The place was not busy as it was 2:30pm, so we stopped in as we've not been to this restaurant before! We were excited for the margaritas and tacos, like a fast food chili's of sorts!(that's how we saw it) well, walking in we were greeted awesomely and enthusiastically! But, as we orders we're told the margarita machine was down and that was a big bummer. But they had Dos Equis and that made up for it, them we walk into the dinning area to find tables not cleaned and food and trash all over the floor. At 258pm I asked for my money back as we never received our food, and the clerk got an attitude when I asked why he ignored me as I waited at the the register for 10 minutes for some one to come up to me. Stay away from the place, so let down and had such high hopes.

The manager Melanie took my order and she was very polite I just want to say personally she good at what she does ty. For every thing and the food was great I think it was a perfect spot to choose for having dinner they're with the great service.

Great food. Always prepare the food fresh. Guy was helpful with new entre items. Not much if a wait even though mall is nearby. The place could use a little sprucing up furniture wise. But overall very clean and tidy. I got the steak egg and cheese breakfast tacos.

Very good food and I like the staff everyone is nice. Every time I go there. This is why this is one of my favorite taco cabanas out of all of them. Baytown taco cabana is where is at.

This Cabana is actually decent. Usually when I go to a Cabana I prepare myself for being a bit ripped off. I have literally gotten 2 pieces of beef in a beef fajita taco throughout the years. Not this time my friend, I actually ordered a beef fajita burrito plate with queso. The queso was a little light but I have a different level of cheese desire; it was enough to end all bites with some queso. The dang burrito was huge with lots of meat; almost enough to make up for all the times I was ripped off, just kidding it would be a truck load of beef and chicken fajita meat. I didn't even know Cabana was still in business. This location is the anomoly. Enjoy my friends.

My wife and I love the good food and drinks we do appreciate the staff as well very polite we hope to come back every one please this is the place to go!. Thanks and thanks to the manager for being very kind to us.

1 star is actually generous. This place was by far nastiest taco place I’ve ever been to. To top it off the bathrooms looked like a sewage eruption. I mean caca everywhere I could hear them gag as they were cleaning it. Had I seen the bathroom before we paid we would’ve walked out. Hopefully we don’t get food poisoning.

I have only eaten here one and at Taco Cabana twice in my life so far. My opinion of this location is the food is good breakfast at least. The store was very clean and cool and the people were friendly. The biggest thing I noticed is the tortilla were very soft. I have trouble eating allot of folks tortillas especially if they have a dried out. These were great.

You can't go wrong with a TC box of tacos .

There were bad patches in the drywall. We dined in and it took forever to get our food but it was not good..the cheese queso too salty and even after asking for extra cheese and beans there was a large portion of chips in relation to the toppings.

Lady took my order just now when I came to the window I waited about 6 minutes then blowed the horn she came I tried to pay and she said she didn't get it like omg really why did you ask me is that all I don't understand this Taco cabana they not good at multitasking at all every time I come service is so wack they need new staff only Taco cabana in Baytown it's sad

Great food great customer service! James was great! He saw the look on my face and ask if I need assistance. I was debating mentally if I should get a drink or not. James assisted me and the company got more money from me. James should train 🗣all customer service employees! Again great food and fantastic service!

I've been to this particular facility multiple times this year but this visit was not good. My food was cold. My last visit here the food was fine but the young man working at the counter was a little brash. At this point not sure if I will return to this location.

This is pathetic, supposed to be chicken fajitas nachos with shredded cheese. And this is after they first attempt when they gave me the queso even though as stated asked for shredded.

First time here, I ordered the mixed Fajita Taco. It's my fault for assuming that something other than 3 pieces of chicken and 4 pieces of tough steak was all that was on the tortilla. Flavor was good, just not enough to eat. Came with chips and cheese sauce. Plus, your beverages for 11.00 nope won't be back. Inside was clean. The service was friendly.

Great gals, really hard workers and they had a great attitude!! But thusis poor staff here have had a broken alarm screaming every 1.5 seconds. Good job girls, I hope your boss fixes it now for you!!

I stop to dine in with my kids to eat lunch when I placed my order it took them 30 mins to deliver our food to the table but I didn’t mind since I was there with my kids but when I got my steak fajita tacos the steak fajita was burnt and didn’t really enjoy it. I definitely don’t think it was work 56.46 and probably won’t be back

No one at the counter to take my order, and it always happened. Waited too too long for my food. I was the only customer and yet the food took 30 minutes. I will never eat there again. One day they will run out of business, I wish it happens so soon.

I have issues with this location everytime I come. Last time I stopped by was over a month ago because they gave me frozen flautas and I didn’t notice till I got home and had to come back. This time I order curbside because I have a sleeping toddler in the car. They didn’t answer the phone when I called twice for curbside so I went through drive through. The lady told me I could come inside to get my food. When I told her I ordered curbside because I had a sleeping child in the car she went silent. I said hello to get her attention again and she finally told me I could pull to the window. When the middle aged black lady gave me my food she stated the phone didn’t get answered because it was in the office and closed the window. Rude af. Doubt I’ll be back again.

25min waiting time for a quesadilla and 3 flautas... crazy. Edit: ( and there was nobody else in drive-thru line and maybe 1 other patron in the restaurant) The owners response is kind of funny. It's hard to believe they haven't acted on the poor trend in customer service from this location. My experience was not unique. You can tell from the extensive reviews along the same lines.

Waited in line for 20 mins. To come home to cold food. Very disappointed!. I called and the excuses were there was only 2 workers. I still shouldn't of had cold food. I will never give them my service again and I encourage you not to give them business. I do like taco cabana but I will never go to the 6311 Garth Rd. Location ever again.

Stood in line, in front of the cash register for more than 5 minutes. Several people behind the counter/in the kitchen laughed and joked while customers stood and waited to be helped or even acknowledged. This is the 2nd time in a week that the service her was terrible or non existent. It will be the last for me. Stay away from this location!!!

Terrible! All around terrible. I usually do not review bad service or product but this was so bad. We ordered the street tacos…..they are as small as jack in box tiny tacos with half the meat. Took 30 minutes to get our food and clearly it was not fresh. Do not recommend at all

Food was great and fast to get and the woman at the front was very sweet and courteous. The problem was the rest of the crew in the back. Slow and they never came to the front to help her and I ordered more food to go and they put it on a tray not a bag even when she said it’s to go!! And then they put them in a bag but forgot half my order and I didn’t realize until I got home….. ridiculous ppl working in the back….
