We had a wonderful stay at the resort! The staff have been very friendly and helpful. The resort is fairly clean and well maintained. We would have appreciated a more thoughtful dining experience as each evening was just a variety of random dishes. The cleaning of the rooms could also have been a bit better and the beds remade as only the duvet was straightened daily. Overall all was well!

Preskil Island Resort has an amazing location, conveniently close to the airport. The chefs are fabulous. We were impressed by the amazing and always joyful staff. We had the best time as a family at Preskil. Our suite was spacious and beautiful and the bathrooms were stunning. However, the daily cleaning of the units can improve. The gardens, restaurants, public area and food were all fantastic. I would 100% recommend this beautiful resort on a breathtaking beach. We stayed on the first floor and had spectacular views. The beach is great, the activities are endless, and the quiet pool was lovely. The only things that could be better are customer service, more staff, waiters and bar attendants. (battled to find people to place orders and be served at the pool) Alcohol options in All Inclusive are limited, all lower end, and bad tasting. We were pleasantly surprised with the hospitality and care we found from the employees, attentive and serve with a smile.

We booked the Hotel's prestige room which pleasantly surprised us. It was of course properly decorated and the bed was really comfy. The terrace view of the beach you have in the room was amazing. The bathroom was quite well equipped and the basic necessities were of course offered. The bathtub was also quite spacious. The hotel itself had great and friendly staff which were always keeping an eye out for anything you might need. But the two most amazing features were the live music and the massage/spa. The live music entertainment was one of the best I had through most of the hotels I have been visiting. So much energy was in the air. The massage was relaxing to say the least and all the spa/jacuzzi amenities were really clean and enjoyable. Overall a solid hotel in Mauritius for a fair price.

Superb hotel. Had a really good day with friends during a day package. Friendly, pleasant and helpful staff. The food for the buffet was great. Lots of variety. Dessert was delicious. Didn't like the teatime that much though. Lack of variety. The day package didn't include a room but a clean changing room and locker room was available.

We stayed at the hotel with a team of over 50. The team (arrival, conference, f&b…) was pleasant and very accommodating. We had a very nice time. Special shout-out to Coralie and Chloe who hosted our mini volleyball fun tournament. You girls are awesome 👏 Will be back for more !

Amazing service, due to the honeymoon we got upgrade which was very nice. The staff is amazing and friendly. The resort is clean and new. We loved our stay there. The big variety of deserts was amazing 😍

We really enjoyed our stay. Staff are amazing! So friendly, helpful and just genuinely nice people. The food was also great! There are lots of different options and dinners always change which is amazing! The place is spotless & the cleaning staff do an amazing job! There is lots to do at the Resort. Yesterday it was raining for a little bit and there were a bunch of board games put out and a step class organised! To conclude, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone for a holiday!

One thing I have to highlight is that no free or complementary drinking water here even in your rooms. Their buffet doesn't come with drinks you have to buy separately unless you have an all inclusive option. Quite expensive but such a scenic place. Very beautiful rooms

Amazing hotel! Beautiful surrounding atmosphere. Very friendly and helpful staffs. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable both for the parents and the kids. I was more than happy that I chose that hotel for our getaway. A very special thanks to the resident manager, Mr Krishna and his staffs for their warm welcome and for the excellent service during our stay. I honestly hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. The hotel is highly recommended.

Overall: the place is great. Nice location for an easy and restful holidays with family. Pro: the hotel and the bedroom we had were great. It is a shame we didn't stay for longer. We would have loved it Con: the food. Not that great, and not enough diversified. A lack of fruits, and very few veg. Fortunately they have good pizza, but you can't have that for every single meal. In the middle of nowhere. Don't go there for parties

If you look for a great hotel, this is one of the best addresses. Went there 2 times, stayed longer, loved it. Super clean, nice rooms with good beds, amazing bathtub, great view on the sea and sunset. Water activities, a lot of areas to chill, really great. And fantastic staff, thanks a lot! Try the spa as well!

Awesome location (island off and island). Clean and neat with friendly staff. Room service needs a bit of attention and buffet variety was not exceptional (similar foods every night). Overall, great clean facilities, friendly people, lively live entertainment and a perfect location. I would definitely go again :)

Had a mom's retreat away from the family for a week. What a treat, this place is amazing! The rooms are fresh and modern, very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and super efficient. The food was outstanding with great attention to detail. The hotel grounds and facilities are impeccable. The spa is beautiful with a great range of treatments, I can highly recommend the full body massage. But the best part had to be drinking endless vodka fizz's on a lounger on the beach.

Positives: - The island itself is very beautifully situated and has its own beach. - The bar is well designed and the drinks were really good. - Restaurant 1810 is the place to go for dinner. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and the lobster and seafood platters were really great. I would highly recommend going there if you are staying at the resort. - Unfortunately, we cannot say much more positive about the resort itself, except that it has the potential to be good. Negatives: - The staff at reception, the buffet restaurant and the mosaic restaurant are terrible. They range from unfriendly to unwilling to work. The tables in the two main restaurants are very poorly cleaned and the food was bad. The check-in receptionist left us alone during check-in and simply didn't come back. So we had to ask for our room again and the other receptionists didn't seem to care. We weren't given much information about the hotel and procedures and had to keep asking for information about breakfast and dinner. - The housekeeping staff are very friendly but I doubt they really know how to clean a room. It was sandy and there was a lot of dust on the sides of our beds. Not a bad thing, but noticeable. - The pool looks good but is also very dirty and thin. At first we thought that the hotel focused on local guests and did not care much about foreign tourists. But we also made contact with local Mauritians who had the same experience. Therefore, I cannot recommend this hotel to either local or foreign tourists. The negatives are simply more noticeable than the rare positive situations.

The variety and quality of dishes were outstanding, and I couldn’t get enough of the delicious cuisine. I also want to acknowledge Angeline, the front office agent, for her remarkable politeness and helpfulness. She made our check-in and check-out process smooth and efficient, and her warm hospitality truly enhanced our stay. Overall, my time at Preskil Hotel was a memorable and delightful experience. Great hotel , we went there for a day package. Firstly we were welcomed by someone who took care of all our needs. Unfortunately on that day there was torrential rain but nevertheless they did their best to fulfill all our needs.

Absolute paradise of a place, everything was as expected or better. Only let down was same food served morning and evening then regularly the next day too. Also the service in the restaurant was far from what you would expect from a hotel that is far from budget, slow to seat and clear tables then waiting far longer than should be expected for drinks (anything upto 20mins). In a hotel trying to be carbon neutral having to sign a paper receipt for every single item ordered when you have paid all inclusive becomes quite annoying while also wasting a lot of paper and very laboured process (surely there's an easier method like coloured bands at others I have stayed at?) Loved the holiday just disappointed with the restaurant.

I have arrived here solo just before midnight after missing my flight and not knowing where to go. Everyone in the hotel was very welcoming and helpful letting me feel safe and at home. Ms Sorenza was wonderful, professional and very helpful. She is very well aware and in control of the process and protocol. Many thanks and appreciation to her. This was on 1st of July 2023.

Preskil is a perfect sized resort, not too big and not too small. Our room was amazing. Beautiful interior, a giant bed and a stunning view. The food was great and the entire staff was very nice and helpful. There was a broad daily program with interesting activities. Coralie taught me how to make a creaolian bracelet and gave me a henna tattoo. She was very sweet and I love the result!

Very nice structure, in good position, but for the price you pay few defects are very annoying: - activities. They are included in the package, but people in charge don't care. Glass boat with snorkeling for example: little bit windy they say no snorkeling but when arrived at snorkeling place all the other boats were allowing guests to snorkeling. Our captain did not say a word in English explaining place or fishes or whatever, just watching YouTube.. a shame. - beach. It is supposed to be a paradise. 30 boats in front of the beach come, go, park, stay, play. Hard to swim and definitely spoiling the view - Food. It is average quality, but responsible of dessert and sweets should be sent to jail. Also Pasta station is an offence to costumer. Considering the price they ask I think they would need to do much better.

Good resort, very friendly and helpful staff, Rooms are clean and cleaned daily. Lots of activities to do. Beautiful views. Taxi’s are very easy to get from here, and they have lots of different day trips available from the resort.

This 4 star hotel is very beautiful itself and its views: blue sea is fantastic. Food wad ordinary, but you won't be hungry. I would give it 5 star, but unstoppable wind from the sea made a satisfaction from the hotel not that bright. Anyway, I would suggest a hotel to my friends.

Wonderful and peaceful location. The buffet had a wide variety of tasty food. The spa is a must do experience, very serene and professional. Big thanks to the Medley bar team, Michael, Mr Alain and Teepsoo. Will surely visit again.

Everything was great. Clean hotel with good amenities, well decorated and maintained. Some nautical activities are included at half board or all inclusive. The killer point besides the views and the quietness is that it has a kids club taking kids of all ages up to 4 hours per day for free. Extra hours cost around 33€. Kids are well taken care of, with a report of what’s been done for them and at what times, food, sleep, etc… with updates being delivered by WhatsApp to parents. The beach and its views are awesome.

Great hotel with huge and very clean rooms. Very friendly staff, special thanks to Ms. Joan and Mr. Krishna! Nice swimming pool, and various activities included in the room rate. Restaurants offers delicious variety of food for all tastes. Entertainment is nice, with a plus for the Sega show. Very close to Mahebourg and Blue Bay. Main airport is only 10-15 minutes away. Highly recommended hotel! I will definitely return here in the near future!

We had our honeymoon here at Preskil, and it was absolutely beautiful! The resort is VERY children friendly and I think much, much more suited to a family getaway (the staff even joked and said we should come back in a few years. Awkward). The island is incredible, and the private bungalows are worth the money!! We were originally in an apartment room, and it was either loud from the kareoke at night or loud from the kids club during the day. The food was incredible. Staff were incredible. Loved it! Totally recommend (but not for honeymoons 😅).

Just spent 7 days at Preskil island Resorts, our party of 4 are all very impressed. The establishment is top notch, food was great with a variety for all tastes. We took an all inclusive package and drinks variety and mini bar was excellent. The staff all very friendly and helpful. All facilities well maintained. The added bonus is that it’s only 20 minutes from the airport. Can definitely recommend this resort for anyone that needs a carefree breakaway.

I stayed at this hotel for 18 days. They have great view, land and builds. The rooms are comfortable and large. Room service is good. It's very clean. I would especially like to thank Mr. Vincent, Mr. Krishna and Mr. Iqbal for their interest and relevance. They are very helpful and kind people. I voted 4 stars because I didn't like the services. But I am sure they will improve it. They are trying to provide better service.

Very nice weekend get away, the food was great, the staff very customer oriented and the renovation gave the hotel a new look since our last visit. The room was very cosy but only tiny issue was the location of our room which was near the giants trees that accommodate numerous birds and even though during the day it can be very nice but at night hearing them chirping can be very disturbing and annoying if any of the guest has sleeping issue. We had a great time there with the family and we even had a surprise cake for a birthday and same was perfect and a success.

This hotel is pure gem! That beach is a true postcard picture. Love the hotels decor, the food is excellent, lots of choices of activities. The beach boy Jean Denis was awesome! In this heat basically they were all amazing with the yummy cocktails!!! The prestige rooms were incredible! Will sure be back sooon!

We loved Preskil island! It was the perfect spot for our two year old daughter who spent all day in the kids pool whilst we could be with her and yet still pretty much be on the beach! The buffet food was really good although after a week, slightly monotonous. We loved our meals at 1810 restaurant. All the staff were wonderful and so kind to our little girl. Special mention to darling Sujata who worked in the towel cabin. Every day, we were greeted with her smiles, French lessons, helpful advice and warmth. My daughter still asks to go to the beach and see her! The room was gorgeous and lovely shower. All in all a fantastic holiday and we’d love to visit again.

What a wonderful hotel! This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The complimentary water sports (incl water skiing, boat aided snorkeling, kayaking etc) were a great surprise. The hotel has a really modern and ambient design and all the amenities are in perfect condition. Staff went above and beyond to make us feel like in paradise - we did indeed!

We have spent a wonderful weekend at Preskil hotel. The stay was so enjoyable, starting from the great welcome and support of the staff, the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms, the variety of food and drinks served and the overall facilities offered by the hotel. We will surely renew the experience in the future and highly recommend this hotel to others!

What can I say about this place. Staff are friendly. The superior rooms have amazing views. We stayed all inclusive. Food was delicious. Mixture of European, Asian and African cuisine. As long as you are not a picky eater you will have no issues finding items that are incredible. We also ate at the 1810 restaurant one night. And the food and service was like being in a Michelin starred restaurant. We tried the catamaran trip which was great value for money and all credit to the 3 crew who manned the boat. Entertainment every night. Water sports including snorkeling. Are there things that can be improved? Yes. A better welcome pack of all things the hotel offers would be useful. It also may mean that guests would book some of the additional activities that hotel offers if guests know about them. The only other thing to mention would be quicker way to get drinks when having lunch or dinner. Sometimes guests can be trying for 10 mins to find someone. BUT this should not distract how great this hotel is. Wonderful location. Beach and pools to hand. Easy to obtain a sun lounger. The staff work so hard to make the stay for guests so restful. Would I come again. Without a shadow of doubt. Would I recommend other people to come. If they want tranquility, romantic setting, great cuisine then this locations gets my vote.

We recommend this hotel. Rooms clean and well kept. Service excellent. The management and staff went out of their way to meet with us. Everyone on staff were friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to see to it we were happy and comfortable. Location is excellent. Food was good. Grounds and gardens neat and tidy. 5 stars from us! Well done Preskil staff.

The best holiday my family and I have ever had together. Such a wonderful location and fantastic staff. It really is paradise. My kids favourite part was the food!

The staff were a delight. We found them to be very helpful. Although we had visited what used to be called Le Preskil some ten times previously, that was before the refurbishment and the Pandemic. The rooms now are superb whereas previously they used to be a bit below par. The public areas too have had a complete makeover and are very pleasant. Generally what is offered is half board, so you need to find something else for lunch. There is now an entirely new restaurant on the beach called 1810, I'm not sure why! We had a seafood pizza between the two of us and it was terrific. We left to fly to Perth after four days relaxed and happy.

My family and I had a wonderful experience at the Preskil Island Resort. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help. The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. Overall, I had a great experience with Preskil Island resort. Staff and heads of the hotel was incredibly helpful and very welcoming. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate my birthday weekend. Thank you so much! we were lucky that despite winter, we had the good weather. the room is very comfortable. our waiters were attentive be it at the bar or at the restaurants. we enjoyed the food at the buffet and mosaic restaurant. special thanks to Mr Krishna the Resident Manager and his entire teal

This was definitely my favorite location on the island, perfect for adventure seekers! The resort also had nice complimentary water activities and they weren't that strict like most resorts. And blue bay marine park is just around the corner. The staff were so friendly and helpful! The breakfast were fine but not amazing, the restaurants were very good!

Hotel staff not helpful, at arrival we’ve been left waiting a good while before staff came to us. It took 45min to check in. Wrong bags brought to the room. Other guests were sleeping in the reception area, also waiting to check in. Half board does not include soft drinks or water, so we opted out after first night, We’ve been waiting 3weeks for refund, on remaining days, still nothing. No response to the emails. Half board option overpriced 40euro per person for just spaghetti and pizza, not sure how is this 4star hotel. We will visit Mauritius again but I would not stay there again or recommend the place to anyone.
