I don't usually give ratings to places unless I am very unsatisfied with it. My girlfriend had an appointment on a Friday, around 6pm. I thought it was strange because what Doctor will want to work on a Friday at 6pm. We arrived and the clinic was closing and apparently there was a mistake. The appointment was rescheduled one week later at 2pm. We arrived one week later, 30 min ahead of time. We stayed for about an hour when they started calling people and rescheduling their appointments. The doctor wasn't here and they cancelled all the appointments. I was very angry because of how disrespectful it was for people's time. The appointment was moved for the next Tuesday at 12 am. My girlfriend got a call to reschedule at 9:30. I didn't go, but at 12:00 am, the Dr hasn't arrived yet. What's the point of making appointments if you're not going to respect them? Will not recommend this clinic to anyone. But they won't care since people still need to see specialists. Some people take days off so they can go to their appointments. This is very disrespectful.

Quite a while back, I arrived here looking for help. What I got was two receptionists behind the desk pretending that I didnt exist. After 5 minutes of them talking about non work related affairs, I decided to assert myself to get attention, and they took my info (although with attitude). Maybe 20 minutes after, I decided to tell them I had to go. Because if the receptionists can't respect me as an equal, or a human being, how can one of their Doctors?

I am at this clinic as I am writing this review. WORSE POSSIBLE CLINIC EVER. How is my appointment at Noon, I come here at 11:30 just to make sure I don't come in late and I'm still waiting to see the doctor. The receptionist is the most unprofessional front desk personal I have ever seen. I came to ask how long it would take because I have another doctor's appointment at 2pm. As she is on her cellphone, she tells me that the doctor just came in! Wait, what?! Almost 1 hour after my appointment that's when she just gets in? Let me point out that there are other people waiting before me right now. The receptionist gets irritated and barely pays attention to me. I told her next time someone is speaking to her she should put down her phone and answer the client's concerns. I would definitely NOT recommend this clinic to anyone!

Worst clinique ever!!dont ever go there! The secretaries are the worst! They screamed at everybody to make a line!and the doctor is old.He doesnt hear when you speak, doesn't take the time to listen to what are your symptoms. The only thing they will tell you is to go take a blood test. They didn't enter my right phone number so i received a letter 1 month later to tell me to go see the result of my blood test. And the waiting time is 2h30-3hours of waiting. Listen to me an never go there!!

Absolutely disgraceful, I cannot stress that enough. I haven’t even been yet, because they have now cancelled on me twice! They’ve also changed my initial obstetrician from Dr Hannouche to Dr Tu without even informing me, (I only found that out when I rang to check that my first appointment was still scheduled for the next day, which would then get cancelled by them last minute the next day). I have been given a time for tomorrow, so we shall see how that goes, but I’m not holding my breath. This is my first pregnancy and it wasn’t easy co-ordinating mine and my boyfriend’s schedules so that we could go together. It’s clear to me that the health service here in Montréal stinks and whilst I understand that the doctors are most likely under a lot of stress and under staffed etc, it is not acceptable to treat their patients like this, they have to be accountable! Also, the receptionist is not hospitable at all, with no sympathy and is actually quite rude and tries to cut the conversation short before you have finished talking. Also, the receptionist speaks poor English in my opinion, (I am English) and she seemed to get angry if I asked her for clarification. I shall be looking for another clinic ASAP. I would like a midwife ideally, but my friend who signed up for one early in her pregnancy has still not heard back and she is now 5 months pregnant. I think anywhere other than this clinic would be better... one can only hope! AVOID AT ALL COSTS (if you can)!!!!!!

If I could give 0 star I will surely do. I dont recomend this clinic the worst clinic in Montreal. I had my schedule for my prenatal this is my first pregnancy. They cancel it 3 days before the schedule and gave me another schedule a week after. Tuesday I went for 11:30 appointment. 10 minutes before the said appointment I'm in the elevator to come. They cancel it. Then told me it will be 3pm then waiting for the call they call me again it should be moved it Friday. What a waste of time. Cancelled my work for this appointment not to be late and they keep you waiting for nothing. Friday comes they said appointment is 2:30pm am on my way at 2pm and they call it will be 3:30pm and call again that it will be on Saturday. I went to the clinic and spoke with this receptionist. They're so rude and disrespectful. Dont go to this clinic better go to other clinic. You're just wasting your time.

I've been to all 3 clinics in Montreal and I must say that I've always been treated with care and attention. The secretaries are professional and courteous; the doctors are very nice and attentive; the environment is very clean and above all, the waiting time is not very long. For many years, I didn’t have a family doctor. It had become very hard for me because I needed a doctor to follow up with me and help me find a cure to my health problems. One day I got referred to one of the doctors at Clinique medical Diamant in Cote-de neige. This doctor not only became my family physician but also cured my stomach and digestive problems within 2 months. I had seen many specialist for this problems for many years and had had many tests done as well but none of them had found my stomach problem. But this doctor took care of me and cured me quickly. Now I can eat whatever I want and I will not have stomach issues. Although I have to travel over 30 min to get to the clinic, I will still recommend Clinic Medical Diamant to everyone.I've been to all 3 Diamant clinics in Montreal and I must say that I've always been treated by the stuff with care and attention. A Disgrace in Quebec Health Care. I was born and have lived in Quebec all my life and never have I seen the unprofessionalism and unethicality that I witnessed this week at the Diamant Medical Clinic on Côte-des-Neiges. Having brought my elderly, ill mother on Monday, in the middle of a blistering heat wave, to an appointment that had been scheduled a month in advance, I was told that her doctor did not work on Mondays and that we were given the appointment in error. We were then told to come back on Wednesday at the same time, which we did; and, after my mother's Medicare card was duly processed, the doctor informed us that he had no time to see her. It was 1:45 in the afternoon and he was finished for the day. When I demanded that we at least be told of the results of her tests, the doctor lackadaisically responded by asking his receptionist to print them out and give them to us without his review. He passed my mother's Medicare card and wouldn't even look at her test results! Not only does this type of conduct go against the Quebec government's regulations (by passing a patient's Medicare card without rendering the required service); but there was also no human compassion or respect. One can only hope that the RAMQ and le ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux du Québec will eventually look into this clinic and all others like it.

Very poor communication with patients, in addition they have no doctors, I have just called for a very urgent matter, the person who works spoke to me very badly, a very impatient person who does not do his job correctly, I called on November 14 at 2:15 a.m. she gave me an appointment far away and since I work and I'm not available that day she doesn't even try to arrange another appointment she told me I can't do anything for you, when I told her that my doctor had promised me to transfer my file to someone else, in fact they never called me and it's been over a year already, I even went before to understand what was happening, they sent me back, the doctor in Canada is being desired because of these incompetences very unfortunate but I do not recommend the diamond clinic to anyone

An awful experience. My entire impression of the place is very negative. First, the receptionist told me incorrect information, the chairs in the waiting room have black ductape on them, and the doctor's office does not contain a biohazardous waste bin. This clinic seems unprofessional, inefficient, and cheap. I called on the phone prior to coming, asking if I will need to pay a fee to see a doctor since I'm out of province, the receptionist told me that I will not need to since I have a valid health card, however, I show up and she tells me I need to be $70 CASH upfront in order to see a doctor. I take a seat, and notice that all the chairs are run down and have black ducttape on them.... that's a little strange. I wait there from 11:25 until 1p.m. when I get called in to see a doctor. I notice in the doctor's office there is no "biohazardous waste" bin which is very concerning to me since I have a background in science and in Alberta every doctor's office is required to have one in order to dispose of gloves, etc.

Excellent service. I went in and right away the staff was friendly and greeted me with a smile, even though they were quite busy with more than 10 patients already sitting there. I signed in and was sent to the Doctor relatively quickly. The service was great - the doctor answered all of my questions, knew exactly what the problem was and wrote me a prescription right away. I took the prescription as advised and my medical problem has now been cured. Fantastic place. I highly recommend them!

Worse service i have ever seen, secretary with no respect dont even allow to talk to you they are unproffesional rude they listen music while you are talking to them and have headphones also they treat patients as they were in their house. It’s a public health service and they don’t have any empathy to the patients.
