$2.50 for a bag of donut holes that look like this, are cold and don’t even taste fresh. Finally gave this place a try on my way to work and won’t be going back.

Absolutely awful owners to the employees. The owners and the owners FAMILY come in and get free food by the dozens but refuse the employees raises. They claim they will review the possibility of raises ANNUALLY! Yall are a fast food restaurant, nobody who works there will be planning to stay for over a year so that's all bs. I have so much to say about that place. Nothing good

Do not come here, go to the other one by the hospital on Garth... I was sold donuts that were still raw inside and apparently they don't even have a microwave? So when they are only selling cold donuts, be ready to wait a while The employees are super nice but seem untrained, but worse, it feels like they are being tortured and have to "Act Natural" when someone arrives.

Employee was nice but the donuts were small and expensive. Will be going back to the other location on Garth.

I came through the drive through and was left waiting for over 15 mins before someone came to the window. I could see workers walking around and one clearly seen me as I honked my horn multiple times!! Won’t be going back!!

This is the closest Shipley’s to me however every time my son and I come it’s always something going on. The staff seems unhappy as if they’re just there going through the motions (slow motion!) We always order Kolache‘s… one visit they charged for bold kolache’s and I ordered regular sized. They apologized but couldn’t give me a valid reason why they tried charging me more than what i should’ve. We went there yesterday the drive thru had a long line so I decided to go in, there was one lady a head of me.(a total of two customers) No one greeted me and it took about 10mins just get our kolaches. Suggestion: have more people on the register. Any who…over all this place was better when the tall white guy was there when they first opened everything was on point. The other Shipley’s down Garth by the hospital is a good example of how this location should be, and they don’t even have a drive thru. Please get it together with such a prime location customer service & check out time should be better.

Easy access from freeway. Shipley donuts are the best. Was able to get what I wanted and back on the road quickly

Loved my 4:00am experience with the donut dealers. Guy at the window was super kind and bubbly. Very happy we have a 24 hour donut spot.

The inside is so clean and nice! Fanciest donut shop I've ever been in.

It was okay. Customer services was great. When you look at their donuts they look big and delicious, but once you bite into them, the donut was mostly air and the kolaches were okay.

They were quite busy and almost gave out another person's order that had driven off... I don't fault the employees though and fully understand things happen... they did however get me hooked up with my order and on down the road rather quickly compared to many doughnut shots drive thru! Highly recommend!

8 times out of 10 it’s freshly made, today I had some older donuts and kolaches, a little stiff, maybe because I went at 8am and not earlier. Still like the place, nowhere’s perfect. Hope next time it’s freshly made.

This one WAS a great place when started. Now taste like it was cooked yesterday and kolaches leak cheese through the bag. Nah.

If you want ole ice cold donuts this is the place to go. Second time stopping by and requesting warm glazed donuts and receiving the coldest oldest donuts ever. Not to mention the worker girl was rude. Usually shipleys is good but this one no bueno👎.

On everything I love went to store about 8:45pm on 3/23/23 in white van,and asked for a dozen glazed donuts, lady said and I quote " we don't have those" , I said wow, ok

Really really good service! Came at a good time because my donuts were all fresh! The line was a little long but it’s to be expected.

Bad experience got old donut wholes that was old and very dried out when I returned them the young man actually said they had been there all day since the morning loss of appetite. That’s very bad for business.

Worst shipleys location don’t even bother stopping. The donuts are way too small, and the kolache prices are outrageous. Charging $3 for 7 donut holes is unacceptable… definitely not coming back.

Never gets order right. Super friendly staff but they can't get your order right, not once. I've been 4 times to this location and the max I've ordered is 3 donuts. Order is wrong every single time. Very frustrating.
