local and just appreciate the gorgeous country side in Cuba. Zero complaints and I like to do tours often when we travel — this was definitely one of the best we’ve ever experience if not THE best. I highly recommend - you won’t regret it!!

Amazing experience! We booked Havana Day Tour and are SUPER happy with our choice. Well worth it ! We got plenty information and great memories, our guide (Sisi) had great english and was full of knowledge - now i am inspired to learn more about Cuba. Our driver (Joao -not sure if I got the name right) took some amazing picture and was driving very safe. The pick up was on time, they arrived to our Casa. Gave us a lot of recommendations and tips. We are a family of 4 (couple with 2 young adults) that went on 4 private tours with CubaOutings over 2 weeks in Cuba. We initiated contact by email beforehand and quickly chose tours with Juliette, who provided all the details and other useful information. Our guide in the La Habana tour was Sissi, who showed us some surprising locations we would never get to see if we explored the plazas on our own, and even customized the trip specifically for us – highlighting the care in planning and preparation! Our driver Juan had an impeccable Pontiac V8 and made sure we had both family and individual photoshoots in the city’s iconic landmarks! Aylenis and Yuniel were our guide and driver to Viñales & Soroa – a tour showcasing Cuba’s beautiful nature, departing from La Habana. Aylenis sprinted to get us tickets to “Cueva del Indio” before another huge tourist group which saved us at least 1h30 in cues, and Yuniel even provided some extra stops on our way back. In Varadero, Miguel was our guide on 2 tours: Cienfuegos & Trinidad, and Guamá & la Bahía de Cochinos. He is very charismatic and detailed, making these remote destinations even more enjoyable and interesting, despite their duration (over 8 hours). In one of them, we also had Fabio with us (another guide), adding fun facts about the culture to Miguel’s history storytelling. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the names of either driver, but they were both very professional and friendly. For comparison, we also attended a “standard” hotel tour later and it was a completely different experience – the locations, the restaurants, being in a large group – and for a similar price than the private tours we did, it wasn’t nearly as good. With CubaOutings, we turned from tourists to travellers, and had the opportunity to eat, by far, the best food in Cuba at local restaurants. Additionally, we almost had an issue during our trip, and they immediately offered their help – way beyond what you would expect from any tour operator. Thank you for being there, we will be recommending them to anyone visiting Cuba in the future.

I highly recommend Cubaoutings, you will not be disappointed. Our experience started with fast email replies, detailed information, and great customer service from their Tour Operator Juilette! She was able to set us up with transport to and from the airport, as well as a full day tour of Old Havana(book Tropicana too the show is outstanding) On the day of our tour we had Michael as our tour guide and Peter as our driver, they were absolutely amazing. By the end of the night they felt like family. We want them again on our next visit to Cuba. We could not be more pleased!!! We had a great experience.

We absolutely LOVED our Havana tour. The driver was great, and Sissy was an amazing tour guide. She told us so much about Habana and Cuba in general, and answered all our questions so brilliantly. It was very hot, and she was so caring, taking us to places to cool off and have a cold drink.

My wife and I did our Havana day tour from Varadero on June 2, 2023. It was wonderful and we really enjoyed it!! Booking was really easy. We emailed Juliette, who was really quick to respond and provided detailed answers to our questions. She helped us design a program that worked for us. We were also given lots of tips and knew what to expect during our trip. The car and driver Carlos were great. The car was super clean and beautiful and he was a safe driver. Our guide Irina was amazing. Very knowledgeable about things, she kept us on pace for our tour, always told us what was going on and was very patient with us and took an active interest in helping with any request. We will definitely recommend her and the company to family and friends! We will be using Cubaoutings again when we next visit Cuba, and would highly suggest others do as well, you will not regret it.

This was a once in a lifetime experience. From top to bottom, Cuba Outings made our tour through Havana (Old and New) an unforgettable experience. We had some troubles with cash and organising, but I got in touch with Juliette over whatsapp and she responded within ten minutes and organised our tour. Leo was extremely knowledgeable and guided our experience fantastically. I have been all over the world and done many guided tours, but this has to be the best tour I’ve ever done. Leo took us to a great restaurant for lunch. I cannot sing the praises of Cuba Outings enough. If you are going to Cuba and want to see Havana. Cuba Outings is the way to go.

Had a full day tour with visit to Club Tropicana…. Absolutely unreal! The cars were beautiful and Irina our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly… nothing was too much trouble for her and you can tell she absolutely loves what she does! Such an amazing experience!

The experience with cuba outings was amazing, they picked us up on time and we were asked if there was anything we wanted to specifically see. We are so happy that we booked our tour with Cubaoutings instead of our cruise ship. The tour was personalized to us and what we wanted to see, with a timely, professional, knowledgeable and articulate guide, Denis. We had a driver so that Denis could continue with the tour, without distraction while in the car. When planning our tour, Gloria was prompt in communications via email and clear on confirmation, instructions, price and what we could expect. Everything occurred according to plan. It was helpful to our guide that I had a copy of Gloria's emails with me. He referenced it a couple times to make sure that he covered everything we had asked about.

We did a day tour in Havana. Our guide was Ray and spoke perfect english and was so knowledgable and a lot of fun too! He picked us up at our hotel in the old town and we started our tour right there. He showed us around the "golden mile" with all it's sights. After a quick lunch we then started our 2 hour tour with him and a driver in a convertible classic car around the town. We learned and saw a lot :-). So happy we did the tour as we would have not seen so much of Havana without it and learned such a lot about it's history. If you do not do this tour you definitely are missing out!!

My family and I hired a Cubaoutings tour in March 2019. Gloria was extremely responsive and helpful through the booking process. Our tour guide, Gretel, was great! She was so knowledgeable and catered to what we were hoping to see. Pickup was so easy - right outside of the cruise port! The first part was a driving portion through the city followed by a walking tour. My dad recently got knee surgery and we still got to see more than I imagined. Gretel was so patient with my family (we were moving pretty slowly) and even joined us for a great lunch at a restaurant she recommended, O'Reilley 304. We visited Havana, Cuba via cruise ship on January 12, 2019. I booked a tour through Cubaoutings before we left home- and I am so glad I did. There were 4 adults in our group and we all enjoyed our day tour immensely. Our tour guide was Orelvis. His friends call him "Elbis" as it is pronounced in Spanish. He was amazing. Warm, friendly, knowledgeable and flexible. We is an English professor working as a tour guide. Ask for him!! You will be pleased. We had 2 hours in the vintage Car as well as an extensive walking tour of Old Havana. So much history- so much to see. A trip of a lifetime for us.

I recently had the pleasure of taking a one day tour of Havana, Cuba. We chose Havana Vintage Style Tour. The tour included a guided tour of Old Havana, and a drive with open top nostalgic car through the beautiful city of Havana. We had our tour guide Ida and driver Angelas. They were all amazing. Ida was knowledgeable about the history and culture of Havana and she was very friendly. Angelas was drove safely. I was very impressed with the quality of the tour and the value for money. The Cuba’s extravaganza! Great experience! What a great introduction to Cuba. We have booked the Havana & Tropicana tour. We knew we had to maximize our time since we were there just for the weekend and thought this tour would be the right way to go. We would highly recommend doing this to get a great overview of beautiful Havana city and the country in general. Our tour guide Mike was so knowledgeable and we really enjoyed his company, he was punctual and engaging. Booking process was easy and smooth. We had an email confirmation and agreed price before we arrived. During the day we toured the new Havana and the Old Havana, we visit so many iconic places and landmarks: Revolution Square, Fusterlandia, Havana forest, Floridita Bar, Capitol Building and we had the most delicious mojitos at the National hotel of Cuba. Then, in the evening we went to Tropicana show. Wow!! what a night at the Tropicana Night Club in Havana. Cabaret show with Cuban Latin music, roses, cigars and rum. Colorful, energetic. So much fun. Hands down the best show ever. We could not have been more pleased with our experience. I felt very safe and comfortable the entire time. The car was spectacular. It won't be a five-star tour through a first-world country, but it will be an immersive Cuban experience before Cuba is changed irreparably.

We recently traveled to Havana, Cuba. booked a Havana tour by classic car with this tour operator and can't recommend it enough. We had such a great experience. Punctual, organized, lot of fun. The classic old American cars are a must. Don't forget to have a daiquiri at El Floridita. We were able to pay via Zelle. American credit cards are not accepted in Cuba. Take as much as cash as possible. It would make your vacation easier. Cuba with Cubaoutings should be in your bucket list. Highly recommend it.

We did the convertible car and walking tour of Havana with Sisi and it was amazing! She is a walking encyclopedia of history and is excellent in her explanations of the past and present. We had freedom to see different parts of the city and it did not disappoint. It was a highlight of my trip and I’d recommend it to anyone who will be in the area!
