    So far I have no complaints with this place, the service seems good to me, that means that their employees are efficient, maybe you have to go a few more times to verify This opinion and thus be able to have a more precise opinion, I really went at night so during the day I did not go shopping. I hope you always maintain good service and that your employees always have a great sense of belonging for their work, just like your manager.

    This location has to be the worst that I have ever dined in. They had no employees to great you upon entering the restaurant. No one there to take your order, I’m assuming they want you to use the do it yourself register, that I used. Every single table was dirty. Not with actual trash left on them but they had not been wiped down. The entire restaurant was just filthy.. It had not been swept and the drink area was unclean. I could not enjoy my meal due to the uncleanliness of the place. Then the food was just not good. It tasted old not fresh. Tasted like the oil had not been changed. I will definitely not ever be going back to this particular McDonald’s. Over all the customer service was just poor, dirty place and food was not good.

    This McDonald’s is terrible! Very rude! Make sure you watch how much they charge you. They tried charging me $30 for $20 worth of food! Then when I asked for some Big Mac sauce on the side the Hispanic lady at the window was VERY rude stating, “I don’t work back there so no I can’t give you Big Mac sauce” like really?!! Asked her for ketchup and she made a face like if it’s coming out of her pockets. She didn’t give any straws or napkins and practically threw my food at me. AND our Drinks weren’t even filled all the way. Never again! Worst customer service ever, thank goodness I was only passing by and don’t have to come back here lol

    While the food tastes ‘fine’ most of the time, the fries are ALWAYS underserved—you basically pay for a large and get a small, since they’re only ever filled up halfway. And they forget sauces, frequently. Don’t get me started on the service and personability because it’s non-existent. Employees at the window don’t say a word to you, and they’re just as quick to get rid of you the moment you pull up to the window. And they don’t hide their discontent on their faces, either. Overall, it’s a poor experience and likely worth visiting other locations, even if it’s a slightly further drive. Management really needs to reevaluate the entirety of this location.

    Went today there was only 1 car in drive thru. Pulled up to speaker and no one answered. Went to 1st window, no one way there, finally someone came to window and I placed my order. Paid and went to second window and sat there for........... ............ when someone finally came to window it was to tell me to pull up and wait. When I asked if they know how much longer, no answer because she didn't speak English, a male came to window who also didn't. Finally a second male came to window with an attitude and told me to move up and slammed the window shut. After I parked at the third window [and officially late for work] they opened the window tossed me my food and shut it without saying a word. My job is 1 minute from McDonald's and after waiting forever neither my burger nor my fries was fresh or warm. # wasteoftimeandmoney

    I noticed the ginger girl at the drive thru around 4:40am was acting weird and could barley form a sentence and was obviously on something I proceeded to the second window to get my food on my way home I ate it about 10-15 mins later I started to feel weird … discoordinated,just symptoms of a substance I don’t do drugs or even drink I know it came from here when I called the manager hung up almost immediately it was quite ridiculous and if somebody higher up doesn’t contact me I’ll be taking this to court…Im in the E.R now and they also think it was a drug slipped in my food or drink

    I was so happy when I seen they had strawberry creme pies !!! ***EDIT*** My mother-in-law and I get Frappe's here pretty frequently and they are NEVER full! I feel like if I am going to pay $4 per drink-they should at least be full!!! Come on, do better!

    This place is always slammed and at times they forget stuff in your bag due to that reason. Plua the long wait times that can sometimes be pretty ridiculous.

    This McDonald’s is awful. I consistently get cold, old fries. A couple times I got hot fries but they were undercooked. I was asked to park and wait for my food and I waited for 30mins before I had to walk inside and wait longer for my food which I had to send back for cold fries. Unacceptable. I’m almost positive they forgot about me. Today I had a long hair in my burger!!! I don’t have long hair. I’m absolutely disgusted and will never be back. Do better.

    At the risk of sounding like a racist, this is the WORST McDonald’s EVER. NONE of the employees speak English or clear English and boy do I mean NONE. Without fail EVERY SINGLE TIME I come to this godforsaken dump my order is wrong or missing items because once again they don’t speak English well enough to hear you. This owner should be ashamed of his store. Place is going to hell.

    I was at drive thru at 11:40 am November 25 and the woman taking orders was rude and saying they didn’t have anything on the menu if you don’t like you’re job get a new one or stop complaining. 0/10 choose another location. Unprofessional.

    The drive thru is always fast and food is fresh. May have some language issues. When did you start having to speak Spanish to live in America 🇺🇸. I feel that is racism at work.

    McDonalds has always been the most preferred food choice to get for "fast-food". Meals cooked fast, served within minutes. Awesome staff at this location. Loving the self service kiosks which relates to "self-checkouts" as the customers get to do the ordering. I like having to have my own space when ordering(introvert favorites) than having to order at the register where I would have to look closely at the menu, figure out what should I order. But, in today's age, technology in McDonald's has drastically improved customer satisfaction. The amazing mango smoothie & strawberry smoothie, even with whip cream. The pancakes & their delicious syrup. Food is ready within minutes as with being "fast-food". The only minor concept is the parking lot, which has limited parking for customers wanting to do "inside orders". Just wanting a much wide parking lot as there is always a huge crowd of customers coming in for dine-ins which is great for the business.

    Everytime I order from here, the order is wrong. A couple wks ago I ordered 2 of the $1hamburgers and I ended up getting 1 burger and it was not what I asked for. Tonight I asked for a kids meal plain just meat cheese and bread only and she even said it at the window when I paid but when I got home my daughter was upset bc her hamburger came with everything on it. I hear from so many people that this location is always getting people's orders wrong and I'm starting to see that for myself. This location needs more training especially before they get a raise.

    The smell of my bag of food tonight made me gag. The burger smelled absolutely RANCID. My daughter ate her food before I opened my bag. She has been up all night crying & vomiting. I'm baffled. Usually the fries are cold, food tastes old & drinks aren't filled but she wanted McDonalds for a good week at school so I caved and decided to give it another chance. I'm sure I'll enjoy work tomorrow after having 2 hours of sleep. Cook edible food or don't. You can't serve people stuff like this. And no I wasn't given a refund. Just a "sorry 🤷🏻‍♀️". If she is still sick tomorrow I'll take her to the dr to see if they think it's food poisoning or not.

    I went up here just tonight with my boyfriend and little brother. Took 20 minutes to get my food!!! And it wasn’t even “hot” it felt like it was just sitting there. Then I go to ask for sauce, and the employees just looked at me took 3-5 minutes just to get attention for my sauces!! (Which I ordered!!!!) and they’re just absolutely rude!! The lady threw sauce in my hands!! And should you not there so SLOWWWW. I do not recommend.

    This McDonald's needs to hire more workers or close at 9pm because the service here is horrible. It started with them getting my order wrong, which I corrected at the second window. I waited in the reserve line for my food for 15 mins after calling twice just to speak to someone who stated the food was coming out which was a lie because it took another 8 mins to get. I understand its fast food but this place missed the mark completely. Definitely won't be back during the night hours because they move too slow. Please do a better job!

    I ordered on the app, checked in through the drive thru, they asked me to pull into a parking spot, 20 mins later I went inside to find my order on the counter wide open. Lady starts to hand it to me but it's missing happy meal and drink. I reached in fries and food were ice cold. They had to remake it. Another time same process, waited 15m food comes out I check it and it was missing 2 lg fries and the sauce for nuggets. It's nothing but wait times and chaos at this location.

    Mobile ordering is suppose to be faster and more convenient. Ordered a happy meal 20 minutes ago and we’re still waiting for it. Edited to add they finally brought out a happy meal and there was something missing. In 25 minutes they can’t manage to put 4 things in a box.

    We paid for two frozen drinks and was really disappointed that it wasn’t what we asked for. My husband told the girl in the drive thru that it’s all watery and she just told us to have a nice day.
