I was unfortunate enough to encounter a racist and condescending saleslady in this store. She referred to black people as 'ihr' and 'euch' and went on to tell me that black people only buy foundation that is lighter than their skin colour because all black people want to be lighter. This woman was offensive and even after correcting her prejudices and explaining to her that she should avoid such racially charged language, it was clear from her responses that she did not see the problem. In her defense, she did endeavour to find me a foundation and she did apologise. However, at the end of the day, it was a disappointing experience especially for 2021.

Nice shop, but the ladies who work there(some of them) are not friendly at all,a was buy a benefit face palette+other cosmetics and the lady don't give me a bag for it + she don't speak english.

German form of Americas Sephora. Funny that is still has the same staff when I used to go there as a teenager. Store definitely underwent a make over and added popular brand MAC. Anything available from normal pricing to high end products

I like it is in the mall the only mall close my house at 40 minutes
