    Lady with short hair and arm tattoos will ignore you multiple times instead of ringing you up. She will have you standing there wondering what else is wrong the place and then you will be inspired to take pictures. Forks facing up so everyone can touch the part that touches your food. Nice.

    Is this place serious? Never again will I ever visit this location, or any other. Ordered food from the website at 11:45 am to be ready for pick up at 3:10 pm. I show up at 3 pm and the food is made already. They made the food waaaay early, probably as soon as it was placed, and eveything was cold. When I asked them to remake the order, everyone behind the counter lookedat me as if I was an inconvenience to them because of their ignorance on time management. I ordered the cheese quesadilla as well....LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THEIR WEBSITE. WHAT A RIP OFF AT $8. Taco Bell has better quesadillas than this place. Check the picture for the actual quesadilla order we received. Never again...nope.

    Walked in and was greeted by very loud music from behind the counter, made it really hard to hear anything. After waiting in line I got to the counter and was not greeted or asked what I wanted. Instead an employee just stared at me and kind of just shrugged at me. I took this as a sign that he wanted to know what I wished to order. I then told him what I wanted and he grabbed the bowl, and then started to stare at me again. I was a little confused by this until he pointed at the rice and shrugged again. I told him the rice I wanted and then he pointed at the beans, he used zero words to communicate with me and then passed my bowl down the counter to the next guy in line who made me wait 2 full minutes before he got to me. I told him I wanted a little bit of medium salsa and he just dumped a full spoonful of it on there basically drowning my bowl in it. Maybe he couldn’t hear me due to the fact that he had air pods in, he must not have liked the loud music they were playing in the kitchen. I complained to the lady at the counter about the experience and she assured me that it’s always like this, unbelievable. I went to the dinning room to sit down and eat and had a hard time finding a clean table to eat at. While eating at the table, staff members came over to clean up the dinning room. They dropped the metal Lids into the metal tea containers and dragged the steal bottom chairs on the concrete floor while I was trying to enjoy my food. I swear they also turned up the loud music in the kitchen because I could barely hear my friends and I could not even hear the dining room music. Upon leaving there were no trash cans to place my trash into, which after this whole experience I honestly didn’t feel bad for leaving my trash on the table. I was really blown away with how crumby this experience was, I’ve been to a lot of chipotle’s and have never had this bad of a time. I would not recommend anyone come to this location for dinner after 7 pm, it seems like the staff had just given up and were upset that I was there.

    Extremely disappointed. When rice is your major base ingredient - I always receive more rice than I ever get anything else - I expect it to be cooked correctly. I estimate I got 20 to 25% rice hard enough to possibly crack teeth. Had I discovered this before I left - it was take out - I would have asked them to replace my order with edible rice.

    Lying, over-priced, poor quality everything! Said that I had my extra tortillas twice... not in bag. Ordered a three taco plate for one price...paid for three individual tacos at $3 and change more total. Their new meat is horrible and I received a burrito with three pieces of meat on it! The rice was old. I've been a Chipotle fan for decades... NEVER AGAIN!!!

    I was at the store approximately 6:30 on Sunday February 5, 2023. I’ve never had worse service anywhere. I had an order of 5 items. Two burrito bowls, one chicken and one beef, one quesadilla and two burritos with different ingredients. They didn’t mark any of the items so we were unable to tell what each one was. When I asked they couldn’t tell me, they didn’t roll the burritos so when we open them everything fell on the floor. They didn’t offer to assist in anyway and acted as if it was an inconvenience that we were even in the restaurant. I’ve been to this location many times and had good experiences and some not as good but this by far was the worst of any restaurant anywhere. I should have known it may not be the best because when I came in I was the only one in line and asked about the quesadilla because I had had one there…the young man walked away with out a word of explanation a minute it two later a young man came out and started the order… the only one in the place with manners. My burrito bowl was the best it’s ever been BUT I’ll need to think long and hard before I return to this location.

    Living in another town but I still make the drive to baytown since this is the closest Chipotle to me. However it seems every time that I come at night, vulgar music is playing loud on a speaker boom box to where you can’t even hear what the worker is asking for on your food item. I would understand if the store is getting ready to close, but on at 8pm on a Saturday night … when you still have customers in line to order AND in the lobby is ridiculous.

    We went around 1:30pm today. There was no line and it wasn't busy at all. The person serving gave us a small portions and was far from generous. Usually this location never disappoints when it comes to being generous.

    Please stop giving us such small portions of meat. I noticed you were giving me little by little to spread it out. It’s getting ridiculous for the amount it is costing us. You need to give full scoops that’s what’s the portions are. I will speak with the manager next time and every time it happens. When we get it to go it would be nice if you provided us with forks to go.

    Yummy! I love ordering online & having it ready when I get there. Great customer service, besides from a young girl named Emily. I haven't forgotten her name because she was so rude & absolutely lacked professionalism & customer service. No good. But everyone else, very cheery & professional.

    I went to the new Chipotle on I10 west and they served us enough food not like the one on garth rd. We pay over 60 bucks and they sure do skim on stuff. So I'd rather drive to the new location to eat no skimming there.

    First off, I was not greeted or asked what I wanted when I came in. The girl just stared at me until I greeted her. Second of all, my plate was not worth the $16 I payed for. This is the second time this young lady barely puts food on my plate.

    They overfilled my burrito. The sauce I asked for was spilling over the edge and really made a mess. Not only that, but I got the pork meat option and it had a lot of gristle. The customer service was also horrid. There was one girl who worked there who had a bad attitude. No one has name tags so I can't tell what her name was, but she really messed up the experience for my wife and I. My wife asked for extra sauce and the woman decided to get an attitude for no reason. Whatever you do, do NOT go there in the morning. The night crew seems nicer.

    Megan is the manager up here she's the African American woman very respectful takes care of her customers they were out of white rice the Lord disappointed and mad at 9:20 and my wife was really looking forward to that but she handled things pretty good I went back to get Megan's name I didn't know it at the time so not to disturb her because she was working I asked Maria refused to give me your name told me to go ask her I said well can I get your name and she said what are you before I said well I call corporate and I give reviews Maria decided to tell me no well she wouldn't refuse to give me her name and turned around and walked away just very disrespectful I get to go out with my granddaughter once a week and we chose to party tonight kind of put a damper on it I like to give reviews especially good ones and this was to be a five-star review but Maria decided to be rude and disrespectful for no reason she had no idea what I wanted she asked me why I wanted to make its name before I found out what it was and I told her I wanted to call corporate while I call corporate to give a good review maybe I should have said to give a good review I don't know but it doesn't matter you don't message to me listen for you treat a customer and I've never been treated that way that chipotle before but hey this is the first time for everything it's just kind of sad that this is where I live Baytown maybe you guys can correct the problem maybe she just needs an attitude adjustment I don't know maybe she's having a bad night but I don't think it should reflect upon the customers I don't think we should have to deal with her problems whatever they are and I am sorry I will keep her in my prayers Maria please help her By the way I did say something to Megan the manager about Maria I told her what I was but I was going to leave it in the review but I don't know what she could do about that I don't know

    Ordered online for pick up, went in and waited for 30 min no food. Finally went to ask about it and they said they were working on it. Everything was dirty and not stocked at all. Food was ok nit fresh for the amount of time we had to wait. Most employees were standing around besides the 2 fixing everyone's food. Definitely need some time management training and proper cleaning training.

    I always get extra dressing with my salads and never been charged. Okay that’s fine charge me but I was charge for 4 side of dressing 1.60 for a cup that’s not even half way full, that’s the only reason why I ask for extra. I just think it’s ridiculous to pay 6.40 for dressing cups that aren’t even all the way full.

    I placed an order online. Went to pick it up and my chips was not in my bag when I called the store it rang forever. I hung up and tried the chat bot that was the worse going back and forth trying to voice my complaint. So I called the store back after the phone rang about 50 times someone answered when I was explaining what happened someone was talking over me and all of a sudden I heard my bad and they hung up. This is the second time they messed up my order. Do better Chipotle.

    Never order online from this place I ordered veggie quesadillas and when they arrived I got no veggies whatsoever. When I complained all they did was give me 5$ in credit I just wanted my food fixed this is my last time ordering from this company.

    I highly recommend the staff wash all your veggies really good before serving them to people. I am always limited with my options when I eat outside. And I got a veggie bowl where I clearly!! Mentioned brown rice. I get back to work, and rice is missing. I come home with severe diarrhea and a high fever. The next thing I know, I have food poisoning. Please, please, please wash everything multiple times before cooking or serving. Specially Lettuce and spinach. Also, please ensure your place is cleaning the juice/drink machines because you all have got me thinking about what went wrong. Was it the food, or was it the drink? The only day I eat from outside, and now I’m sick to the point where I am missing out on school and work.

    Served us stale chips then the make manager w earring- was rude and dismissive when we asked for fresh ones. Another customer ahead of us, was requesting refund due to unsatisfactory food. Won’t return to this location. Terrible!

    Slowest chipotle ever. Usually only have one person serving walk ins and online orders. they also throw in online orders before you even if you've been waiting before they were made. They will also run out of items well before closing time and prioritize closing 1-2 hours before they close.
