A
good
experience
but
still
some
room
to
improve.
First
the
good:
-
Service
was
excellent
-
Beautiful
setting,
live
harp
player
added
a
touch
of
class
-
Food
setting
was
very
good.
As
were
the
fancy
explanations..
;)
-
They
avoided
my
pet
peeve
-
getting
red
wine
spilled
to
table
cloth.
Should
be
obvious
to
my
experience
this
is
harder
than
it
should
be.
However
there
is
some
room
for
improvement:
-
Wine
pairing
is
$150
per
person.
How's
it
possible
that
we
got
the
same
wine
(Chablis)
when
I'm
eating
lobster
while
my
wife
has
bison
carpaccio
(peppery)?
Seems
they
adjusted
the
menu
to
allergies
but
didn't
adjust
the
wine
pairing.
Unacceptable
at
this
level.
TBF
they
adjusted
when
we
brought
this
up
to
their
attention.
-
Service
would
be
even
better
if
they
would
take
the
time
to
observe
if
clients
are
enjoying
rather
than
interrupting
and
asking.
My
definition
of
perfect
service
is
when
they're
there
when
I
need
them
but
otherwise
not.
-
Food
was
good
but
not
special.
Not
memorable.
Overall
I
recommend
it
if
you
can
pull
off
the
cost.
