    This Starbucks is very busy but the team works very efficiently. Besides the drive thru they also offer to order ahead of time via the app on your mobile. I love doing this because you can order exactly what you want, pay via the app and then walk in to pick up your order. Even though it was busy my order was ready fast and with good quality. Nice coffee, recommended to try it here.

    I work delivery for UberEATS and this Starbucks is the best by far. If I could give them 100 Stars I would. They run like a well oiled machine hardly ever any mistakes in there. And the Barista's are so helpful and polite. The drive thru is always packed but that's only because everyone in Baytown Texas knows that this place is the best. ,Z,

    I was in the area for a doctor's appointment that I arrived late to die to an apparent confusion. They worked with me and pushed my appointment back so I visited this location and purchased my favorite matcha tea latte with almond milk DELICIOSO!!! And...EVERYONE greeted me with a smile on their cute faces, lol. Now y'all know how I feel about nice people and smiles . I went in because the drive-thru line seemed to be looped around 4 times over (ok, a little exaggerated). The service was so good that I decided to return and complete my work day from the coffee shop. I sat outside for awhile (nice setup but too windy for my liking) and then went inside. I worked for an hour and then had my lunch including this tasty peach green tea lemonade before continuing my work day at Starbucks. I will be back!

    The place was dirty, We waited for 20 minutes to get two cups of regular coffee, can't believe it We asked for 4 packages of sugar We only received 2 The workers are very rude,no manners At all,plus expensive I would not recommend this place We won't be back ever,nasty place.

    11:03 and they will not serve dark roast coffee I ordered a venti drip medium instead and 15 mins later they have it and is cold. So they will make a fresh cup I'm still waiting...

    I only gave the food and service 3 stars because I've really only had one person there really make my coffee good and that a girl named Drew idk if she is still there. But she didn't overdo with the ice like everyone else I went 2 days ago but there was so much ice it was crazy.

    This place is stupidly slow. Waited 30 mins to order my ONE COFFEE only to wait a whole 2 HOURS on a WEEKEND!!! At 1pm. Just to make my coffee took 2 HOURS! This is so stupid. Either hire faster workers or close this place down. This is getting out of hand.

    The staff is so AMAZING!!! Miss Shann (I probably misspelled her name IM SORRY!!) She always makes my drinks in the morning and always greets me by 1st name when I enter the store!! Customer Service is the best! But HUGE THANKS to the Older White Lady At the drive thru today! (I apologize I didn’t get your name!) You were the best for doing what you did today! Thanks Starbucks Employees You Guys Are The Best!!! 🙂🙂🙂

    DIRTY!!! Hire a cleaning crew if you are going to keep these people slammed behind the counter. Every table was disgusting and food everywhere on the floor. Service was slow as well. Starbucks you are capable of so much more! Do better!@

    These place needs more brewistas they need one for drive-through, one for in-house, and one for online orders . They are worried more about online orders than the ones in-house. Place is not being managed correctly. 25 minutes to get a coffee is unacceptable.

    Ive come here often and every time I do the staff is just awful I came here a week ago or so and a worker who was a guy with reddish orange hair that was taking my order was just standing at the register and didn’t say anything stood there and stared at me and my girl she asked are you taking my order and he said very rudely WHAT! but we decided to give this location another chance … we order the same drink and I came the drink was terrible … the coffee tasted burnt like the shots were burned.. I asked for my drink to be remade which I hardly like to do but it was not even drinkable from the burnt taste. Then they remade it for me and it was worse so I just took it and left the staff is very unfriendly and don’t call names out loud enough I had sat there for almost 15min.. waiting on my drink and it was just sitting there and the woman making the drinks had glasses and a flannel shirt and didn’t acknowledge me once when you could tell we were waiting. This location definitely needs help and should treat there costumers better and not ignore us like we’re not standing there for help or needing a drink remade when its disgusting..

    I’ve been here a handful of times trying to give this place chance after chance. I agree with the recent reviews, this is the slowest Starbucks in town. I ordered through the app, my order was expected to be ready by 11:44am, I didn’t get it until 12:15pm. It was very chaotic in there, about 15 people were in the front waiting for their order. There was no management or structure what so ever. Only positive thing about this is that my drink was well prepared but doesn’t compensate for the time I spent there waiting for my drink.

    This is my last time ordering any type of drinks from this location. I asked to add sweet cream cold foam and brown sugar syrup to my green tea matcha drink. They never add my request but I still get charged for it. I can definitely taste and see that my extras are not added. Not to mention this is not the first time. I made the barista aware the last time and she assured me it’s added. The other location makes it correctly especially Target on Garth and Mont Belvieu and you can see that they add my sweet cream like requested.

    I made two orders one through the app the other one through the drive thru. One of my items were not ready yet so I waited, turns out there was some issues with my order and they took care of me. I have excellent customer service from the 3 beautiful young ladies, they apologized and gave me my order. They knew how to deal with the the problem, and make my day.

    Such kind workers! Came to my table to ask me if I wanted a courtesy water and the nice barista was making sure the area I was working in was clean! My favorite Starbucks! Shoutout to the best Alexis Olivares!

    I ordered a Trenta drink and when I got home I noticed the cup was a little small. Guess the person who made it didn’t read it right because they gave me a venti which isn’t that big of a deal but I paid extra to get the bigger size. 🙃 should of checked it while I was in the drive thru but I wasn’t feeling well and was in a rush.

    I usually don’t review places but this Starbucks deserves an amazing review and more. We had a HORRIFIC experience with Uber eats to bring our Starbucks drinks. They drank our drinks and brought it to us like that. Uber eats has done nothing. This starbucks not only remade our drinks but gave us a Starbucks card for the inconvenience. I was honestly amazed cause it wasn’t their fault but their hospitality was very appreciated. The supervisor was absolutely wonderful.

    Great coffee and service though they have gotten either incredibly swamped or incredibly slow especially on online orders. I have made 2 orders this week online come in at the estimated time and had to wait 20+ min in store.
