Good local pub with good service and a decent beer selection. The pub grub is reasonably priced and tastes good. The Butcher is still putting out a good product post covid.

Amazing place, super friendly and very attentive owner, I highly recommend this establishment, food portions are astounding, well worth the money. I personally had the liver and onions and it did not disappoint. Homemade gravy, caramelized onions, crispy bacon, creamy mashed potatoes. Macho size is one of the biggest I have seen, we were a table of 5 and everyone loved everything. Only 3 mins from the qew definitely suggest stopping here. Waitress had new drinks for us before we could ask, service was prompt and friendly. Had a few bites before I could take a picture!! A must try is the Reuben sandwich!!

Dont listen to the negative reviews, they are either too old to count due to restaurant changes and turnover (older than 2 years means nothing in the hospitality industry), they have no merit, or no logic. However, I can say this restaurant learns from their reviews. The pricing for the food is appropriate for the quantity and quality you get. I recommend keeping in mind what foods have extra charges (*sweet potato fries are more expensive to produce than regular, to the person who left a bad review for the pricing of two wraps and fries). The food itself, great! The fish and chips were great and had a nice BIG portion of fish (basically the whole fish). Also, the slaw was AMAZING! The corned beef on rye was really tasty but the bread was a little on the thick side (no big deal). The fajita wrap was also very good. The cheese was melted perfectly and the taco flavoring was phenomenal. Finally: the brocolli and cauliflower soup of the day, amazing. I wanted more even though I was full. Now, although there were few staff (it's a Monday at lunch so that's fine), they were pleasant. It would have been nice to have a check in half way through but we still loved the experience. As for the atmosphere and look: when you search "classic British pub" it's almost exactly what you see here. The music was 70s classics which we LOVE. It's not classic pub music, but still awesome and appropriate for a relaxed Monday lunch. 😎 Quality job, well done!

We went here for rib night on a recommendation from a friend that said the ribs were excellent. We both ordered the full rack. I had fries and my wife had mashed potatoes. The ribs were excellent, tender fall off the bone but still with some bite. The fries and mashed potatoes were also very good. The coleslaw could use some work. Huge portions and great prices on Thursdays after 4:00pm. Great drink specials as well and excellent service. We will go back for sure.

True to style pub with very comfortable booths. The staff was very friendly and helpful and was a pleasure to deal with. The mozzarella sticks were delicious, the chicken fajita wrap was so tasty and the beef dip was loaded with shaved beef. All the food was very good.

It's 2:30AM and my husband just vomited up the chicken wings he had this evening. We were going to share 2lbs. The skin was so dry and crispy, they had definitely been in the deep fryer, probably longer than ideal being the issue, to the point where they didn't taste worth eating for me so I passed and he had the plate of them. Wings, fries and two drinks, plus tip our bill was over $60. Was already not impressed with the quality of food for the price point and now that he's had food poisoning, we'll find other places to go next time.

Great place. We passed by for a quick lunch on the way to Niagara. The food was good. We had the cod tacos 🌮 the original burger, the sliders kids meal, and the fish and chips kids meal. All were good size. And freshly cooked. I will come again.

Good place to get a bite. But be carefully. I'll take a bite out of your wallet as well. It's pricey alright. Food tastes great but for fish and chips and an extra piece of fish to cost you over $30 is a bit too much. Most likely won't be back. Thank you.

Big disappointment. We've been coming to this restaurant for years. Ive ordered my Favorite, Chicken Pot Pie. Today instead of a bread bowl, it was served in a small dish with some very flaky pastry which was terrible. Half the amount of usual fries. The place was busy and the service was terrible due to the dude being the only staff looking after too many tables. By the time we left 7:30 ish the manager must have called more staff in because there were more servers

This is what you get when you order the bam bam shrimp. This cost $13.99. You get 5 shrimps. Works out to being 3 dollars a shrimp after tax. Be aware.

About six months ago I had, miraculously, arranged to meet my kids for dinner to celebrate a birthday. Cheyenne(?) was our server and she was awesome! I had a flawless prime rib and my “kids” went with burgers. No complaints whatsoever. A very enjoyable Sunday afternoon! Today, I’m organizing another get together for another family celebration and my kids (38,34,23) are INSISTING that we go for dinner dinner at The Butcher! “The service was great and the food was awesome. We want to go there again!!” Kudos to you and your staff. Cheyenne is great. I’m looking forward to setting it up again. Graham.

7 of us with 3 little kids went for dinner and it was amazing. Kids meal portions were very large and the adult meals tasted amazing. Steak was cooked perfectly and was very juicy. Kids meal, beers, steak & salad, blue cheese burger was under $80. Can’t complain with those prices ! Will be back.

I’m from out of town and came here with my partner’s family for lunch. Had a delicious Yorkie pie and my partner had the chicken tenders which she enjoyed. Was served by Morgan who was so informative and really personable. The atmosphere was cozy and clean. Definitely coming back.

Super amazing. The staff was amazing, the food was excellent and overall the "vibe" of the place was spectacular. The dishes are big and they will fill you up. I loved the design of the restaurant.

My wife and I have been to the Pub with and without friends and have always had a good time. Everything on the menu has been excellent wings ribs burgers the Caesar Salad is over the top delicious. Fun crowd and staff. Enjoy

What a beautiful pub! My friend and her mom brought me from out of town and the food was amazing and they were so accommodating with my son (who threw his food all over the floor - I'm sorry). I can't stop thinking about my steak and Guinness pie. I'll definitely be back.

Make sure to book reservations. This place is always busy and for good reason. Food was delicious. Everything tastes like home cooked meal. I had the chicken pot pie yummmm. Wings and french onion soup were a hit as well. Would definitely come back and try out something new next time.

Looking for true British pub food? This is definitely the place for you. Bangers and Mash to die for! Wings are a decent size and fried perfectly. Other items include Sheppard's Pie, steak and Guinness pie, Curry dishes, fish and chips, Beef Yorkie, and more.

I really enjoyed the service here. However, wasn't a fan of the chicken pot pie. Bread bowl was a bit flavorless and stale. The pie filling was ...ok. Also tried their grill cheese sandwich, which was a bit better than the chicken pot pie. Sweet potato fries I really enjoyed. 3.5 star's overall.

The nachos were huge and absolutely incredible and I will return for them again. The service was good once we were finally acknowledged after about 10 minutes and the place was not even packed. Should never have to wait that long for an initial visit at the table. Having been a waiter I am understanding but hopefully a bit of a wakeup call.

We booked a table and the service was fast. The sitting Covid affected arrangements: space kept between the tables, one table occupied and one table from each side empty. We had fish and chips and the food was delicious, hot and fish and fries crisp.
